It's been a major struggle to find good pizza in TN but this definitely is the best spot I've found so far. It's the closest you'll get to NY / NJ Pizza. They have a thin crust and they don't load tons of garlic on the pizza. It's a bit greasy but very solid slice you'll get here. Most pizza in TN is chewy and the dough is blown up. This is a nice crunchy thin slice you'll get, seems like they know what they are doing. Cool beer option as well. read more

Was out and about with the family and wanted to get some pizza. My wife looked on yelp to see what was close and Five Points Pizza came up. So we decided this was our spot. There were people lined up outside and told it was about a 30 min wait. But it ended up more like 10 min. The pizza is awesome, best I had in a while. It's thin and the ingredients are fresh. We had half T-Rex and half Zeus. Both were amazing and full of good flavor. Wash it down with a local Yazoo and Friday has begun. The service was fast and with a smile. Amazing Pizza! I was speechless after I took the first bite out of both of these pizzas. I've traveled to Italy and had pizza, tried Chicago pizza and I would've never expected that my favorite pizza place would be in Nashville. We ordered these pizzas before going out to the honky tonks and it was incredible before going out and just as good when we came back home as left overs. Unfortunately I don't live in Tennessee so I can't eat this as often as I'd like but I really encourage that you do. I'll be thinking of their pizza throughout the rest of my life. As you arrive, there are two entrances--one if you are looking to order pizzas for carry out and another if you want to dine-in (then they also have a walk-up window if you want slices). They offer a variety of pizzas. We ordered the Old World and Meatball Pi pizzas. The Old World is your classic cheese pizza--but the mozzarella is not shredded but melts in streaks on the pizza. It is a great mix of the nice crisp crust, tasty sauce, and melted cheese--really great. I loved the meatball even more. The meatballs are cut into slices so that they are similar to Italian sausages. The mix of the meatballs and sausage was wonderful. They also offer slices of the day. My nephew had a slice with bacon and jalepeno which he really enjoyed. Other family members ordered the garlic knots and absolutely loved them. Many great choices here. read more

Love this place! Service was great, cool vibe, good selection of beer on tap and great pizza! Started with the spinach and gorgonzola salad and an order of garlic knots. The salads were a very generous portion and very tasty for $8. My daughters were all over the garlic knots. They are the real deal with real garlic. My youngest had a slice of cheese and my wife and other daughter split a 14 inch Zeus. Plenty of quality food at a decent price. Five points pizza is SOLID pizza place. I went with my partner around 4:30 on a tuesday and it was pretty quiet. The service was quick and friendly and clean! We got the 14" vegetarian pizza and it was soooo good, solid distribution of veggies and good cheese pull. We also got the garlic knots and they were okay in my opinion, I found them to be more just a bread knot with some parmesan and drizzle of garlic added at the end. I'm a garlic girlie so i would have preferred tons of garlic but other then that they weren't bad! Overall pizza, amazing, 10/10. read more

disclaimer, everyone that works there is always super nice and super cool. 10/10 for the staff! but food vibes I gave it three because, sometimes it really is good but only when you either a order a whole pie togo (65% of the time it's pretty good). If you get delivery from them, it's disgusting though don't ever do that. *****If you order slices to go it's like a burnt cardboard cracker you paid way too much money for. (sidenote I wish Nashville could just get good pizza by the slice. It's so sad, Nashville thinks everything is so cool and they charge more than LA for it and it's literally horrible.) The only time I've found five points pizza great, is If you order a slice in the bar during happy hour. The price is worth what it is and somehow it's never burnt or too thin during happy hour from the bar. I've even gone as far as to order a slice from the bar and ask for a to go box to take home leftovers, and just taken it all to go. IDK what it is about their togo window slices, but I've never had a decent one let alone a good one and they're like five dollars a slice. I shared a photo of what it looks like every time. The burn is in the flavor too it's like you get theee nights im and it all tastes light coal. Honestly I don't know why I keep coming back here and ordering to go slices, but my dog is grateful because he gets pizza, also the super cool employees give him pepperoni at the togo window. my dog is def a fan! Heard a lot of great thing about this place and it really lived up to everything! We called ahead to get our pie for pick up. I would recommend this if you're just looking to experience the pizza! It only took about 20 minutes! For to go orders you go to a small shop where you can order slices or whole pies. There is parking in the back but you have to pay (another reason why pick up is great, one person can stay in the car and another go in!) It was pretty packed in the shop when we picked up on a Saturday evening. The service was quick and really friendly as well! As for the pizza...I can barely explain it, it's just SO good! When I try to isolate the parts...the crust is pretty mediocre and the toppings aren't anything special the pizza is soooo above average! It maybe is the sauce?!? Really not sure but it's working!!! Ordered this pizza as a delivery for a work a event and it arrived in the time as requested. I was worried as I had not tried the food before. We tried an assortment of pizzas and salads and all are wonderful. The super Bianca, trex and half and half pizza we had made were all wonderful. Every staff member was so happy and loved every piece. As a personal note I wish they would have a GF option moving forward but I did love the spinach and Gorgonzola salad with prosciutto. Probably one of the best pizzas I've had! I'm from NY and I love NY style pizza & Five Points definitely comes close. They have a restaurant and next door is a carry out area. I've never eaten at the restaurant only have gotten carry out or from the window late night. There's a ledge and some bar stools on that side if you do want to stay and eat a slice. The have the traditional cheese and pepperoni and also have the prosciutto and basil most of the time on their menu. They also have a veggie and meat special daily. All of those can be ordered by the slice if you don't want a whole pie. You can also order their other specialty pizzas but it would be the whole pie. I have had tried all the toppings they have for by the slice and you can't go wrong. The last time we went we ordered a pie (spinach, mushroom, and Gorgonzola) we added Italian sausage and it was delicious!!
