Oh fuddruckers! I've always been such a fan! I am sad there are not any locations close to the South Bay! I really enjoyed going to the Dublin location. Now it is too far out of the way. There's so much I love about this place. Soft ass buns! The toppings bar that allows you to put as much or as little as you want! I love their onion rings! The shakes are FIRE. The cheese sauce!!!!!! That is mainly why I go. I dip fries in there, I dip the burger in there, you can put the cheese on the fries!! If I could buy the cheese sauce in bulk to take home, I would. I had never been to this location before but love the Fuddruckers chain. Ordered the cheeseburger combo meal with fries and I didn't have to wait too long before my name was called. There was plenty of wedge fries and I always love their hot cheese sauce for dipping. They have one of those freestyle drink machines where you can pick any drink you can imagine and there's a salad bar to add veggies of your choice. We ordered the range of delicious burger sizes, a great chicken breast sandwich, and a salad, as well. The do-it-yourself sandwich fixins' were fresh and allowed everyone to customize to their own taste preferences. The steak fries were seasoned, not greasy or extra salty. They have a drink machine with its multiple choices that isn't found anywhere very much now. No problem with getting the refills of your choice. Interior: tablecloth was old, ripped and sticky, even during pandemic this place is by far not as expected. Whatever you do, avoid going to restroom! Hold it and you won't regret. Not even a mirror or hand blower. Food: no wheat buns and the ones available white became flat at no time. Soggy, old country style fries topped with chemically tasting mustard, that got thrown away. Perhaps the only one left in California, but according to my partner whom used to frequent Fuddruckers, it seems to be the same as before. Burgers are on the pricier side just for novelty's sake, but I really enjoy this establishment! Tried the elk burger with some onion rings, and it was super delicious! For a burger, it's hard to find something to be exceptional, but this burger hit all the parts that make it a perfect cheat meal. Ordering food was simple using the kiosk. I really liked the interior, having a lot of wood structures and a cabin-like feel. Don't worry about the burgers not having anything other than cheese and the patty, because the vegetables and condiments are self serve. Really good food tonight at Fuddrucker's. Had dinner tonight with colleagues after a long flight from Hawaii. Fuddrucker's was recommended by someone else. Let's try it out. You walk in and immediately see the hamburger meat on display in what seems like the meat room on your left. On the right, there's the dessert area with fresh scoop ice cream, huge cookies- chocolate chip, snickerdoodle or sugar, brownies and hamburger rolls. You can get a bakers dozen of cookies for $10. You stand in line to place your order. Then you go find a table. The lobby was really full so I can see while it was a little unclean. There's an employee cleaning and sweeping so you can't really complain. You leave your plate in the table, they clear it off for you. When your order is ready, they call your name of the intercom. It was very distorted. Knowing who they were calling was actually funny. This made need to be looked into to improve the customer experience. The workers were on point. Hustling and the food was nothing less than exceptional. Everything was piping hot, tender and delicious. The fresh condiment bar just made the food that much more satisfying. We throughly enjoyed the Cod Fish, Mushroom Swiss Burger and Wedge fries. Drinks are rung up separately. They have the awesome 50 drink machine. Any flavor drink or manufacturer brand is supplied. Nice . I saw that they over craft beers. I didn't have any. They also have a small arcade section for the kids and big adults. Will definitely eat here again this week. It's been a while since I visited this restaurant. I forgot how nice it is to have a delicious hamburger or salad. The meat is always cooked perfectly to your order and the sweet potato fries and regular fries are super tasty. I love that I can add my own lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and dressings to my own hamburger. I will definitely be back soon. Parking was super easy today and the customer service was great. The cookies are so fresh and taste amazing, I love how your allowed to fill up your own drinks with whatever using the coke machine. AND THE NACHO SAUCE make everything taste great. We came here on 4th of July. That alone gets a 5 star. I like that they had tea good option on the menu. My favorite part is they had a beyond burg. You have to add the condiments. I actually love that