The place itself is kinda small and sometimes during their rush you have to wait to find a table. The parking lot pretty much sucks. The spaces are small and there's not enough. With so many options it's hard not love this place. Build your own bowl, wrap or salad. Choose a protein (anything from steak-tofu) then pick 5 veggie add ins,a sauce & base. Their sauces vary from Asian to southwest inspired. There is something for whatever you're craving. White & brown rice, noodles, pasta, spinach, etc for bases. Fresh ingredients for a good price. I'm docking a star because sometimes they skimp on the add ins like baby corn which is my favorite! They bring it to your table pretty quickly. Great place to come on your lunch break. read more

Food is whatever, service is slow. Sometimes You have to wait 10 or 15 minutes for them to make a bunch of delivery orders before they will serve you even though you're the only one in the shop. Also walked in this morning around 10:30 because the door was unlocked not thinking about the time and the woman at the counter was super rude asking me to get out because they weren't open yet. The 1 star is because the food was ok. The girl at the front end of the restaurant is RUDE. This was my first time and I asked her what the bases they had, she pushed the paper on my face and said "it's all in there". Fine, may be she is having a hard day. I tried to buy a drink and asked her what sizes do they have, "there is only 1". I thanked her and paid for my food. There was no acknowledgement of my thank you. There was a Caucasian lady who went behind me, all of a sudden this girl is all smiles and very warm & friendly. Ok whatever, as I was waiting for my food, another caucasian couple walked in and she greets them. When they asked what do you have, she was explaining the whole menu and how to order etc in good detail, while smiling and taking the time to listen. Being a woman of color(Indian or South East Asian) herself, I did not expect this kind of mistreatment. Does being Indian makes me not worthy of a few minutes of courteous treatment? Great place for fast, fresh healthy* food. I love the option of creating your own. They took Subway's model and applied it to salads and bowls. My tip is to make your own bowl (or salad) because you can pick 5 veggies to add with protein. Then all of that goes on top of rice, egg, noodles or a spinach base. They do have their own menu of signature dishes but my friend ordered the steak salad and it literally only had romaine lettuce, a few pieces of steak, croutons and parmesan. Why have that when you can have a whole bowl of different vegetables that you don't usually see on salads (i.e. Zucchini, tofu, baby corn, and much more)?! I put an asterisk up there after the word "healthy" because it can be healthy if you stick to light olive oil and stay away from the salty, sweet, and sometimes heavy sauces, breads, and cheese. One con is that I smell like stir fry after I leave. Completely need to take a shower to get the smell out! Please please upgrade your ventilation system. I almost wouldn't go at lunch because I'll smell like food the rest of the day plus it is crowded during lunch. All in all, this is a great new addition to the neighborhood. read more

OMGGGGGGGG. Their salad is BOMB, omg omg omg. The fact that this place is down the street from my work makes me the happiest ever! I had a regular BBQ Chicken salad & it was so fresh & yummy. Although I wasn't too big of a fan of the bread that came with it, the salad was SUPERB! They make the salad right in front of you, "Subway-ish" just with salad. They have a big menu when it comes to options which I like. I would recommend to anyone who can come by to at least give this place a try. Not bad! Definite potential for a major chain. The concept is great... Quick and Fresh with options away from the traditional sandwich, burrito bowl and not a dine in fresh choice. We came around dinner; he had a bowl and I had a panini. All ingredients were fresh and served hot. The restaurant was small with mediocre decor.. But no biggie. Most people are in and out during dinner. 4 out of the 7 people were regulars, which means good customer service. The employees get to know their customers. I would recommend fresh millions for lunch, light dinner or on the go. read more

I've never heard of this place until my coworkers brought me. This place is very similar to the Chipotle concept - you pick your base and add athree proteins and you pick your sauce the variety is great. I had the spinach with tofu, beets, and roasted chicken. it was a great value as the salad was big enough for both my lunch and dinner all the Ingredients were fresh. They had excellent customer service - you order; you pick your items, pay and there's no table service. Simple, fresh and easy. I would definitely come back here! Like the name, the food is fresh every time! Been to this location about 4x already and I ordered the chicken alfredo pasta and the sweet & spicy bowl. Chicken Alfredo was good, nothing spectacular as it needs some spice but hey ... It tastes better than most. The sweet & spicy bowl is really good. It doesn't have THAT much spicy but you can definitely feel a little kick! Would definitely come back here again and try another bowl for sure. read more

I love this restaurant but will never go back to the Dublin location. My favorite is the chipotle special sandwich but with Steak instead of chicken. I routinely order this on GrubHub with no issues from the San Ramon location (major thanks!!) However, the Dublin location argues with my selection and insists they cannot make it. Weird as this restaurant is all about options. Today the manager argued with me saying this was not an option and they could only make it with chicken. When I tried explaining to her that I have ordered this dozens of times at the other location she said they were wrong and eventually said that if I wanted it I needed to pay more. Why she didn't just offer the option of an up charge to begin with instead of being argumentative would have been just fine! Instead she made it seem like I was unable to pay an additional fee (even though the San Ramon doesn't charge) and then insisted that the chicken option tasted better and no other customers have asked so this was not something they could not do. It's a sandwich......why is swapping one ingredient such a huge deal??... seriously? I will happily order from the San Ramon location solely from now on. read more

