Had the best experience at this location. The food was great- it was my first time trying black bean noodle sauce and it did not disappoint. The owner was so sweet and make recommendations being that it was my first time at the location. I even had food leftover! Great food for the price. The location had outdoor and indoor seating.

Torrance Food Crawl #428 Full House Plus is a Chinese-Korean fusion restaurant, not fully Korean or Chinese, but a nice blending of the two. As with most Asian restaurants, there are a large number of different dishes to choose from. In my experience here, I've yet to find an item I didn't like. My favorite dish was the Multi Seafood Combination. It has a colorful combination of vegetables and seafood like shrimp, scallops, squid, and mussels, with a light sauce. It tastes wonderful and has just the right proportion of vegetables to seafood. The Kung Pao Beef is a close second for my favorite dish here. Small cuts of thin beef with peppers, onions, Szechwan peppers, peanuts and sauce. Colorful and tasty. Another favorite dish was the Spicy Seafood Soup, which has a red chili image on the menu, indicating it is spicy. There isn't a lot of seafood in the soup, but I barely noticed because of the tasty and spicy broth. There were lots of vegetables. The portion size was generous for the money ($12.99) - I finished it, and I was full afterward. I have to mention the excellent way they package leftovers. If you want to take the rest of your dish home, they'll put it in a plastic box, seal the top with a plastic sheet, and tape a small plastic knife to the box. There won't be any spillage on the way home. Service has always been polite. There is inside as well as outside seating. The parking lot isn't huge, but there's plenty of parking nearby.

My boyfriend and I wanted to grab lunch after the gym. We always saw this restaurant on Yelp and wanted to try their lunch special. This is a great restaurant to share dishes with family and friends. Their lunch portions are generous to feed 2 people. The owner of the restaurant was great! He recommended us to try a sauce he made that goes well with the sweet and sour pork. My boyfriend said that that was his favorite dish. I feel like this is a hole in the wall because it didn't look too busy when we came in for lunch. We would definitely be coming back to try other dishes.

The person who took my order was lovely. While waiting for my food, we started chatting because I was the only customer at the restaurant for an early lunch. He immigrated to America 12 years ago, and I shared my immigration story with him. He's been to China quite a few times, but he has never tried the Chinese version of the zhajiangmian. I described it as drier, more savory, and with less sauce. I told him that I prefer the Korean style. I ordered half of zhajiangmian and half of fried pork. The zhajiangmian was flavorful and satisfying, but the sweet-sour fried pork had too much batter for my taste, and the dipping sauce was just okay. The restaurant is very spacious, but it started filling up pretty quickly after I started eating. The hot barley tea was particularly enjoyable on a cold, windy day. There were plenty of parking spots at this shopping center.

10/10 would recommend! The food, the service, the location, the ambiance, all of it was amazing. The quality and quantity of the food you get here is top tier korean chinese fusion food. Eating here is a vibe and has kpop playing in the back. Super fun to take your friends here. On weekdays, you have the option of certain combos such as half jjajangmyun and half jjampong and man it did not disappoint. I'm such a huge fan of both so it's amazing to get the option of half and half. Everything here tastes SO good, just made with love honestly. My favorite dish of all time though, is their spicy fried pork. Chewy, crispy, delicious goodness. I brought my friend and she doesn't like pork but she actually LOVED this dish. She actually said the way it was cooked so well makes it so juicy and soft like chicken. Very flavorful and doesn't have that pork smell. The service was so friendly and fast. They were helpful, patient and took care of us. The parking was easy to find in a huge shared lot -- when I went there was some construction happening so the location was hiding around the corner but it should still be easy to find with the large signs redirecting you. Overall, I am sold and definitely will be back more!

Ambiance: very spacious inside and outside, bright and clean, good for large group hangouts Service: very friendly and patient with questions, provided useful suggestion, showed great hospitality and super welcoming, sealed the leftover in plastic box and easy for rehearing Food: variety choices for Chinese and Korean fusion dishes, the combo options have the best value Eggplant w/ Hot Garlic Sauce - ***** mixed vegetables of eggplants, onions, green and red peppers, bamboo shoots, black fungus, very balanced sweet and spicy flavors, highly recommend Fried Pork w/ Sweet & Sour Sauce - **** dipping sauce on the side, crispy and tasty, recommend Spicy Seafood Soup w/ Noodle - **** chewy noodles with flavorful seafood broth, recommend Price: generous portions and decent quality, expect $25 per person for a very fulfilling meal

We love going to this place for lunch because of their lunch special deal. My husband and I can never decide whether to get jajangmyun or jjampong and we always want sweet and sour pork.. but it's too much if we order all of them. At Full House, they have a lunch special menu where they have a split bowl ad you can get 2 half size servings. This way, we can get essentially 4 dishes between the two of us! They're $14.99-$16.99 per order. Huge portions so we always have leftover sweet and sour pork to take home. The place is really spacious so there's never a wait. Staff is very friendly. One negative thing is that they ran out of the yellow radish when we were there.. I've never seen a Korean Chinese restaurant run out of yellow radish... especially when there's a Korean market in the same plaza... I remember when this location was The Counter and Fantastic Burger. Restaurants don't seem to last in this space so I'm really rooting for Full House!!!

Food here was amazingly good for Chinese Korean cuisine. Hot tea is complimentary. Excellent customer service as needed. The place was pretty empty during early dinner hours. Restaurant is spacious and busy with takeouts, but the dining experience felt very comfortable with no large crowds. Inexpensive. For $14.99-$16.99 each, you can order the half & half food selections which are generous in size for two people. We had JJM Black bean sauce noodles with JB Jam Bong spicy seafood noodles. Good combination at great value. $20.99 for full size fried chicken order is not bad at all. Their chicken thighs/drumsticks/wings were small, but extremely fresh white meat, tender and delicious. Ingredients were authentic Korean taste. Love garlic and jalapenos. Both Soy Garlic and Hot Special Sslt Pepper flavors were absolutely finger licking good here. You can pick any two flavors. You pay more in San Francisco Bay Area $34+ for full orders. We are extremely satisfied with the $20.99 order. Everything was fulfilling and tasty as expected. This place is worth trying out. There's a large patio area outdoors too.

This place is listed as having outdoor seating. Is it still available? If it is, is it covered or heated?

They have outside seating! I don't remember heaters, but the weather is usually pretty nice in the area so you should be fine with bringing a jacket along if its a particularly overcast day.

    Any vegetarian or vegan options?

Yes, there's mapo tofu, salad, and mixed veggies.

It was a perfect amount of kick. I felt it had the right amount of beef, which was tender btw, and the noodles were superb. Beware though, the red sauce may splatter when you slurp up the noodles. The soup should probably come with a bib haha. I had some of the boiled dumplings which were good too, but the aesthetic of it was a bit off putting. They were enormous (huge plus) but the boiled ground pork inside looked a bit pink so I felt like I was eating someone's brain. When I took it home, I fried it up a bit snd it was 10x better. Service was good. Our food was prepared fairly quickly considering we were there during a busy lunch hour. Parking was easy and the restaurant was nice and clean.

It came with 2 huge pieces of super tender short rib simmered in a light but flavorful broth with some soft texture glass noodles. It also came with a small set of traditional Korean Banchan side dishes (with kimchi, preserved turnip and seaweed salad) and a bowl of steamed rice. Mixing them all together, it created a kaleidoscope of colors, and delicious blending of flavors and textures. This dish also came with one set of Banchan. For those who like spiciness, it provided Korean chili sauce in a sealed condiment cup. The portions were great and the prices were reasonable.