because I love extra pickles and extra mustard. It's definitely good family spot. They have a little arcade for kids. They also had a tv to watch sports. We've been consistently visiting this location for well over 8years. The food is delicious! Very happy that the woman's restroom was finally fixed and in good working condition. The only issue I have recently noticed is the fry portions. An adult combo should not only have 2-3 more fries than a kids combo. The portion sizes have gone down dramatically this last year. Well life comes full circle. This Fuddruckers was the 1st one I ever went to in about 1986. Fuddruckers exploded such that they had restaurants all over the place. That's changed.... the Fairfield location was our regular spot. Even our church group met there a few times, before that one closed in about 2021. Now this Concord location is the only one left in all of California. Well, let's just say that my family's most recent trip to Fuddruckers Concord was great. As usual, the burgers were cooked to our level of doneness, medium rare. Which most food chains won't do. We were even able to have them lettuce wrap style, minus the buns... The service was quick, and the food was prepared quickly, as is typical for a restaurant of this nature, and in a mall during lunchtime. It was a little busy, but the ambience was family oriented. The bathrooms were clean as was the rest of the restaurant! Keep supporting this Ca icon, go in and have a Bison burger or even try the Ostrich (if it's in season). Basically, a casual special occasion. The menu looks small. But there's a catch: All they give you is the burger and bun, and cheese if you ask for it. You're the one who adds the rest at the salad bar. So you can customize it however you want. I've been here several times now. Once on a date with the Hunny. Once for a school fundraiser. Once with some church friends. The food is not top notch, but it's good. And the atmosphere is very good. Last time, I had a one-pound slab of beef, and finished it in one sitting. I have mixed feelings on Fuddruckers. I will start with the positives. My food was tasty...a little too salty for my liking, but tasty nonetheless. I really liked both the regular and jalapeño cheese sauces that they offer. The food was very fresh and tasty (like I said, just a little too salty). With that being said, the service was somewhat problematic. The men who were working on the floor (cleaning tables, filling the condiments) were friendly and helpful. However, all of the ladies working the counter were rude and none of them really seemed to know how to do their job. :/ The lady that took my order was rude and she didn't even fill my beer all the way. She gave me a glass that was 2/3 full and charged me the full price. Also, when my friend went to order a milkshake, the lady said that they weren't making milkshakes tonight. Mind you, it was dinner time on a Friday night and they definitely have milkshakes on their menu. Anyways, Fuddruckers has pros and cons. I will go on to say that back in January of this year, I tried to get a Southwest Salad, but the guy behind the cash register, I think his name was Phil, said "We're not doing salads right now." If you don't have salads, put a freaking sign and clearly that wasn't the case. And I also saw that some of the items on the menu are gone, including the Three Cheese Burger (something that I would get a lot). Table covers looked sticky, no one, and I mean, NOBODY, was social distancing. I cannot find that elusive best burger anymore! Fuddruckers is the closest that hits the spot at least! I am not into a fast food joint burger- they taste blah to me. I love the burger, love the big fries and crunchy onion rings! I am getting hungry and craving this as I am writing this! I like the salad bar you can pick and choose what you want to put on your burger. I like the drinks in the machine and you can choose among a lot of different drinks! I like the peanuts when I am there, although I have been getting take out lately so forgot about the peanuts ( wonder if you can get these on takeout?). Like that they have ice cream and cookies on that side area and a game area for the kids. It is a fun atmosphere, but simple. Staff are friendly too! I typically enjoy my experiences at Fuddruckers and this one was no different. I expected some good burgers, great onion rings and incredible milkshakes - thankfully that's exactly what I got! My tray arrived filled with incredible food: I had a buffalo burger, which was tasty and cooked just right. The onion rings were delicious and had the perfect texture. They use Blue Bunny Ice Cream to make their milkshakes and it makes a difference - mine was rich, creamy and full of flavor (I had Chocolate X-Treme Brownie). Their menu has something for everyone.
