The dough in the roll is light and fluffy with a perfect amount of cinnamon and butteriness. The toppings on both cinnamon rolls were decadent, but not overly sweet. It's hard for something to be dense and light at the same time, but they do this well. We also ordered two drinks. I don't remember what my wife got, but I ended up getting a Matcha latte. It was a bit too strong for me as there seemed to be a lot of Matcha powder used in it, but her drink was divine. I think it was some sort of signature latte that they offered - it was excellent! We were able to grab a table inside, even with them being really busy, ate our cinnamon rolls while we chatted with our neighbors also enjoying their cinnamon rolls and rolled out in about 30 minutes. I cannot recommend the spot enough - dope team, insanely delicious, cinnamon rolls, clean, open air, and spacious, and the best part of it a good playlist. For the cost of these cinnamon rolls and how messy they are, they can invest in proper boxes that hold more than 1-2 rolls and aren't super flimsy. Also, in the 2 minutes from paying to setting it down for a photo, the frosting was already on the box which made it even messier. For such a popular place, they should value presentation just as much as flavor. But speaking of flavor, the cinnamon rolls were all soft, almost melt-in-your mouth, sweet from the respective frostings, and large in size. The Banana's Foster Cinnamon Roll was my favorite one and I'd also recommend the Guava & Cheese Cinnamon Roll since that's only available on weekends.
