Went hear with my boo thang after my therapist appointment O.O Not gonna lie, the place seemed mad sus but I grew up in the streets and speaking from my experience, the more alternative lookin places were able to whip some mean dishes; this place wasn't an exception. I copped the classic double and my honey boo bang got the Avocado burger. She hella picky about burgers tbh but she was rockin with it heavy, as was I with mine. I was expecting the fries to be okay, I don't usually dislike restaurant fries but I never really have strong feelings for them either besides McDonald's and a select few others...BUT BRO. These fries were poppin! The seasonin was somethin' real dope and I put these chips in my top three...They honestly might be my favorite. I love the smurf y'all got on one of the banners. I would give them zero stars if I could. 5+ minutes per car ( which may not sound that bad to you) unless you are the 5th car and you are trapped in the drive thru for 25 minutes! It wasn't lunch time it was a little before 2pm. If you are looking for a quick bite try Jack in the Box across the street or Wendy's a few blocks down. Super long wait time for a small, simple order, and the food wasn't that good. Service/Wait Times: We waited almost 30 minutes in the drive through with only two cars in front of us. We got into line around 1:30 PM, after the major lunch rush had ended. Why on earth would it take this long? It's almost as if they don't start cooking your food until they have cash in-hand, meaning they don't start your order until you are at the window. Each car seemed to take 5-10 minutes to serve after they had already paid. What sort of fast food joint would do this? Maybe this is a crazy theory. I seriously hope they aren't doing that, and that I just caught them on an off-day. Maybe it's faster if you go inside. Food: We ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, chicken tenders, fries, and a hot fudge milkshake. The fries were hot, cooked in fresh oil, and had the perfect salt/seasoning coverage. The milkshake is also pretty tasty. Not the best I've ever had, but it's a lot tastier (and cheaper) than a McDonald's shake. The problem came to the chicken sandwich and tenders. The bread on my sandwich tasted as if it was starting to go stale. The chicken tasted like a very cheap "pink meat" sandwich. It's as if they are using a McDonald's McChicken patty, but jacking up the price and charging $7 instead of $2. Way overpriced for the quality and flavor (or lack thereof). The chicken tenders were average fare, like frozen Tyson strips you could get at the grocery store. Either you like them or you don't. That said, the tenders were hot and crispy with a good crunch on the outside. All in all, not a satisfying experience for the price. In the future, if I have a craving for a milkshake and French fries and have 30 minutes to burn, maybe I'll come back. But that's a hard "maybe". read more

Ordered 2 banana splits and 2 orders of their hot wings. My banana splits were ready first, I waited for my hot food longer than I expected considering it wasn't that busy. By the time I got my food and made it home my banana splits had melted completely, my wings were over cooked and my fries were limp. My order was messed up 4 times and I kept having to redo my order. The people who worked on 6-17-19 do not have a large knowledge of the English language and shouldn't have been working up front. So the food was good first and the soda was extra crispy. However before I went there I checked out their website and saw the daily specials and that Sunday was the avocado Burger large fries and a medium drink special. I also saw on allthemenus.com that the special was $8.49. So, when I got up to order I told the girl that I wanted the Sunday special avocado Burger and she knew what I was talking about. I upgraded the soda to a large too. I get up to the window and she charges me almost $15. But I had read all these reviews saying that they sometimes try to argue about the price and stuff so I had screenshot what I had seen where the price was so I could show them if I had any problems. I told her "Wait a minute, isn't that almost full price? What kind of special is that? And just because I upgraded a soda to a large that cost me almost $7?" And she looked at the screen and said "oh well Sunday doesn't have any specials." I said "Really? because right there on your website it says Sunday special" she said "Yeah the website broke." I told her "You mean the website hasn't been updated because the website works?" She agreed. I then explained to her that they were getting bad reviews because of price discrepancies and they would probably want to fix anything that would end up in a price discrepancy. Came here on a Sunday night so there was quite a wait. However the burger made up for it. The patty was cooked to a medium-medium well but was still juicy. Could've used a bit more seasoning but I still enjoyed it. Minus a star for using a whole slice of onion. It was overwhelming after a couple bits when all you taste is onion. I had to pick some out. Food is usually solid but the customer service has gone waaaaaay down since the last time I went in Feb or Jan we used to be regulars service was slow but the food was good and the price was good so it was fine. But most recently the food was just ok but the girl who handed me my food (with 2.5/3 inch long nails) looked at me like I stunk I'm sitting in my leather bound luxury vehicle wondering if I look homeless or something and realize no no baby girl's attitude was just stank ... I went here the other day after wanting to try it for some time now. I ordered meals for everyone in my car: 3 veggie burgers, fries, 3 iced teas, and 2 shakes. I spent around $35 dollars. The burgers were good, so I will give them that. The fries were alright. All three iced teas were warm and had like two ice cubes in them. Finally, the shakes were pretty good. I'll give it three stars for the burger and the shake. However, the customer service isn't very good. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and guess that maybe the workers have a hard time hearing over the drive-through speaker. If I'm in a hurry to eat and I'm near Frosty Queen I may choose to go here again. Only because this area of town doesn't have a huge selection of different types of food. This is one of the few that a bit American traditional, relatively clean but not impressively so, and the items I've had are usually passable. My family enjoys eating their food. Burgers, cheesesteaks, chili fries, wings, shakes, and pastrami was all great. We haven't had anything that we didn't like yet.
