This is the only flame broiler that has a problem with putting the vegetables that come in the bowl, on the side. All I ask is for them to put my veggies separately, and they either try and charge me for a side of veggies, or they simply say they aren't allowed to do so. So glad there's Asian restaurants nearby. Added bonus they deliver through GrubHub! Food arrived hot, and the delivery didn't take long either. I like that the menu is simple and they're generous with the portions even for the bowls. Another upside, they serve kimchi! When I crave comfort food I'm glad I can always hit up this place. Your choices are either chicken, beef, or tofu. The mini bowl just comes with veggies and rice. But the regular plate includes the choice of meat, veggies/rice, cabbage salad/slaw and oranges. Meat is flavorful and rice is cooked perfectly. You will definitely get full from the bowl. Try this place out! I have eaten at flame broiler long before this pandemic. The customer service is extremely poor every single time I come in as if the people working there don't enjoy their job. They got my order wrong then didn't want to correct it because I hadn't kept my receipt when I went back less than 30min from purchasing. They made me (while being pregnant) DIG THROUGH THE TRASH to look for my receipt. It was the same girl who took my order too. Before you were able to get however much sauce as you please. Now apparently you are told how much you are able to receive which is two small cups of sauce per bowl. Over all their customer service has gone down immensely as if they don't care who comes in their establishment. read more

Wow. So we spent $25 for 2 works bowls plus extra chicken. No drinks, just 2 bowls. Seems kinda steep but hey, that's the price you pay for good food right? Joke's on me. The chicken was dry. We even followed the tips on here to order ahead and ask for the white meat chicken. The beef was a little better but dry too. The rice was good but... it's rice. There weren't enough veggies at all. Literally 2 pieces of brocolli, 3 thin slices of carrot, and a bunch of cabbage. The worst part of it all is the after taste. I feel like I just finished smoking a cigarette! Gross! And I smoked for 8 years, quit 5 years ago and I'm not happy to have that taste in my mouth again. Its lingering. I'm assuming it's an artificial smoke additive? Not sure.. but whatever it is its gross. I'm just so dissapointed. read more

I disregarded that and ask for extra sauce on the side and got an attitude as well. Not sure if she's having a bad day or not but her customer service sucks. I was rushed to order. A great new addition to the line-up of great restaurants popping up in Menifee. The flame broiler is located in a small center a half a block west of the 215-fwy on Newport rd. They have delicious healthy fresh food made to order. You can get a bowl or plate of selected meats, vegetables & rice. No MSG or frying here, all meats (Chicken or Angus beef) are grilled. I really do like this place I order here all the time and I always get about seven bowls typically due to my large family size.The young lady I've never seen before completely messed my order up I wanted a bowl with all veggies instead of rice and the other's with no green onion's but with veggie's and rice some how all bowl's no veggie's except one. when I came back to get corrected I asked instead of them making completely new bowls over if they can give me two of the small bowls of veggies to make up for the fact I had to come back.The young lady brings out these tiny bowls I've never seen of veggie's, really to make up for five bowl's.By the way I ordered to go thinking they would put fork's in back big mistake you have to grab them your self.My score is based on customer service.I do like the food. read more

At last! Ive been waiting for this place to open since I heard from the owners ( who also have Temecula and Murrieta stores) that they were opening in Menifee. I'm already a big fan of Flame Broiler for a lot of reasons. The food is fresh, always hot and flavorful. The veggies and meats they use are high quality and you can taste this in the prepared dishes and the prices are unbelievably reasonable for what you get. They keep the restaurant very clean which makes eating in very nice. A great place to eat for the health conscience. They even have vitamin water in their soda machines as a choice of beverage! The parking can be a little tough if you're there at lunch or dinner hours but other than that this place rocks! read more

Each bowl is loaded with juicy chicken or beef, crisp vegetables and white or brown rice. Your orders are freshly prepared as you wait. The wait time is minimal.
