Very Berry Bliss and and omelet

Just tried for the first time. Busy Sunday morning with a short wait. Staff is very friendly, actually feels like a diner which was a nice surprise since it's in a strip mall! Food was very good. Would like to come back and try a burger.

Came here with my family and toddler son. The food overall was amazing, and the country fried steak was really good! The service was amazing and our waitress Monica took great care of us!

My daughter & went out for breakfast. We were seated immediately upon arriving. I've been before but it's been a while. Our servers were very friendly & the food was good. I had a skillet and my daughter got the breakfast quesadillas. Inside is fairly small but cool decor with pictures of Frisco throughout.

The food was very good and the serving sizes are well over fulfilling. The service was great and our server was very informative and made great suggestions. The Diner was nice and cozy with lots of room to enjoy your meal with feeling crowded. My husband I were driving by and saw it and decided to stop in and we have no regrets and are looking forward to returning.

We came for an early Mother's Day brunch and were pleasantly surprised by how quickly we got seated despite the number of parties ahead of us. The breakfast menu is extensive with plenty to pick from for each person in the party. Our server, Ben, was very attentive and took good care of us, anticipating our needs. We got 3 skillets and an avocado toast and everything was delicious!

Napa Valley omelette - Havarti cheese, bacon, scallions and figs

How have I lived in Frisco for so long and not known about this place? Our 2nd visit today - both times were great! Cute and clean place, friendly and attentive service. The employees all seem happy too - like they actually like each other and working there. Today I tried the Napa Valley omelette - such a unique flavor combination that really works! This place is a new favorite!

Pumpkin pancakes

Better than I anticipated. Food was delicious! We got a biscuits and gravy dish, pumpkin pancakes, crab cake Benedict. Highly recommend the crab cake eggs Benedict, they use real crab. Portion size is pretty big. Service was good and the space was decent, but not large. Great for small or big groups. Definitely check this spot out. 11/10 recommend. Till then, let's eat!

This place is pretty good! The services is very good! The pancakes are too dry! And they should put the walnuts and figs in the batter!

Normally, we love the Rackhouse. My girlfriend and I go there all the time. The servers and food…read moreare good, but we have had some recent issues as a result of the new general manager, who is very sloppy and unqualified at his job, which is why we left upset and took our business elsewhere the other day. We went in on a Sunday afternoon so it was not too busy at the time. My girlfriend and I like to be seated at a "low top" because she has back issues with climbing up into higher seating. We don't mind waiting for that as inside "low tops" are limited. The hostess was very nice, as they always are. She took us to the middle of the venue to seat us and then walked away while we were waiting on our server. I stood up to walk around the table so that I could sit next to her instead of across from her. She stood up to move over and pulled out the chair next to her so she could sit back down. At that moment the new general manager walked up, and without offering any explaination, took the chair out of my girlfriend's hand and said, "We need this table for another party." He walked away and left us standing there without offering us another solution, and apology or calling the hostess over to seat us elsewhere. We were left standing there dumbfounded and looking around unsure of what to do. We started walking back toward the front of the venue as we spotted another open "low top" near there. At that same time the female hostess saw what had happened to us, and she started to walk toward us. Meanwhile, another male server - acting as host - seated some people at the new table we were about to get to with the hostess. We got mad and said, "it feels like someone is playing a game on us!" The hostess apologized as she could see we were aggitated. It was not her fault, and we do not blame her. We blame the rudeness of the general manager. We left to go eat somewhere else. This is not the first incident with this general manager, though. A few days prior, we were eating in there and had a good vantage point of one of the side kitchen entries off to the left of the bar toward the ffront half of the venue. A bus boy sloshed water all over the floor while moving wet dishes in a container back into the kitchen. He didn't have a chance to clean it up because he was buy walking back and forth doing other things. No big deal. The general manager walks up and proceeds to yell at another female server about the water who had absolutely nothing to do with the spill After she walks away, he did not take any real care to clean the spot up himself. He comes back after a minute to clean it up but not with a mop or anything. He takes two towels off the bar and mushes it around on the floor with his foot. He , then, proceeds to kick the wet towels under the bar before walking away. Talk about a safety and hygene issue. This kind of left a bad taste in our mouth. He does not treat his venue or his staff very nicely. We wantedd to get up and tell the other female server that we were sorry for her. This venue would be great if they would fire this rude and sloppy general manager. It's a shame because this used to be one of our favorite venues to go to all the time. The experience is starting to feel cheapened and sullied now.

I paid almost $5 for it -- the same amount of fresh squeezed at other places like Starwood or Pancake House. I would not get the orange juice again here. I got the Sundae Waffles and I overall enjoyed them. They're a sugar overload, but that's practically implied. My gripe was that the vanilla ice cream tasted odd and I actually pushed it aside. It didn't taste like vanilla at all. Bf got the Country Omelette and he enjoyed it. I had a taste and can vouch that the sausage gravy was very good and he got a very large amount for his buck. Overall, I think I would return, keeping in mind the quality of a few of the things we tried today.

Always amazing service and food, plus you'll be happy to know they replaced all their booths within the last 6 months to a year, so seating is cozy as well. This is hands down the friendliest and most accommodating diner in the area. The employees seem genuinely happy to serve you in a friendly (but non-fake) atmosphere. If you haven't been, you must try it. Order whatever modifications you may like to any menu item, or just make a meal up in your head and I guarantee they will delight you with the result. My personal favorites are the chicken fried steak, with hash browns, 2 scrambled eggs, and 2 biscuits; as well as the double cheeseburger with fries. The delicious food, wonderful staff and personalities make this place a rarity in North Texas, especially Plano. Almost never a wait, but if so only a short one. They're open 7a - 2:30p but we've never felt rushed to finish lunch. I highly recommend giving Eddie's Diner a try!
