They asked if I was in the right place and kept staring at me. I said the number I called and they were more confused but I showed them it was the one on Google and my call log for yesterday. She called the manager and handed me the phone. The manager took my number and told me to hold. Then said there was a double booking and if I waited 45min they would give me a discount. Meanwhile the staff was staring at me and I've never felt more uncomfortable and unwelcome. The place was also filthy. I decided to take my business elsewhere.

The salon is cute, clean, comfortable, and doesn't have that strong nail salon smell. They can be pricier but for me it's worth it for the service and quality. I believe they're appointment only. Parking in front is very limited and they're right next to an auto shop so there could be times the parking is not accessible. so be prepared to look for street parking. However, the staff's attitude and overall demeanor makes the experience very uncomfortable. The welcome is not warm, and the staff often come across as awkward, unfriendly, and somewhat hostile. Instead of making clients feel comfortable and taken care of, I've found myself being put in awkward positions simply so the staff can be more comfortable in their own seats. It makes the entire appointment feel tense and unpleasant. They're also ALWAYS in a rush for other clients, but I'm clearly a paying client as well!!
