My husband and I were with some friends and decided to try this place out - Menu looked delicious and my sister said it was great- We walked in about an hour before closing which we though was more than enough time to have a beer and a couple tacos but maybe not because when we walked in we had no idea if we seat ourselves or wait to be seated again, we had never been here. We stood at the front with just everyone including employees staring at us - it was very awkward and we almost left but then I asked are kids not allowed as we had my daughter who is 14 and her friend with us. Then a employee came to seat us - we sat down and they basically said we don't have most of the menu because they closed the rotisserie grill early which was completely fine with us, I know it was late but we took it as more of a persuasion for us to leave! We decided to stay, food took extremely long- our waitress was young and not very knowledgeable but nice- We ordered chatted had a nice ambiance- they brought everyone's food except my daughters friends order was wrong - she just ordered a chicken Quesadilla, it had no chicken so no problem, we sent it back they said they would fix it - 20 min later it still wasn't done so I got up to ask the waitress and she said "oh my goodness this is the 3rd time tonight this has happened- I'm sorry" No problem, things happen so we are still waiting- then the manager walks over and we assume it's to ask " if everything is ok and ask how we like the food" nope she lets us know they are about to close (keep in mind they don't close for at least 20 more minutes and we STILL don't have the food) she was basically telling us to leave, also we would probably be long gone if they hadn't messed up the food in the first place! We said " Nope - cancel her food, let's pay and get out of here - food was actually delicious, we are sad that we will never be back because the manager who should NOT be managing any restaurant has no customer service skills ! Weird vibe, weird night but unfortunately- we won't be back !! One of my favorite restaurants in town! Hands down some of the best food I've had since I moved out here. The Bartender Tyler Piazza is one of the best in town as well! Keep up the great work guys! We decided to try out Fuego 505 on Saturday afternoon. Five of us squeezed around the table, trying to discuss the menu over the blasting speakers. College football was on (and we are fans), but we couldn't even hear each other at the table. When the server came to take our order, she couldn't hear us over the noise either. We had to shout at her. I asked if she could get the volume down a bit, but it blasted the whole time we were there. It's a shame--the food was good and it had a cool atmosphere, but we won't be going back. read more

Nice ambiance with lots of tvs for sports fans. Service was excellent, chef came over later to ask everyone about their meals. The Fuego bowl and quesadillas were large and fresh, and queso was a favorite! read more

Service was lacking. Wait person forgot to put in our order until 20 minutes after we had given it. Husband was upset and we had to ask for it to go. Rather than take off part of the bill, they gave us an appetizer that we didn't really want. The drink I ordered was good and the food was ok. First of all this review is not about the food. It is about the service. We did not get a chance to even eat there. Upon arrival my party of 4 waited in the front as not sure if it was open seating, while everyone looked at us out of place. It was clear that the tables were full. No one came up to us to try to help, we had to approach a server that had nothing other to say than it's open seating. Another server which was a bit more helpful walked around to see if anyone was going to be leaving soon. We left as that was not happening. We wouldn't have minded waiting however they do not have anything in place to even put your name on a list. They need a hostess stand!! read more

Service is TERRIBLE. The staff here 100% will base your service on you appearance & ignore you if you aren't all done up. This place is not high end enough to treat people that way. Maybe if I didn't watch them treat myself & elders with such disrespect I would have stayed to try the food. No urgency from the staff, no "hey guys welcome in I'll be right with you" nothing. They acted like I was invisible & not good enough to eat their food. As somebody who has worked customer service before, I'm disgusted. the food was ok. the tacos were described as big. they were a big disappointment. really small and basic. we were a party of 3 and had food and drinks and spent over $100. the queso was cold. we ordered drinks by 10:50pm and at 10:58 the owner came to our table and told us that they are gonna pull our drinks from our table because if they didn't they would pull the restaurant liquor license. ( never at any establishment has this ever been an issue) we told the owner that they should have let us know when they brought us our drinks. they literally kicked out our party out as well as another table. will not recommend or return to this establishment. read more

Hmm....where to start? Layout of this restaurant is extremely odd, feels like a impersonal casual dining, fast food restaurant with fine dining prices. $30 gourmet sausage plate served over cooked and dried out, very disappointing. Hostess could not accommodate a party of six due to limited seating, after being asked to move to a different table, multiple times our entire party was finally able to sit together. After order was placed, we waited an hour and 45 minutes for our entrées to arrive. Meanwhile, in the open kitchen, observed a large staff, hanging out and sitting on counters, and all exiting the building at the through the back door at the same time for only what I can assume was a "smoke break." Kudos to our server who kept attempting to get through to the kitchen staff about our long wait with no avail. A single restroom in the back I'm assuming for all genders had a direct line of sight in to the kitchen prep area, where domestic crockpots were observed keeping food items warm. read more

Terrible!!! I give this place no stars!!! So unfortunate as I really wanted to like this place. It's close to home with a good atmosphere. However the service sucks and is really slow. We ordered tap beer which we waited for 15 min before canceling. Tea and water was never refilled. Unfortunately I can't leave a review on the food as we never received it either. We were a group of 5 and while 2 people received their food immediately the rest of us waited another 30 minutes and Our food still hadn't arrived. We lost our patience and decided to leave without eating. All in all we were there 1 1/2 hours we had two meals out of 5 and 4drinks which were never refilled. There was no compensation, no apology basically just charged us for our drinks, appetizers and we went on our way. Extremely unprofessional. Good luck to this business. They lost a lot of money from us tonight. We will never come back to this place!! read more

awesome experience! we went in in a Tuesday after happy hour! the place was full one free table and 4 seats at the bar! immediately after sitting down someone was there with menus abd taking out drink order. we had nachos with brisket! amazing! then we sampled several tacos! all were amazing. the speciality cocktails and drink selection were very inviting! this was a real surprise and we will be back to try the skewers! staff worked as a team and the energy was very positive and relaxing! read more