Location/Parking - This is located at Tralee Village and shares a parking lot with the other shops in the plaza. Service - The employees were friendly and willing to answer questions. The girl that rung me up didn't tell me my number but it wasn't a big deal since there was only 1 person before me. The employee made eye contact when she called out my number to let me know that the order was mine. Cleanliness - This place is decently clean. There were some scraps as well as water/liquid on the floor and only 1 table was visibly dirty. Food - I love that you can see the mix-in options right in front of you. Everything looked fresh even though I came in at 2pm on a weekday. The Thai Peanut Bowl was slightly too salty but it didn't leave me dying for water. It probably would have tasted less salty if I had chosen white or brown rice as my base. If you get spinach as your base and you take it to go, the spinach gets slightly cooked depending on how far you're traveling. I don't think the containers are spill-proof but I wasn't brave enough to test it. The portion is a bit small for the price. I was nowhere near full but I did opt to get spinach as my base. I tend to like my foods saucier so I felt that they gave the perfect amount of sauce. I wish they had given me more spinach though. The container is large enough to hold more and spinach is pretty cheap. They have large cookies for sale (see picture). I didn't see a price but they looked pretty good. Misc - I would consider the food here to be decently healthy: above average for a restaurant but it obviously depends on what you're getting. read more

So I did not get the custom salad, but got a panini sandwich instead. It was pretty good, but did not seem especially healthy. He had the vegan. I had the roasted beet and goat cheese. We ordered grilled cheese for my son, teriyaki noodles with chicken for our daughter. The kid dishes are very basic, although I was quite happy with the noodles (and my daughter was too). My husband and I loved our salads. I did not try his, but they did not skimp on the roasted beets, or the walnuts in mine. The amount of goat cheese was perfect for me. They had little bits, not huge chunks and it wasn't overwhelming. Just enough that the salad barely needed any of the balsamic dressing (you can choose to have it on the side which I did). It was the perfect meal for us. We will definitely be back. It's nice to have healthy fast food options. Greek salad: they let me substitute the feta cheese for an additional vegetable. Super cool of them. Also sub kalamata olives for black olives. Dressing lacks a little flavor, but grab a lemon wedge from the drink bar and boom, full flavor tasty salad. Tip: ask for a side of sauce when ordering the rice bowls. They usually put enough sauce, but sometimes they don't. Best to be prepared for the latter. read more

Cheap and fast but the salad was ok.. I may have enjoyed it better if it wasn't drowned in dressing. I'm not sure if all salads come this way or if the person preparing my food was a little bit too heavy handed on the dressing either by accident or because they were busy. If you order a salad and you don't want a lot of dressing, be sure to tell the person ahead of time to be light on the dressing. Better to put more in than too much! I love the concept that Fresh Millions has to offer. I think that it's really cool how they offer different bases, toppings and sauces. I ordered a chicken rice bowl with five toppings because that's the max. It was cooked quickly. When I took my first bite, it was very refreshing. It's a healthy take on stir fry in my opinion. I came to fresh millions after the caps and taps event last night. It was my first visit and I didn't know what to order so I asked the woman behind the counter what her favorite menu item was. That's how I ended up with the chicken tikka masala panini. I'm a little on the fence about the panini. It wasn't terribly good but it wasn't terrible either. Slices of chicken were lightly covered with that tikka masala sauce, cheese (mozzarella?), sweet peppers, onions, and sandwiched between two pieces of focaccia. The bread choice was acceptable as it had some flavor and was able to absorb whatever sauce was there. But I prefer my panini to have a bit more bite and this was too soft for my liking. Maybe it wasn't pressed/toasted enough. Here's the weird part. I didn't really like the tikka masala flavor mixed in with the cheese but I always want my panini to have cheese. Anyway, the people seemed nice enough. Maybe I'll be back for lunch to try their salad bowls. read more

But they are running a Yelp deal $10 for $20 which I only noticed after paying ($22 change). On noticing it, I walked upto the register and told a waitress about it and asked if I can make use of it but she refused saying she can't revert the transaction. That's a JOKE ! You can always refund the complete transaction and do a new one, who are you kidding. This seems like the discount coupon is there to attract crowd but they don't them to use it. Great lunch place located in a plaza shared with apartments. The parking might be a headache but I haven't had a big problem with it. The first time I got a rice dish with chicken and masala sauce and that was just okay but my coworker really enjoys it. The 2nd time I went with some co-workers and got the noodles with shrimp and soy sesame chili sauce and that was delicious. The sauce was lacking, kinda just tasted like sesame oil but nothing sriracha couldn't fix. Reminds me of a Mongolian bbq style place in that they "cook" or warm it up to order. Some people might think it's a bit complicated when ordering. The workers don't help that much either but people will somehow get their orders through. I think the prices are also reasonable.
