The two gentlemen that were working tonight were clearly trying to use the remaining food they had left to close the store. I asked for a mini bowl, brown rice, half and half, veggies (no broccoli), and green onion. The rice was clumped and over cooked, the gentleman who put my bowl together knit picked the veggies out of the container they had on the line (avoiding the broccoli), which is sad because what if someone has some type of reaction to it and can't come in contact? They used the SAME SCOOP for the beef and chicken which is cross-contamination. That is gross and they need some employees who will do their job right. Please fix it. read more

Otherwise pretty consistent and pretty good I recommend the steak over the chicken which is mostly mostly thigh. But you are actually able to request white meat if that is what you prefer for an up charge of course it's quick convenient and pretty healthy and the grand scheme of take outI like the steak with white rice and green onions on top I never get any of I've offered sauces i thinkit's perfectly good on its own. I placed a $30 order on their website for pick up on saturday. I got an email confirming my order. I arrived to pick up my order to find a note on the door saying they were closed for Lunar New Year. If this wasn't bad enough, I sent an email to both corporate and the store about the matter on saturday evening. I called the store on Monday afternoon and was told that they saw my order when they got in that morning, NO apology. They said they would call me back to let me know they had issued the refund. As of today (6 days later) no refund, no call back, no response from corporate. I should not have to chase them down for a refund and I should have gotten an apology for the time I wasted driving over to the store just to have to go somewhere else. read more

First time coming to this location. It's sort of hidden because its going through construction at the moment but its a great place!
