Great service for a great price. I got a full set of extra long acrylics for $35 (normal length is only $30) beautifully done in less than 90 minutes. The manicurist did a great job and directed her undivided attention towards my nails throughout the session. It was a great experience, especially since nobody bothered me while I read a book. Not relaxing! The owner brought his 3 kids to work. I'm guessing they were around one, four and seven. The older 2 were running around screeming like they were playing in a park. What's worse, the toddler repeatedly opened up the bottles of nail polish and painted herself and the furniture! This neil salon is not good enough to come back again. I was looking for a salon where I can do "Gel Nail", so i asked if they have a gel nail service. and they said "Yes". However, that was not real "Gel Nail" which I was expected but Aclyle nail. A Nailist was not skilfull, and I felt pain when she shape my nails roughly... I was so surprised because I have never felt pain during any nail service...At the last, they never forgot to ask tips... I did not feel great after finisihg the nail...what a waste. Beware of how your nails are trimmed with a pedicure. I am now living through the after effects of an ingrown toenail that developed from my pedicure at Forever Nail. I am a 73 yr old woman who almost always give myself a pedicure (and will do it in the future) and have never had an ingrown toenail. My large toenail was nicely shaped but should have been cut straight across!! I had to have a podiatrist cut away that part of the toenail, take some painkillers which is rarely, rarely take and worst of all, had to miss my aerobic exercise classes, A painful lesson learned. read more

It's right next to Walgreens in the parking lot! With all the nail salons in downtown, this has become one of my favorites for price, quality, and OPI color selection. The workers are very nice and they also have a loyalty program. There's a flat screen in front of the pedi massage chairs which is nice. I'll definitely be back! read more

I'm sorry to say my go to nail salon has taken a dive. The place isn't as clean, the owner's family's kids are there a lot. They are mostly cute but often screaming for attention. It's not relaxing to be there any more. I feel more like I'm in the way. The male manicurist's hands are rough and I've ended up with a few cut and irritated cuticles both times I had him. The last time my daughter and I went for pedicures she couldn't even carry on a conversation because the lady was so rough. Although they spend a lot of time getting everything just right I'm sad that the quality has decreased so much. Gotta find a new go to salon. read more

I just needed a quick manicure and pedicure before leaving on vacation, and Forever Nail Spa was great! They were fast working and enjoyable to talk to. My nails are holding up really well and I'll be going back. The interior of the building is newly remodeled as well. read more

UPDATE: after using this salon for a while I've noticed a change that's very disturbing. In the past when I had a mani/pedi they've always pulled out a plastic bag (sealed) and opened it to use the tools when they do the work. But that was not the case the last 2 times I've been in there. They opened a drawer and pulled the tools out one by one. NOT GOOD. The tools should be sanitized and you should know that you are the first (and only) customer to be exposed to the tools after they've been sanitized. I thought maybe the first time was my imagination so I gave them another shot. But I went in again last week and the same thing happened. NOT GOING BACK. read more

This place always does an excellent job (in a dozen pedicures, I haven't had a single chip or oddly angled file, and they always last a solid two weeks), and is so much more reasonably priced than Pinkies. My only complaint would be that they sometimes try to accommodate too many people at once and end up making people wait, so don't try to pop in for a quick treatment when you have a limited window of time. But so long as you aren't in a rush, you are going to get the best mani/pedi in town, with a lovely hot stone massage and everything. They do great nail art too if you want to get fancy. I had a couple hours break from work so I yelped nail salons and found Forever Nail a couple of blocks from my lunching spot. I had a deluxe manicure and pedicure. The place was pretty busy on a Tuesday afternoon and several clients were more demanding than others, if you know what I mean. Lynn did my pedicure and the work was fantastic. Kim did my nails but she was very busy and although the job was OK, it was not perfect. My guess is that without the pressure of too many demanding clients she would have done a better job. The staff was really really nice and the salon was clean. Relaxing piano music was piped into the salon. Oh! The massage chair was amazing, best chair I have ever enjoyed. Unfortunately the top coat of my fingernails was the UV thick stuff and after waiting at least 20 minutes under the fan my nail polish was still completely ruined by the time I got to the car. Note to self, never let anyone apply the thick top coat again. Overall this is a great salon. If I lived in Los Altos or the area I would definitely patron this salon. read more

The $24 "summer deluxe pedicure" attracted me to Forever Nail Spa. The staff was very friendly when I arrived and I was able to sit down right away. Annie took care of me and she did an amazing job. She paid attention to my requests and was very meticulous. I received the hot stone massage with some type of scrub followed by a paraffin dip and more massage! Annie was very generous with the massage and I was practically falling asleep in the chair. Very relaxing. She also did a great job painting my toenails, the paint was right up to the edge of the cuticle and looked very neat. I asked her for a floral design on each of my big toes and she let me know one of the other girls would take care of that for me. I don't usually go for nail art, but once in a while I like something a little different. Anyway, in comes Mona or Mindy or Mina (I can't remember) and she was such a sourpuss. She was not friendly and seemed inconvenienced by my request. She added a dark blue accent to the white flower which I didn't care for. When I asked her to change it she became even more cranky, and after her "fix" it just looked botched. So, I requested that we just start fresh and she removed all the polish and reapplied. After she re-polished my two toes, she put my flip flops on and told me to have a good day. No nail art for me. I guess that was my punishment! I am docking only one star for this little mishap because Annie was so wonderful and when I come back, I will ask for her. read more

