I made it a point to not think about their altered name in Idiocracy when I came to eat. Labor Day is traditionally one for cookouts and burgers, but when both rainy weather and lack of culinary skills, you go to have said burger prepared. I was with friends down in South Dade, so Fudds it was. (Back in the day, they were located a little further north on US1 & 104, so this is a new location and it shows. There's one order line for burgers and grilled food, and a separate stand near the door (exit thru the gift shop much?) for desserts which of course I indulged. My burger was their Bourbon Chicken with an order of sweet potato fries. The chicken patty was large enough to fill the bun, pretty juicy and sweetened with the bourbon glaze and caramelized onions. The yellow peppers from the veggie bar gave it a hint of spice, and both the lettuce and tomato were fresh. Fries were crispy, ans of course I added BBQ sauce. As far aa desserts, both the key lime pie and strawberry one were good, though I preferred the latter. Where this fast casual burger joint stands out is in their service. There was a little bit of a line at the two cash registers, and when one of the employees who was at the burger pick up area noted it she got behind an available register to keep the line moving. Always a great time at Fuddrukers. Come here all the time with the family. Chicken taco salad is great. Only bad thing is that they don't have 100 island dressing anymore. Burgers with grilled mushrooms are always a must. Don't get me started on the potato wedges with melted cheese... yum. If you have been to Fuddruckers in Doral then this is basically a carbon copy with minor interior changes to some rooms & a change of placement for the bakery. The menu was the same as the other Fudds as were the prices. I wanted to try the Kobe burger but they were out. I settled for a 1/2 pound regular burger. This location is brand new so it is currently going through its growing pains as its staffed mostly by young kids getting used to their new job. Management was visible & on point when it came to keeping everything going smoothly. I added a bunch of photos. Attention Management, this part is for you. I recommend adding some sort of sign or divider so the people walking in don't ignore the roped line & walk straight up to the counter. This happened to us, but thankfully the cashier politely pointed the customer to where the line formed. As far as restrooms go, place a garbage can close to the door on the inside for those of us to throw our paper towels away after grabbing the door handle to leave. Regarding the condiment table, add a napkin dispenser to the area near the silverware. Yes, I know there are napkins at the table but it would be nice to see them there as well. read more

Our extended family went here after one of the kid's soccer game. The good news was there was plenty of space for the -4 of us. The bad news was the pitiful piece of steak I ordered - tough - tasteless - 1/4" thick. I gave up after a few bites. Baked beans and house salad were OK. I joined Yelp tonight, just to tell you how fantastic our experience was earlier at Fuddruckers. I called a week ahead to ask if I could have a surprise party there and they said "Absolutely"! They closed off the back room for us, and it was spotless. They opened the side door so I could bring everything in so much easier. Every one came by to compliment the decorations and were so kind and excited. The food was excellent. Seriously, I have not one negative thing to say. Every employee was so friendly and happy. I seen smiles tonight from all of them, who can say that anymore, any where you go. We had dinner there last night and my food was terrible. I had a grilled chicken sandwich on gluten free bread. The bread crumbles all apart after the first bite, bread tastes terrible and you pay extra for the bread. Food is placed on paper so it gets wet and falls apart getting on your food. The restaurant itself at check in and where they clean dishes in the back had tons of water all over the floor, looked like they had a flooding problem. I felt the place was not sanitary. This time we went for take out. At the register the cashier was very nice and patient, she answered all of our questions and took the order perfectly. The order was ready faster than we expected it. What I like most of this place is the produce stand to complete your Hamburguer; from tomate, onions and lettuce to pick de Gallo. This chain needs more love, especially compared to appalling Red Robin just blocks away: here the buns are made in house daily, patties are ground in house daily and cooked to order, enormous fresh toppings bar, and the massive half-pounder was like $6 (with a 1.99 drink - not as great a deal, but free refills - the total was under $9). What more can you ask for? In my case: a cleaner bathroom and more helpful manager, and it would be a 5. The customer service I had at another location in west Broward was like I was in a commercial - so rehearsed and flawless. This location needs to use the same training manual. read more

