OMG!!!! This guy (Adolfo) is so good. I called at 11am and he was out there at 3pm on the same day to do my father's apartment. There was some blood on the carpet from an accident my elderly father had 6 days ago and it came out. He has this machine I have never seen before. I contacted fresh start to clean my sectional and an area rug. Set up the time to show up based on our work schedule but they did not show up on time in fact I had to text them to find out where they were and if they were still coming. They were at another job and did not let us know they would be two hours late. The couch and rug turned out very clean just would have preferred them to let us know they would be late vs me having to contact them. read more

Al, at Fresh Start, did an excellent job cleaning our carpet and tile entry floor. The carpet had pet stains from our senior citizen, four-legged, family member. He thoroughly explained the chances of removing the stains. He was able to get all of the stains out, which was a pleasant surprise. The high traffic areas were also in bad shape. When he finished our 15 year old carpet looked like new again. We also had Al clean our entry tile. The light colored grout had become filthy. He was able to return it to its original color. Al is pleasant and professional. He gave us an estimate before coming to our home. He did not try to sell us anything extra. The only issue that we had is the scent of the cleaner. It was a very strong mint scent. This may have been due to the pet stains. I did not ask him why it was mint. A week later I can still smell it and I am not a fan of this scent. My husband cannot smell it anymore. Regardless, we will definitely use Fresh Start from now on and we highly recommend this company. read more

Highly recommend! Do not think my husband has ever had these white carpets cleaned in 12 years since he bought this place. Though I do not think the carpets looked terrible, they certainly had high traffic wear and needed cleaning. Adolfo warned me that due to the color, age, and wear they were not going to be perfect. Though I understood, I think Adolfo could see my disappointment and next thing I knew he was spraying the high traffic area again and had his guy go over it, one more time. What a huge difference. I asked them for a quote to clean my rental house, which had very dirty carpet with pet urine all over.