I'm not one to write many Yelp reviews, but this place finally deserves one from me! I really don't like looking for new nail salons, because you never know what you're going to get and can end up spending a good amount of money on a poorly done job. I was so happy to find Forever Nail Spa! The prices are good for the area (I believe a gel manicure is $30) and my gel usually lasts for two weeks of normal wear and tear, which is much better than any other place I've been. The salon is clean, the technicians are nice, and quality is consistent. I never have an appointment and have yet to be turned away (could be because I go at weird times though). They aren't super speedy, but I'll trade that for consistent quality any day. Definitely recommend them! read more

I would have given 4 stars for their warm welcome, attention to detail, calming and soothing atmosphere BUT so unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate when a nail lady brings her 3 year old and 1 year old to work where they are yelling, screaming, running around and throwing towels at customers. Yes- throwing towels at us customers then laughing. No co- worker especially the mom controlled the children! Didn't even tell him to stop. I understand it is not a 'spa' but when I go to get my nails done, I too am getting away from my kids to relax. At one point the 3 yr old ran, slip and fell hitting his face on the floor. Screaming... That's when (finally) 3 workers ran to him (stopping their customers pedicures) to help him bringing him to the back making all customers wait right in the middle of their treatments. Also, an older lady co-worker was talking on her cell in native tongue ON SPEAKER while giving a pedicure to the customer next to me. Omg ! I was speechless. So rude. Never again will I return! I wanted to get my nails done today so I called expecting to get an appointment like I usually do. I said I wanted acrylic nails with shellac over it but they turned me down because they are too busy today. Came here with a friend for a gel manicure. While the price is a little high ($32) the quality is excellent. No bubbles, shape was perfect and even across all nails (even though my nails didn't start out that way). I have had mine on for 3 weeks and just had my first chip this morning, even after needing to cut my nails down because they had grown to dragon claw length. I would highly recommend. read more

The place is clean. They don't mind if your kids sit in a massage chair while you get a pedicure. The massage is usually very good. They do a good job shaping the nails. The paint doesn't chip for 2 weeks which makes me very happy. They have relaxing music playing quietly in the background. A soothing experience. Very consistent over the long run. read more

They are fine for shellac nails but take about 30% longer to do it than other salons. But avoid french acrylics here. Mine turned out like cartoon nails - they got wider a they extended past my fingers. I had high hopes for this place as it has many good reviews. In terms of cleanliness it deserves at least 4.5 stars. The equipment is clean and they have individualized liners for each tub. However in terms of their work 2.5 stars. They shaped my finger nails nicely but my toe nails are crooked. My nail polish on my finger nails is not painted all the way to the front edge. One coat of purple is and the second coat of purple stops short of the actually edge in a way that is noticeable on more than one nail. My nail polish has bubbles and it seemed like they were in a rush to get us done. My friend attempted to put her own shoes on and was yelled at by an employee when clearly know one was around to see if needed help. I stared at one guy as I attempted to grab my shoes and he didn't bother to help at all. Price was average for a decent nail salon but I was hoping for more from a nail salon with good reviews. read more

Have been coming here for pedicures for a while. Was good service but sometimes inconsistent. I got acrylic nails recently. The first fill was 15$. The second was 18$. Today it was 20$. Not coming back to see it is 23$. Plus they quoted 3 different prices to people for manicures while I was there. When you ask for a particular manicurist they do not always have them available. This is a really nice nail salon. Nice ladies. They take time to do your mani and pedi, and they last for quite a while. I have also noticed that they have a lot of returning customers. Everytime I make an appointment I still have to wait. So yesterday I just walked in and was told there would be availability in 10 minutes. I went next door to do an errand and came back in less than 10 minutes. During that time three people walked in and so then they told me it would be a half an hour! Zero customer service. Have had my nails done off and on at Forever Nail Spa for the past four years. Sometimes, the service is terrific and occasionally it has been less than wonderful. The past couple of visits have been dreadful. On one occasion, although I made an appointment with a specific staff member, when I arrived, she informed me that she would need 10 - 15 minutes to finish her lunch! My friend and I were looking for a place to get a pedicure at 7 PM that same night. Forever Nail Spa even though they closed at 7 they accommodated us graciously. When we arrived we were greeted warmly by Tina and Hana, we then preceded to have the best pedicure of my life!! i am now converted and will do my best to make it there to see either of them for all of my pedicure/manicure needs. I must have gotten an unusual lady my first time here, because two of my friends love this place and requested i give them another shot. So I have returned several times since then to reevaluate and determined the first time was just a fluke. Based on my additional trips i would say the previous bad experience was unusual. I had a really bad experience there today. I called around noon and made a reservation for my two daughters to get ManiPedis at 6 PM. They even asked for the age of the girls which I thought was nice so that they would know they were younger. I said they were getting them done for their graduations on Wed. Then when I showed up at 6 PM with my daughters the man at the front desk (Who I have seen and talked to many many times as I get my nails done there) said that he didn't have room for us and couldn't take us that night. It was pretty abrupt and really uncomfortable. After we left I checked my phone to see if I had called the wrong place but sure enough it was definitely Forever Nail's number called at noon and talked to for almost a minute. I found this salon when it opened a few months back....I had awesome things to say and...highly recommended them....well...my last 2 visits have been plain awful. First off after the first not so great visit I chalked it up to new management taking over. They didn't really want to say they had taken it over but its plain to see that's not the case...My visit was on this past Friday. I miss my nail tech Kim who like the rest of the staff is no longer there. Its now just a nail salon versus a quiet and peaceful spa which I loved about it. I am just a person spending money versus a returning customer who Michael always greeted warmly. They did get in new massage chairs but..I liked the spa feel of the little water foot containers :) Its pretty hard to understand any of the techs most speak very little English and call over the owner to figure out what I am saying. I could go on and on...Bad manicure, Sloppy pedicure and will not be back nor recommend them...I am out on the hunt again for an awesome salon who talk to me and do a decent job!! read more
