I watched Fuego Cravings with anticipation while it was under construction. A couple of weeks after they opened I placed a large order via Uber eats. Fuego Cravings forgot to include 2 of the Birria Tacos in the order, didn't make the Quesabirria & the Taquitos the way they were ordered and didn't apologize when I called to inform them. I had to re-order the Birria Tacos and when I tasted them I realized I wasted my time and money. I had to pay 2 Delivery Fees and 2 Tips. The Birria Tacos were Bland and tasted like Shredded Beef with a slight hint of some spices. The Birria Ramen was the most flavorful of the items we ordered - due to having a lot of Consome. At these prices and such a large order you would think that they would include at least some Consome for the Birria Tacos. The Taquitos were passable, but arrived cold. The Quesabirria was equally bland as the Birria Tacos. I was hoping that Fuego Cravings would be great as I miss the Teddy's Tacos that was in town. Sadly, there are too many amazing choices in this Restaurant space so I give Fuego Cravings a big Thumbs Down. read more

Stopped by this morning and was really impressed. The breakfast burrito was delicious with generous portions, super filling without being too heavy. The service was fast and friendly, and everything came out fresh and hot. Definitely one of the better breakfast spots around. Finished the meal with some churro bites. First of all, I've been here 3 times now and they never fail to amaze me. Unfortunately I was so hungry the first time I didn't take any photos but believe me, it was so good. This recent visit I got the Whittier burrito and the Cucumber Lime Agua Fresca. My goodness, the burrito is so filling. The drink was incredibly refreshing. The service was spot on. Very friendly and super knowledgeable about the menu. You first walk in and are immediately greeted. Great music playing and plenty of seating. I think I have found my new favorite place for tacos. I had the asada tacos and fish tacos which were really good, but we also tried this burrito that was a combo of chile relleno and asada. DELICIOUS!! We were looking for some where new to go and found this place which had 4.5 stars. It did not disappoint! They have many different options for Mexican cuisine. They also have tablets that show you a picture of what you're ordering! If you like hot Cheetos they have meals infused with them. The customer service and hospitality from Alex and Juan Carlos was phenomenal. The cooks also do a tremendous job preparing our meals. The meat is cooked to perfection. So about 3 weeks ago my son brought my husband home a chili relleno burrito for my husband, it was good but a bit small. It didn't seem to have much of a chili relleno in it. We went back couple of days ago and he got the Chile relleno plate and that was a good size, the rice was a bit cold, and my taquitos looked absolutely nothing like the picture on the menu, they were thrown together very haphazardly and were by no means hot. It's still quite a mess outside I guess they haven't finished construction yet, but it didn't seem like the food was put together with much care, and it was not crowded at all. I don't think I'll go back I don't like when my food comes looking like somebody just threw it together, on a plus side the staff was very very friendly. read more

My husband decided to give this new place a try & had me try this place too lol. He ordered take out today & purchased the Surf + Turf Burrito and he wasn't disappointed. He ordered me the Ham torta and it was really good too. I didn't go inside the actual store but the food was good. We also got a horchata it was good but I've had better still not bad though. My first time at Fuego Cravings and they did not disappoint! They have a large & varied menu, the staff is super friendly and helpful, and the food so delicious! I had the birria quesadilla and a birria taco. Both were full of meat that was flavorful and juicy, and the cheese was just right. My friend got the carne asada taco plate and I traded a piece of quesadilla for a taco - just as delicious! The carne asada was tender, flavorful, and had no gristle at all which sometimes happens at taquerias. There was also a garnish of radish slices on the plates that added a freshness between bites of the birria. If you are looking for some delicious food and have a craving for birria, head on over to Fuego Cravings in Whittier. You will be happy you did! read more
