The toilet hadn't been flushed, paper towels and toilet paper were scattered all over the floor, the sink was filthy, and it honestly looked like the restroom hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The service also left a lot to be desired. We had to repeat our order three separate times because it kept being entered incorrectly, and the order displayed on the screen still wasn't accurate. After ordering, we waited 15-20 minutes for our food. The dining area wasn't much better. The tables, floors, and overall restaurant were noticeably dirty, our table wobbled the entire meal, and there weren't any forks available when our food was served. However, despite those issues, the food itself was exactly what we've come to expect from Jollibee. Everything was served fresh, hot, and tasted great. That's the main reason we keep coming back. I just hope this location improves its cleanliness and overall customer experience because it has the potential to match the quality of the food it serves.

As soon as you pull in go all the way to the right and pull for it like you're going to drive behind the building, then turn left and the drive-thru is right there. They really should add some more signage but those who know, know. Even though they don't have a curbside pickup option, I was able to order on the app and go through the drive-thru. The process was seamless, the food was piping hot when I got there, and what I really appreciate is that they never skip on the neatness or the aesthetics with my peppermint milkshake.
