Seriously don't know what all the fuss about this place is. I could make like 8 of these burgers at home for half the price I paid for 2 here. The peanut oil thing...not my cup of tea. Great burgers! Lot'a of people love the natural fries, I think they are ok. But the burgers make up for it!

They have a great selection of options and I can find a way to take care of my diet requirements too.

Normally I have no complaints with 5 Guys including this location. Last night was different though. No one was in line and took 12-15 minutes to make the food which isn't a big deal except for that the burgers had hardly any of the ingredients we asked for and one burger was missing an item. The fries which they normally give an abundance they barely filled the cup. I would've ordered the next size up if I had known that would've happened. Would've went back in to get it all fixed but was take out and had time restraint. Hopefully one bad day but will give another chance before counting out. read more

I don't know what happened to this place, but I won't be back now. The burgers have next to no flavor. They used to be so good; you have to compensate with condiments. The fries are their only saving grace. They were a bit too salty this last time, but they were still good. If you want a really good burger, then try the Burger and Philly Shack on 377. Prices are too high for the quality of the burgers you get, on a good note the fries are what made my trip better. The natural cut fries are the best thing about Five Guys burgers and fries. Restaurant empty. It took 17 minutes for our order. They forgot my daughter's shake and then proceeded to argue that they hadn't rung it up until I showed the receipt showing I paid for the shake. In addition, got one of our burgers completely wrong. Staff is rude. Location not well kept, dirty tables and floors, over flowing garbage cans. Not what I'd expect from Five Guys. Not as good as everyone makes this place out to be. I don't consider myself a picky eater. The burgers were freshly made. However, it just wasn't that good. The burgers were dry, not juicy, as they claim. It was definitely over priced. The fries were VERY tasty. That was the only great thing I have to say about this place, unfortunately. I think they try to brainwash people into thinking these burgers are great by posting partial quotes all over the perimeter of the joint. Subliminal messages, people! Worth crossing the highway for. I live next to In-N-Out, but I didn't succomb to the hype. I actually want a good burger and fries and Five Guys is the spot for that. Stick with a small fry. It'll save you money and it's comparable to a medium or large at most other places. read more

The food was very good but the prices are over inflated! I went there for lunch and was surprised to find the prices were very high! Over $6 for the regular burger, over $4 for the small. The real shock was a hot dog for over $4.00! The food is very good but at these prices it's not worth it. Go to Kincaid's instead! read more

My boyfriend and I ate here for dinner tonight and it was just awesome. I had THE BEST tasting burger I've eaten in a long time!! We both wanted to try a different fast food burger place near us and Five Guys did not disappoint! We both ordered the cheeseburger "all the way" with fries and it was a classic juicy cheeseburger with a sesame seed bun cooked perfectly like it was homemade. Horrible customer service. Went there yesterday. All the tables were dirty. My wife asked if they could clean one off for us and they just starred at her like we were crazy. First off let me say I love five guys but lately it's going down hill maybe especially with this particular location. Ok first things first the large fry has been done away with. So when you pay like $7 for a large fry you don't get the bag of fries like you used to share among a few people or a fry lover like myself that will reheat those later. I guess it's corporate policy now just to fill the cup not over load the bag but change the price. Even though I'm giving this five guys a 2 star review the fries are amazing just not worth it with the new changes. The food is consistent at this location it's just really slow even when there's no customers. I usually go it this one late or use the mobile app to order ahead and I'm always waiting way too long to get my food. In and Out Burger across the way is definitely faster for the same quality burger for half the price. The only thing with In and Out Burger is that there fries will never compare to Five Guys. I dunno if it's the staff or management but this places needs to work on there service and staff courtesy. Hopefully they will get things together. read more

I'm not sure what they put in their burgers to charge $8 but whatever it was I missed it. Came here two days ago (12/29/16) and dropped $20. Burger, fries, shake, whole shebang. I figured I'd give them a good shot and see what the hype was about. Well the hype was about disappointment. Their fries were awesome, A+, probably the best fries I've had, but the shake and burger left me wondering why I didn't just go to In-And-Out instead. Not to mention that it was at lunch time (12:30-1pm) and the restaurant was filthy. Dirty tables everywhere, trash on the floor, restroom was disgusting. Stopped there Saturday June 28, 2014. Terrible, just terrible. Ordered 4 burgers and 1 BLT. They came out labeled wrong. Asked for mustard on the BLT and cheese, received it with mayo when I went up to get it corrected the kid behind the counter asked if I wanted to have a new one remade or just add mayo. I asked for a new one, he asked to see my receipt and took it to make my new BLT. Only problem is they forgot the cheese this time. I brought this to their attention but they shrugged and asked for my receipt. Gave up on that BLT. Now my Bacon cheeseburger came without bacon. When I took it up there I was asked for my receipt, the one they kept. I asked for them to remake it Their response was "really",but instead I was handed bacon in foil. Never got to talk to the manager but I did see that he was the one making the burgers. The ones that I dealt with were idiots for lack of a better word. In addition there were no clean tables and I never anyone come out to clean any. They were not busy and there were plenty of tables available. The food was tasty, although not what I ordered. Burgers good but ours were not hot though we waited and thought they forgot about our order. Fries were hot so our burgers must have been waiting on fries (bummer we like our food hot when it's served). The biggest negative though was the music! WAY too loud and several songs sounded like head banger music. It was so bad we wanted to just swallow our food and leave which is never a good thing :-( read more

Went to Five Guys Burgers for the first time recently and was NOT impressed. A double cheeseburger, small soft drink, and a small order of fries came to $12.10 (including tax). WTH?!? The small fries is $3.09 and big enough for more than two people. Whoopee - I didn't want to eat that much (or pay that much). Why no smaller option? I ordered the burger without pickles and tomato. Of course, it was delivered with pickles and tomato (and a mostly soggy bun). Had way too much mustard that overpowered everything else. Fries were greasy and certainly nothing special. 20% of the fries come in a 4 ounce plastic cap, the other 80% are just thrown in the paper bag to make one big greasy mess. I could have got the same meal (albeit with less fries) at Wendy's for $5.00 less. The meat was cooked well and decent quality, but not enough to off-set the many negatives of this experience. Sorry, I don't get the hype over Five Guys. No Value Meals here, and certainly not much value. Huge disappointment. read more
