Service was great and the place had plenty of seating. Ended up with a hotdog and fries which had just the right amount of seasoning as expected. No complains. Let's talk about that sink in the men's restroom. Did I get wet? Yes. Is it hilarious? Yes. But seriously,...who designed this? Haha

I love this location and I love five guys. They have a combo deal that's like 14 bucks for a burger fries and a drink. Kinda breaks the whole thing about five guys being too expensive. It ain't anymore. I told the cashier I wanted it extra good and they did not play with me. Gave me the best cheeseburger of my life that I died and was born again. Place is always clean and fast. Love those fancy ah soda machines. No complaints. I'll be back. Staff are charming and funny

The place was clean and the people were nice. But it was the greasiest hamburger I've ever had in my life. I didn't wanna touch my iPhone to take a picture of the burger cause I was so greasy. AND if you like crispy fries, forget about it because they cook these fries in peanut oil, or so I was told, you can never get crispy fries. Not my cup of tea or hamburger.

When I got the fries, I honestly thought it was a prank. The amount of seasoning dumped on them was insane. At first, I hoped it was just the top layer, but when I poured them out, seasoning literally fell out like sand. They were completely inedible. I called the store to let them know because I hate wasting food, especially when people are starving, and it felt so disrespectful that someone knowingly sent fries like that. It was enough seasoning for four orders, and I only had one. The manager, Andrew, left me on hold for over 7 minutes, didn't even introduce himself until I pressed him twice, and never once apologized or acknowledged the issue. He didn't ask for pictures, didn't try to make it right, and showed zero empathy--even after I explained how upset I was that I had to throw the food away. I only called to give them the courtesy of direct feedback, but after that lack of accountability or basic customer service, I feel compelled to post this review. Whoever prepared those fries knew exactly what they were doing, and the manager Andrew's dismissive response made the entire experience even worse.

    Das me lol

My favorites are the KILLER HOT and the SHARKY'S salsas. Their AVOCADO salsa is also very tasty. GO-TO FAVES include the Grilled Fish Taco on a corn tortilla. Seasoned and grilled to perfection on a regular basis. I get mine with no Pico de Gallo as I like to layer on some very hot salsa instead (KILLER HOT) and I get it without the cheese to keep it lower in fat and calories. NEVER disappoints. Their Nachos are a treat when I'm breaking my diet. :) Shrimp Tacos are really good as are the protein plates which can be customized and are a very healthy, well-prepared meal every time. You order at the counter -- and a nice touch is they ask if you want chips while you wait. Their water is also a nice touch -- it's got lemon, cucumber, etc. in the water which gives it a refreshing spa-like feel. They also have really good iced tea. You grab your own beverages and I highly recommend both the water (free!!) and the iced tea. The staff here is wonderful -- an active management team that works the floor, checks in on guests, and generally just makes everyone feel welcome, along with the hard-working kitchen team and the young team that takes the orders and puts together the take-away options. They are a smooth-running, very friendly and kind operation there. I love Sharky's. I grew up in this area and remember when it was Twain's. Sharky''s is a great addition to the area - good, solid Mexican food with plenty of healthy options. Something for anyone in your group here.

Ventured into Hi Ho at the height of Friday dinner time, when the whole Sportsmen's Lodge shopping…read more& dining nook was packed with people, including at least 75 kids under the age of 6. Yowza! Luckily, Hi Ho wasn't quite as busy as the pizza and ice cream shops, but there were still quite a few folks, and the staff did manage to tend to everyone nicely. If you haven't been, Hi Ho is a simple, fast food burger joint in terms of decor, but the menu (from the same people who own Matu) is a small, curated selection of very high quality options: mostly Wagyu burgers in a few different configurations, and chicken tenders + some very good, hand cut fries. This time I opted for the Pastrami Heat, a double cheeseburger fortified with spicy grilled onions and a not-too-large topper of Wagyu pastrami. I don't usually go for such an elaborate burger, but I just had a hankering. And while I won't say the burger was small, it was not as ridiculously enormous as you might get other places. The double patties were juicy and flavorful, nicely seasoned and coated in properly melted American cheese. The spicy grilled onions did pack a nice punch, but there weren't a lot of them, so their effect was minimal (definitely could use more of those). House-made pickles were pleasingly artisan, with a layered, briny flavor far more enjoyable than the commercial dill chips usually deployed. Finally, the Wagyu pastrami was really quite good. Marbled and juicy without be too fatty or too rich, thinly shaved and portioned just large enough to make its presence known without becoming unwelcome halfway through. Though decadent for sure, this was an enjoyable treat that was only about 50% guilt-inducing. Fries were fresh, hot, crispy and well done, cooked in beef tallow. Also a treat. Prices are in line with what you're paying at other fast casual burger places like Five Guys or Burger Lounge, but the quality here is definitely a step above, so you could almost say it's a deal. Of course, if you also stop into neighboring Erewhon for a smoothie, your budget will be blown.

It's juicy, flavorful, and somehow still simple and perfectly balanced without needing a bunch of unnecessary extras. What really says everything though is that it's kid approved. Kids can be some of the toughest food critics, and this burger passes the test every time. If a wagyu burger can impress both adults and kids, you know they're doing something right. Everything always tastes fresh and well made, and the consistency is great. It's the kind of place where you go in expecting a good burger and somehow it still manages to exceed expectations. If you're a burger lover and haven't tried HiHo yet, you're seriously missing out. Easily one of the best burger spots around.
