We had hoped to arrive when they open at noon but had to circle a bit to find parking so arrived closer to 12:25. It's a small place with just a few tables so by then it was a 30 minute wait. So we poked around town and got back around 12:50 and they were just calling our name. The menu sports all things seafood from fish tacos and fish and chips to ceviche and barn mi to crab cakes, crab cocktails and much more. We opted to share an order of the crispy pink shrimp and crab cakes (2 per order) followed by the unique fry bread topped with fresh Dungeness crab. Amazingly delicious! And so different. Would definitely recommend both items. It's a great spot for fresh seafood but try to get there early. At 1 when we were seated the wait had stretched to 90 minutes. Also they aren't able to accommodate group over six and are best suited to 2-4 people. If you are anywhere near-this place is a must.

Clam chowder was decent but tbh could've been a little more flavorful on the creaminess of the soup. Ambiance wise it was a little warm the day we went and airflow isn't a thing so be okay with being sticky and sweaty Overall, nice place, decent food

No! This place was…read morereally disappointing. Came here based on reviews, but I. would caution anyone to steer clear of this place. It started with flat champagne drinks. That's just a fail, and it suggests a place that doesn't bother keeping things fresh. It kind of went downhill from there. We were looking for nice fresh fish and chips, wile we were out along the coast. We live near the coast ourselves, and are no strangers to good seafood. We decided to do the Cod and the Halibut fish and chips. While the halibut seemed fresh, the cod was waxy and looked old, and frankly i found it somehow mildly nauseating. I couldn't bring myself to teat it. The batter was crsipy, but lacked seasoning and tasted really flat (cardboard?). Aside from that, the coleslaw seemed pretty old soggy. Gross. Not impressed at all - some of the worst fish and chips I have ever had. Some people may like this kind of food - but i will actively avoid this place the next time in Astoria. Hard pass. i'm nauseous just thinking back to my experience here. Could hardly get away fast enough...

The halibut was soft and wet rather than dry and meaty. The crab louie salad was underwhelming in both size and flavor. We spent over $60 and didn't feel like we got much. So what is the name of this place?

This was some great food. As Tony the Tiger would say "there great" Would recommend. Top ten restaurants in the nation. I HEART Tres Bro's This southed my Hungary belly It was very well priced and the food was good. I can't stress this enough but I would go back. All the food was great and tasty. If you are in town I would make it a stop on your list. I would give it 1,000 michelin stars. This was one of the best experiences I have had at a restaurant in Astoria.

We did try a couple of appetizers, the cucumber & radish salad and the smoked salmon chowder. The star was definitely the chowder, order it, you will not be disappointed. For entrees we all ordered Fritanga- chicken, shrimp and long cod. You really can't go wrong with any of the protein variations. Each dish comes with an amazing Nicaraguan pico, rice and bean, plantains and fried cheese. Everything was delicious and well seasoned. The atmosphere is very chill and quiet. We enjoyed everything about this place and will be back when we are in town. Don't miss out on the best food in Astoria!!

The Knot provided the perfect combination of both. The food was excellent! In particular, we absolutely loved the pickled rockfish, salmon chowder, salted chocolate caramel custard and house-made citrus NA ginger ale. We happily enjoyed our meal while watching ships, seals, birds and ocean life. The server told us about the ships and even a podcast report to learn more about passing vessel traffic. It simply made me want to return for a longer and slower visit! Maybe to sit by the fire pit out front while watching life go by. A bonus was a (free) EV hook up adjacent to the property.

We got our bread and basically finished it before we got our drinks. The bartender was new and she was looking at physical recipes to make each of our drinks. Im glad we weren't in a hurry. The view is outstanding and you can sit outside in the nice weather which we had that day because the inside is very small. We even saw a sea lion swimming off the pier as we enjoyed our drinks. A little pricey for what you get but overall still good but not somewhere I would return to with all the other options in the area.

January sounded like a slower season for them, which showed since we were the only diners that evening. Honestly, it made the experience even more special. The waiter, who was also the bartender, was incredible. Unfortunately, we did not catch his name, but he was working on January 10th and did a fantastic job. He was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely great at what he does. On to the food. We started with the fresh baked bread and Brussels sprouts. I never thought Brussels sprouts could steal the show, but these were packed with flavor and absolutely delicious. I ordered the linguine, and my boyfriend had the filet with crab and hollandaise sauce. Both dishes were outstanding and truly next level. The vibe of the restaurant was perfect. Very chic and sophisticated, which felt ideal for celebrating an anniversary. We actually loved that it was quiet because it felt like all the attention was on us. We will definitely be back!

The service was a little awkward and slow. Which was unexpected as fewer than half the tables were occupied. It could be that they were short staffed that day. It was fine as long as you're willing to relax and enjoy the wait. We sat by the windows and had plenty of time to watch the locals and tourists come and go from the market. The place itself is nice. Very clean and even upscale. I'd definetly come back and try more things off the menu. I saw a couple get some excelent looking cokctails and a mimosa flight, which consisted of full size mimosas. :)
