Separately, we also had the cabinets refinished so I've included phtotos of the before and after for comparison. Martin was a pleasure to work with and he was very supportive of our questions. Once we had identified a few quartzite slabs that we liked, he joined my wife to take a look at them and make sure they matched what we were looking for. He interacted with the manager of the stone store to make sure they removed the slabs from the stack so my wife could clearly see all of the slab face. We ended up picking two slabs. Communication throughout the process was very professional and he helped us manage a challenge with the size of the sink and made sure that what we purchased would work for our situation. We had one question post-install and he quickly came back to address the issue without a problem. I am stunned by how good the countertops turned out and how smooth the whole process was (even factoring in having the kitchen a mess for a while during the painting process). I highly recommend Ponce Countertops.

I went through several bids and talked with several companies about this, and Cabinets and More got the bid because Harry, their project manager, demonstrated a genuine caring for the quality of the work done. He personally went to my home to check my measurements and scheduled a prompt install that worked around my countertop install. Juan, Ken, and Tian did a wonderful job on the install - everything was level, plumb, and sturdy, and everything fit perfectly despite the level of customization required. The cabinets are very good quality, made of solid wood and sturdy hardware. I would use Cabinets and More again in a heartbeat. Their personal customer service, careful installation, and quality product at a fair and reasonable price is something you can't find elsewhere.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after years of frustration with Prefab Granite Depot, I feel…read morecompelled to share my experience. I hired them to install a waterfall-style counter back in June 2021. Barely a year later, the waterfall cracked for no clear reason. They came out again in July 2022 to repair it, but the job was subpar. I noticed that between the waterfall backing and the side of the cabinet. It wasn't flush at all. Which I'm assuming that it allowed the water fall to slide inward more than 90 degrees, thus putting strain at the joint. But I am not a professional installer. It took them until August 22, 2022, to actually address this crack and I was assured the issue wouldn't happen again, however nothing was done to fill the gap with sub board to prevent inward movement of the granite. Unfortunately, it did again crack. A third crack appeared on April 22, 2023. I reached out multiple times via email and phone, only to be completely ignored. No callbacks, no emails, nothing from their receptionist or customer service team. Then, in May 2025 -- the worst-case scenario happened -- the waterfall slab literally fell off the counter. It nearly injured my child, grazing his arm as it collapsed. This wasn't just poor workmanship; it was dangerous. I've given them multiple chances over the years to make this right, but the lack of accountability and disregard for customer safety is unacceptable. I would never recommend this company to anyone if this is still their current practice and to avoid at all costs.

You won't run into a situation where gaps are left between subcontractors. 2. There were no hidden fees or unreasonable change orders. The final price was exactly what was initially quoted. 3. We chose Dekton for the countertop, which is fabulous but also known to be harder to fabricate and install. Our countertop was so masterfully completed; the grain patterns all matched up and fit together perfectly. 4. Marlene, the cabinet designer, has vast knowledge of products on the market, which gives her the capability to create ideas for non-standard options. 5. Carlos and the cabinet installers, were so multi talented, they did custom carpentry work per customer's wish, and also electrical connections and drywall finish, all with good quality. 6. Unfortunately, things began to fall apart shortly before finalizing my cabinet order. My final renderings were never properly completed. One entire room was missing from the plans, and major updates that were requested - including switching from frameless to framed cabinets (which affects cabinet sizing) - were never reflected in the drawings. It became very difficult to get in touch with anyone to finalize the order or receive updated plans. Eventually I went into the store in person, where Liad offered to "fix and finalize" everything on the spot. He manually drew out the new layout and entered the order on his phone, assuring us he was taking care of everything. However, no formal layout, purchase order, item list, cabinet sizes, or updated renderings were ever provided. I was told we could rely on the existing renderings and that getting formal updates from the designers would take too long. After paying, we heard nothing until my contractor informed me that cabinet boxes were being delivered. The delivery arrived without any paperwork, purchase order, or layout for my contractor and cabinet installer to reference. Once installation began, we discovered multiple issues: missing items, incorrect cabinet sizes, missing panels, and accessories that were the wrong size. Trying to resolve these problems was extremely frustrating. It was again difficult to reach Liad until we went back into the store. He repeatedly asked us to provide a list of what needed to be fixed, but that was difficult because we were never given a purchase order or layout showing what was actually ordered. What stood out most was the change in demeanor. Conversations that were initially helpful became defensive and dismissive. At one point he even questioned whether our installers "knew what they were doing," and suggested modifying cabinets to make incorrectly sized accessories fit instead of addressing the ordering mistakes. At this point I have had to purchase replacement panels, shelves, and accessories out of pocket from another cabinet store just to keep the project moving. Both my contractor and cabinet installer -- as well as staff at the other cabinet supplier -- were shocked by the experience and confirmed that this is not how a cabinet ordering process should work. My advice if you choose to work with this company is to triple-check everything and get all documentation in writing before paying. Make sure you receive final drawings, a purchase order, item numbers, and cabinet dimensions. It's unfortunate to have such a stressful experience during what should be an exciting part of a home remodel. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business. There are many other cabinet suppliers that provide clearer communication and proper documentation.

