Finally I coerced some poor child who was bringing their cart back to give me their cart and not lock it back up. So stupid. At checkout, I drag the few items I decided to purchase to the cashier and wouldn't you know it....no bags of any kind. What in the world is this place? Needless to say I won't be going back until you act like other stores because the lack of convenience ain't worth it for me. I realize Aldi thinks they are saving money somehow by locking up their carts. But I think the offset of losing customers that don't want to deal with inconvenient things should be considered.
