This place is always extremely busy! But oh my goodness is it worth the wait. Breakfast is always lovely here. It has a classic diner feel while keeping awesome customer service that is quick, efficient, and makes you want to really want to keep coming back. The food menu is a bit crowded but I've never seen the wrong thing come out or anything less than a perfect meal come out of the kitchen. It's wonderful. read more

Small and busy place but they will get you a table very quickly. The service is great and the food is even greater. Honestly no complaints from me. The pancakes are nice and buttery and are very soft to the touch. The Alamo omelet is tremendous and was cooked to perfection. All of the employees were working diligently and I was very impressed. My companion was given the option to choose a cheese for his omelet. He went with cheddar (obviously) and oh my was he blown away. The cheddar was bold and delicious. This place is truly one of a kind! read more

Frisco diner offers basically the same breakfast menu as every other breakfast restaurant in the area except their food is over cooked and has no flavor. I've never used so much salt & pepper to try to give my eggs & hash browns flavor. The bacon is cheap bacon that's over cooked and hard to chew/swallow. Coffees & OJ are decent. The service is quick but our server tried to rush us out. We had the checked before we were done with our food and she picked up the plate from my cousin before she was even done chewing or with the food on her plate. After she picked up the plate she asked if she was done, well yeah girl at this point she's done since you picked up the food. Frisco diner overall just doesn't offer anything as good or better then the other breakfast places in the area (which there are a lot!). Better luck checking out somewhere else. read more

Tuna Melt was fresh and delicious. Service was excellent. Food was served quickly and hot. Our server checked on us regularly. The Fresh Fruit bowl could have included more variety, but everything was fresh and tasty. Overall, a wonderful experience at Frisco Diner. read more

My husband and I were in the area. We saw this restaurant and walked in for the first time. Our host was great! She was helpful! The food is ok. Not healthy. As soon as we arrived we were seated immediately. The list on the menu is unstoppable. Plenty of options. I don't recommend the lemonade. It tasted like water from a fountain. We didn't get a refund or had an option of choosing something else, but it's ok. Overall this restaurant gets a 3 stars from us. read more

Cool small diner feel. I've been there three times and the food and atmosphere is decent but nothing to rave about. I had the chicken and waffles (with a side of buffalo sauce) and the buffalo chicken sandwich. Good but definitely not a 5 star meal. The high ratings may work against this place for food but I get the feeling it's more the atmosphere and service that's driving the ratings. Service was excellent every time. I will tolerate bad service and atmosphere for a 5 star meal and unfortunately this is not that place. Prices are reasonable. It's close so I will return when I'm looking for a quick meal but at least I know what to expect. read more

3.5 stars. I must've came on the wrong day & gotten the wrong thing here. What I got: Chicken Pesto Panini - dry & bland chicken with way too much pesto, not enough spinach, and half melted cheese. Side of fries - the only thing that was not bland on my plate. What he got: Country Omelette - biscuits in the omelette? Woooooaaah, lowkey game changer. Hash browns were a little thick for our taste, but texture and flavor were there. Service: I never got her name, but she was unwelcoming & heavy handed to say the absolute very least; dropped and slid my food over to me, I thought my bf's coffee was going to literally spill right out of the mug when she put it down, *literally* dropped the bill on the table. Service is one of the most important things to us when dining out, we won't be coming back. read more

Excellent, excellent, excellent. We had omelettes, pancakes and hash browns. The Alamo is so fresh with a little bit of heat. Ham and cheese omelette was very good as well. Potatoes were perfectly crispy but the stars were the pancakes and biscuits- Wow! Pancakes taste like a beautiful vanilla cake, light and fluffy. The biscuits were flaky and buttery and just so good! Oh we got the side of fruit and it was perfect all of the fruit was sweet and ripe and a generous portion. Actually everything was a generous portion and the price was so reasonable. We went two days in a row it was so good!!! read more

My kids and I eat here every weekend. The food is always great! Get there before 9 on the weekends to beat the crowd. One of the best things about this place is the staff. They do a great job and the same people have been working there for the most part over the last 3 years that we've been going. read more

Amazing! Not only is the food delicious here, but the service is superb! The food we ordered came out super fast and tasted great. The staff was extremely nice and gave excellent recommendations on what to order. My group ordered both breakfast and lunch items. They were both great. I didn't get a picture of the omelet and pancakes we ordered because they were devoured before I could grab a picture. We will definitely be back! read more

I am absolutely blown away by the amazing service that I received from Frisco Diner. I was looking for a good brunch place in the area and I found this Diner on Yelp, and I am SO glad that I came here. Rameen took wonderful care of us! I am not kidding you, the service was impeccable and the food was delicious! I ordered the cowgirl which came with two pancakes, an egg (your choice of how it's cooked) and either sausage or bacon. It was SO GOOD!! This is probably my new favorite brunch place and I will 100% be back again! read more

Came in here for the first time, we felt welcomed right away. Our server was Amanda, the best one in town for sure. Went for breakfast and service was quick and efficient. I'd chose this place because I wanted some pancakes and wanted more options than just the normal bacon or sausage; they have chicken apple sausage, so YEAH! I got 2 eggs, gits, chicken apple sausage and pancakes for 10.00--yeah, you read right. They even give you hot syrup with your pancakes and that is always a plus because I am used to reminding restaurants to warm up the syrup for me. The grits were decent but I may not order them again. I'll go back and try something else on the next round. read more

Breakfast was outstanding. Biscuits were light and fluffy, fig & havarti omelette was delightful. We also had the Tex-med skillet that was fresh and delicious. Hash browns were smothered with cheese but were not over-cooked. Small diner but a large, busy staff that made the service above and beyond. We would definitely recommend this restaurant. read more

My husband and boys love Frisco Diner!! I stopped in with my husband today and really enjoyed the food. The staff is very friendly! I had the tuna melt, which was very fresh and flavorful. I also loved the ranch dressing on the side salad. My husband had the chicken fried steak, which he equally enjoyed. The okra was tasty, as well. They brought out chicken fried chicken by mistake, but very quickly corrected the error. It seemed to be pretty busy for a Wednesday. The food was still on our table in less than 10 minutes. Very impressive for such a small kitchen. It will remain one of our favorites!! read more

Very solid and consistent food and service experience. My only complaint is that there is no organized way to get on the waiting list (needed on weekends) nor a method of notification once your table is available. If you're seated at the front of the dining room, be prepared to have people standing quite close to your table. read more

I looked at reviews before going here and had really high hopes. Our visit started out promising. There was a wait but we were seated fairly quickly and our server was very attentive. I ordered the huevos rancheros and my husband ordered the country. The food came out really fast so we were very impressed but that was short lived. First, they didn't cut up the cilantro. I had a whole leaf just plopped on top. I don't know if the owner had ever tried huevos rancheros but feta DOES NOT BELONG. Also the tortillas were very hard to where I just ate the toppings because I couldn't cut through the tortilla. The country was even more disappointing. The biscuits with gravy and eggs looked gross to eat but we thought maybe the presentation wasn't their concern if they were preoccupied with the taste. Nope, not that either. They were so bland and mushy. My husband ate the pancakes it came with and didn't touch the meal after the first bite. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I was disappointed that I had to spend my hard earned money on something we barely even touched. This honestly threw off our entire day as we had an event planned and wanted to eat a big brunch so that way we had energy for the day. read more
