I've lowered my rating from a 5 to a 3 solely because of the lack of cleanliness during my last visit a couple of weeks ago. Every single table was littered with trash from the previous customers. There were only about five tables of people there. The staff was not busy and no one was in line. We stayed 20 minutes and not one table was bussed while there. There is a definite management issue. Me and my granddaughter were craving a burger, so we went to five guys since it's the closest burger restaurant near me. We came out and took the food out, my fries were burnt and so were my granddaughters. I ordered a bacon burger and it came with no bacon. I paid 30$ for them to give me old burnt fries, and a burger with no bacon. Never again. read more

I actually forgot why I stopped going to five Guys. I decided to try this location again. The burger was just plain ass nasty. No flavor at all. You are eating thick plain ground beef will no seasoning at all. The bread was cold. I ordered a large order of Cajun French fries. They were under cooked. It was like eating raw potatoes with Cajun seasoning. How do you mess up fries? They really need to go back to the drawing board. Placed an order here go into the store and the guy that register says that they don't have my order at this location nor does he know where this store is. Drove around for and hour only to find out that I was at the correct location. The manager says he sees my order on the screen and actually calls me by name, then says he is sorry he does not know why his guy did that. The guy continued to look down as I spoke with the manager. We stopped a here for lunch and each had a cheese burger and we split a large fry. The food came out pipping hot and was very good. I would have given this a 5 star rating but the restaurant was a mess, no one was wiping tables or cleaning in any way. read more

I've become a fan of Five Guys because they have good hamburger patties and many topping choices. I was able to get a lettuce wrapped burger which is great if you eat no grains and/or low carb. They have a limited menu with one chicken sandwich and a hot dog item. I think this allows Five Guys to concentrate on the art of the burger. You can also fill up on peanuts because they have the self serve roasted peanuts that you can munch on while you wait for your burger. Service is quick though not fast food because your burger is made to order. Beverages are typical self-serve fountain drinks. read more

Been eating at 5guys since 2001. Almost never an issue. This is my first time here and the food was amazing (of course). There was a slight mixup in getting the order but the person on the line worked OVERTIME to get the order right (it took a couple of times). The customers (we were given their food by accident; conversely they missed my burger) were super cool about the whole thing which made the experience a lot easier to deal with. This is our most favorite place to eat ever!! Best burgers ever!! Fries are wonderful and we douse them with vinegar!! Customer service is outstanding! The Only issue is that it's very expensive. We would be there so much more if it was less expensive. Best burger EVER!!!!! read more

Just ordered for a party with Uber Eats and received 1/5th of my order. Mistakes happen, however, the manager who made it is now unreachable to make this right for my get-together tonight. Only option restaurant can offer is to remake the order for another night. Now, I now have to go through Uber Eats to get my 48$ refunded. Holy mother of deliciously seasoned and perfectly greasy burger....and fries!!! I'd imagine if I remembered my dreams at all, there would be at least 1 where I am riding on top of a majestical unicorn raising my half eaten 5 guys burger to the sky in victory with a mouth full of those fresh cut perfectly fried and salted french fries.....mmmmmm. Here is a totally typical 5 guys experience for me: We pull up to the parking lot and I let out a gleeful shriek . Once we enter my anticipation of beefy beef and fresh fries starts a fire burning inside with the intensity of a sumo wrestler who hasn't eaten in 10 days. I always order a Hamburger (no cheese, I want MEAT) with Ketchup, pickles, and onions with a Large french fry for us all to split. Then.....peanuts.....awesome while you wait, all you can eat peanuts.....these guys know what they are doing. Without peanuts to tide us all over it would be an all out war full of blood thirsty, burger crazed vampires! Once my perfectly cooked, seasoned, epic burger of awesomeness arrives I dig in and the wave of pure bliss and happiness washes over me...it's exactly how I imagine riding on a cloud to Metallica being played on a harp would be. It's honestly really good here but wow, every time I order a bacon burger they put cheese on it. Why do they even have a bacon CHEESEBURGER on the menu then? I'll order it if I WANT cheese. And it might seem like I'm being petty and complaining over something small but this is my 6th time coming here and my 6th time having to go back because there's cheese on it. Like I can't EAT cheese. Just a lot of frustration. read more