Ashland, VA, 13 Aug 2022. I asked for a Kobi burger. Cashier said, "we don't have that". I pointed at the menu board then told her I saw it was available online too. Once again, she said, "we don't have that" in a tone that seemed like she was very aggravated with me. The customer behind me said, "If ya don't have it, why is it still on the menu board?" She looked up at the board and said, "we ran outa it", still as though she was very aggravated with me. Ohhhh, ya just don't have it today because ya ran out of the meat, right? Yeah. One of our favorite venues to get something for everyone! Their bread is incredible for either burgers or grilled cheese sandwiches. The manager is very friendly and the restaurant is kept clean. I have frequented this Fuddruckers location with my family for quite awhile. I love their burgers. I order a 1/3 lb. burger combo with french fries and a soda. They always deliver my burger the way I ask for it to be cooked. The french fries are so good. It is disappointing, however, when they don't add many with your burger. The amount they give you fluctuates. Sometimes, I get a great amount. Other times, it's very stingy for the price I pay. I've also tried their sweet potato fries and they're very good. My sister and my boyfriend have ordered the garden burger and they've really enjoyed it. It's quite a big patty in terms of the circumference, not the thickness. Overall, if you're looking for a nice American-style lunch or dinner out with your family, I would definitely recommend trying this restaurant. As if their food wasn't enough reason to come here, they have a heart too! We had a school fundraising night here a few months back. Send out flyers telling parents to come have dinner here on a certain night. Then Fuddruckers gives a percentage to the school. Not only was it a great location to do that, with take-out and dine in options and close to the school, but they also donated above and beyond to the school! Now, don't get me wrong, just because they have personality and heart, doesn't mean they don't have good food. It's not an OR, it's an AND. I like the stranger options like bison and lamb burgers myself. And I love the salad bar... for meat. You get your burger and turn around to what looks like a salad bar, but it's really all the fixing' options for your burger. Just an all around great place to eat a really good burger. read more

I told you all I would be coming back. And yes I came without my son. I enjoyed the lamb burger once again. It came with a deconstructed salad which was wrapped which I enjoyed as well. Two stars- simply because the food is good and consistent. Problem is: it's usually wrong. If you order take out, it's wrong and takes forever. Took over an hour today for a pick up order. When I got there, half of my order was missing. Gone. Poof. I wasn't the only one looking for my food. Two guys (who looked like they were working for a delivery service) were anxiously waiting, felt especially bad for them because time is money. Finally the young girl tells me "I've been looking for your food for 10 minutes, do you want me to get the manager?" Yes, yes I do. I thought that's what you were doing the third time you circled back. So the team lead comes over and apologizes for the wait. I mentioned about how it shouldn't take an hour plus for take out (which at the very least should have been ready). Her response is "the weekend are always busy, do you want a shake or a free meal?" Let's go back: 1) Busy isn't an excuse for inefficient 2) I'm trying to get the shakes and meals I ordered over an hour ago, so no I don't want to add anything else to this mess 3) you've promised me free meals in the past for the indiscretions- what am I supposed to do? You don't give me anything tangible. Am I supposed to walk up and say - hey my last order was messed up and you told me you'd give me a free one? COME ON BRITTANY!! This is your chance! You're the manager! This is your chance to create and implement a process improvement. So when you interview for your next job / school / whatever- and they ask "what did you do at your last job" you won't have to say- "I ran around frustrated", you can say "I identified this problem (inefficiency, orders lost, upset customers) and I fixed it by...." We got here just before the crowd. They were training a girl at the register. Both girls who took our order were very nice both with big smiles on their face. I ordered the 1/3 burger with the specialties Portobello mushrooms and Swiss cheese. What was I expecting? I envisioned mushrooms with a Swiss cheese melted over them. Maybe a little gooey mess. Ordered a Plain Cheeseburger and they gave me a plain burger with no cheese on it. Then the manager gave me attitude saying that he has never heard of a plain cheeseburger and continued to say I was wrong and kept giving me attitude. Then charged me $1.40 for 1 slice of cheese... Fuddruckers has great burgers that you can customize by size and toppings. They have what is like a salad bar, with your choice of veggie styled toppings and your mayo, ketchup, mustard options and they also have this great melted hot cheese that you can pour on your burger or use to dip your fries in. You build and add your own toppings once you get your food. They have sweet potato fries which are good and they also have potato wedges. This time around, I opted for a low carb burger. Which is essentially a burger with no bread and lettuce instead. That option comes with your choice of side salad, instead of fries. It was delicious, not as great as having it with bread and fries, but it was great. Good spot if you want a good burger. The cheddar cheese and bacon burger was great. The burger was seared perfectly. The ordering of the food was disappointing. The restaurant had loud ambience music which made conversation difficult. The assistant manager was barking out "next" to get people's attention they could order. He would only wait one second before he said loudly "next" again. Once you got there his questions were rapid fire. It was all about fast ordering rather than I am glad you are here how may I take your order?