I reached these people from an ad on Facebook (which should've been my first clue) and was…read moresurprised they were willing to set up an appointment same day. They took my information (just name/address /phone) and said they would be here at 6:30p. They then sent a video using my name, date, and time on a white board (to show it was real, I guess? That made me highly suspicious of deep fakes, tho) to confirm my appt and let me know some details before they showed up. One of the details was the price. The lowest price mentioned was $12,000. Not to remodel the entire bathroom, but ONLY to replace the tub/surround. Also, the material they use is BP-Cor2, a composite polymer that contains 85% ABS plastic and 15% Acrylic. Google says this is actually a pretty safe, non-toxic material (so that's good), but the adhesive fumes are another story and it takes 24-48 hours for all that to be done. That sounded exorbitant. They do offer a lifetime warranty, but I may be selling my place within the year, so that really wasn't a factor in my decision. So I called to cancel, was put on hold, then hung up on twice. Not sure what that was about, so I texted back to the number that sent me the link and said to cancel my appointment, then I texted stop to unsubscribe. Got a call back almost immediately after that from the guy I originally talked to, who tried to change my mind. I would say it was a medium sell - not hard, but definitely he tried a few tactics before giving up. When he finally realized I was not going to relent, he said he canceled everything, which was great. About a week or two later, I received a call from them trying to sell me their service again. I pointed out that I had unsubscribed from everything and was not going to follow through with the appointment. They called yet again another week later, trying to sell me the same crap. At this point, there is no way they could've convinced me to change my mind. I do not work with people who do not listen when you cancel something. Beware of giving them your information.

When we started, we only knew what we didn't like about our current kitchen. Like any major…read moreproject, we started by reaching out to a couple of vendors to get quotes, that's where we met Alon, the project manager for Lumina Builders. What immediately stood out to us was that he had ideas and solutions to address our pain points and make enhancements, we wouldn't have ever considered, and didn't just wait for us to tell him how we wanted things. He created a vision for us in that first quote visit. The other contractor we spoke to didn't provide any ideas just asked us how we wanted it. It was a very easy decision to go with Alon and Lumina Builders. Our project was estimated to take 2-3 months and ultimately took two and a half months to complete. We designed a brand new kitchen, addressing all of our concerns and adding a few recommendations from Alon to streamline some areas. They ripped everything out aside from the flooring and walls. We got brand new custom cabinets, custom lighting, and new countertops. Our fridge was moved to a new, more accessible area. Our sink was shifted down to align with the stove for continuity sake (never realized how much I hated it being in a corner previously). We had a new little cabinet built in our little breakfast nook area and we had an appliance garage built to house everything that took up counter space. Everything is so much brighter and more open and, even though we know the demensions are roughly the same, it feels so much wider. We are ecstatic with how everything came out. Alon is a genius. He was responsive to us throughout the project, checking in weekly to see how things were going, giving us peace of mind throughout this process, as first time remodelers. We were indecisive about the primary cabinet color (I was very worried we'd be stuck with something we didn't really like) but he worked with the cabinet makes to give us several samples to choose from. He was very patient with us. We LOVE how everything turned out! We'll definitely be using Lumina Builders for all of our future projects.