The burgers and fries are very good, no question about that. The problem is, everything else about this business is horrible. The seating is limited(deliberate), but the management doesn't seem to realize that this requires more frequent attention to cleaning the tables. We went in on a Saturday, they weren't busy at all, there were 6 tables free, but all of them were filthy. The restroom was filthy. The cashier wasn't exactly rude, but she wasn't friendly. Neither of the drink machines were working on my visit, so only bottled drinks were available. I understand these things happen, but they could at least tell me this before I place my order. They do offer free peanuts, and you're probably going to need them. No matter how busy they are, it's going to be 15 minutes, bare minimum, before your order is ready. Pricing is a la carte. So a cheeseburger is $9, with a small fries and drink, it's $15.00. For that price, they call your number and it's left on the counter in a brown paper bag with a few napkins. No tray, no "thank you", no nothing. And if you're lucky, you'll find an uncomfortable place to sit. Consider what you would get at any other fast-casual place for that price. The value of what Five Guys offers is very, very low. Of course, you're supposed to believe that the free peanuts and the extra fries in the bag represent value. Don't fall for it. Peanuts and potatoes cost virtually nothing. Take your money elsewhere. read more

This is the second time here. Had the Big Bacon cheeseburger and fries. My wife did the same burger only no bun. It took AWHILE to get the burgers 15 min at least. It wasn't that busy when we got there. When we did get the burgers they were really good. However the fries were dumped in the bag that had the burgers in it. Really??? I guess they save money by using the same bag for putting the burgers and fries into. read more

This place is amazing! If you want a good burger come here. You get to choose your toppings at no extra price and the fries are homemade. They have boxes of peanuts at the entrance and my husband usually eats a tray of them while the food is being prepared. Since the fries are freshly made it takes a minute for them for the order to be ready, but well worth the wait. I'm not sure why they have the tea that they do, but this is the only place I drink soda due to how horrible that brand of tea is. read more

Stopped in for lunch 6-15. ordered a small burger and small frie.. Bill was $ 9.07. Burger good but way overpriced at $ 5. Fries, which is their speciality ,good. I can eat better for half the price. I took my adult grandson for his first visit to Five Guys. I bragged all the way there about the huge portion of fries that they give you. What a disappointment when we got our order and, not only were there no extra fries in the bag (per usual at other locations), but, there was a small cup for the fries we got and even that was not very full. So, since we paid $4.49 for the order of fries, I went to the counter and asked them about it. They were really, really nice and said, "Yes, there should have been more. We are really sorry.". They then offered me an additional cup of fries right away. I have to say, my grandson enjoyed them, but I could tell that they were a thinner cut than any other Five Guys I have been to. I'm wondering if all of them have changed their "fry policy" or style of fries? I wanted to give at least four stars, though, because the service was good and burgers were great. Always a solid burger, Five Guys is a pretty good staple in the more "specialized" burger chain category. I had the standard hamburger with lots of veggies (unlimited and free), but avoided the fries. I know, the fries are delicious, but even the small size is tremendously large, and I preferred making some sweet potato fries using my airfryer...a bit healthier and a great acoompanyment for the burger. read more

I would be the duke if I didn't always forget to check in!). The environment is great, so friendly and welcoming. The employees are nice, and fast with taking orders and making the burgers. Always one of my favorite places to go take In-N-Out lovers to! (convert them to a better life of burgers.) This place is great for going out to eat with the family or friends. Five Guys Burgers are very good and tasty! I love the double meat hamburger and the seasoned fries. They give plenty of fries and I always get the smaller sized fries. I can never finish the fries when I eat there. The hot dogs are also good and filling. Staff is nice and they get your order out fast! These burgers and fries are what they should be: done right. Burgers always cooked to perfection and melt in your mouth. A small fry can feed two people and they have the soda machines that make you feel like you're in a science fiction film. Update. DON'T EAT HERE..RUN...This is one of the WORST hamburger joints we have ever eaten at. 2 regular burgers, 1 fries, 2 shakes = $ 30.80. A total ripoff. The kids who are employed here should all be replaced..FIRED..too busy texting. Tables were not wiped clean the entire time we were there, floors were dirty and had trash on it. They made no effort to make you feel welcome except for yelling at you when you walk in the door. They were rude to another couple when they were yelling out an order for pickup. The food is totally sub standard. Tasteless hamburgers, not seasoned at all. The fries were fair, but you could tell the peanut oil hasnt been changed in awhile and the shakes were so small, they looked like a coffee size cup. I wish i could give it a ZERO. I pay less for the same thing at Fuddruckers, and a much better meal and treatment. We will never go back to this place again, and if you are smart, you wont either. read more