First, our rep Robert came to our house with tons of options and suggestions. He was able to give us a wide variety and help us select something that uniquely fit our style and budget. He was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly with any questions we had. When we came to the showroom, Robert dopped everything to lead us through the selection process. We could tell he was highly knowledgeable and much more intent on making us happy rather than upselling us on unnecessary products. When instillation day came our installers, Miguel and Israel, were also very professional and highly knowledgeable and skilled. Rarely have I seen harder workers than these two! Their attention to detail--such as lining up the carpet pattern on the stairs and making sure the cut pattern on the risers were balanced--was impressive. The entire job, including moving large furniture, was completed in two days. We couldn't be more pleased! I dealt with Alex at the desk and he was professional, answered every question, and explained all the options available. Flooring Liquidators has a large selection giving the homeowner many choices. As for installation some of the big name stores had high prices and long wait times for installation. Alex recommended KMH Flooring. I was pleasantly surprised when I contacted the owner of KMH, Kevin. Kevin made sure someone came out, gave a quick appraisal, and set up an appointment for installation. I could not be more pleased on how Kevin and his staff did the job from beginning to end with quality workmanship. He made sure everything was done professionally and in a timely manner. I was looking for new flooring for my Condo to cover the stairs and up to the hall plus 2 bath and the upstairs bedrooms. After shopping around at 3 other locations I landed at Flooring Liquidators. I needed hard flooring and carpet and I was helped through these decisions at the Store to easily settle on products, colors and styles. Not so easy at other places that constantly go back to the "deal of the month". Installation was coordinated with an installer they have worked with and the Manager Tim helped to arrange both the site visit for install estimate and the install. Had my floors installed back in 2021. We picked out LVP. The person of contact did not communicate…read moreduring the install. That was the first problem. Second problem is they have been back every year since the install to correct the floor underneath which was not done properly. In fact the first year they came out the guy said they did a shitty job. Nice to hear from the store that their service was shitty. The floors had about a one inch movement up and down. So the second year another spot did the same thing. They came out and ripped it up a second time. Problem came back the next year in a different spot all within about a ten to twelve foot area. Each year a new spot and another ripping up of the floor. We had new baseboards installed through out the house and after 5 years and promises that the missing piece in the master bath would be done, it still isn't. Even this past summer the head guy said he was embarrassed that it wasn't done. But Guess what? Still not done. Plus all the installed baseboards have small little metal nail hole throughout as they didn't even cover them and paint over them. They look horrible. We recently had our upstairs done by a different company and I looked at Village carpets email from 2021 to get the color of our downstairs LVP. Turns out they changed the color on a different email without noting it and we ordered over 1000 sq ft of the incorrect color. This cost me over $3000 because they had changed color. Lost the price of the floors and labor as I noticed it was wrong after half the upstairs hallway was installed. Then had to look through past emails to find out the problem was that I was sent two different emails with two different floor colors. I have left messages for owner which are ignored. Crazy way to run a business.

The warehouse is large and they carry a vast selection of quality brands, different flooring types, and so many shades. They offer a scale of budget friendly and luxury items, and competitive pricing at all levels. They also offer a beautiful selection tile backsplashes, cabinetry, countertops, etc. But what made the experience stand out was the quality of guidance and customer care. Natalie and Alex were outstanding to work with--professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to thoroughly explain our options and helped us think through decisions carefully, including both the benefits and potential drawbacks of different choices. Their goal clearly wasn't to make a sale--it was to help us make the right long-term decision for our home. Throughout the process, they were patient, detailed, responsive, and made what could have been an overwhelming project feel manageable and straightforward. They made us feel informed and supported.
