Tasty Korean food in the South Bay--I've enjoyed everything I've had here: black bean noodles, spicy seafood soup, and sweet and sour pork. The lunch special is a good deal, however, without it prices can be sort of expensive. My parents came here when the combo deal was over but the owner said he could prepare them something along the combo deal anyways, and ended up with a seafood stir fry. This place does Korean-Chinese fusion right! I ordered the usual staples of jja jang myun and jjam pong along with kkan poong gi (fried garlic chicken) and a mixed seafood appetizer. The kkan poong gi was crispy with the perfect sauce and the mixed seafood platter was outstanding. The noodles were so delicious and unique in texture - truly unlike anything I tasted before! Our daughter goes to her gymnastics class right by this restaurant, so we were finally able to try it. It's a hidden gem in Torrance, which does not have enough Korean-Chinese restaurants. Their sweet and sour pork (tangsuyuk) is really good as well as their black bean noodles and jjampong. I also tried their spicy shrimp (kkampoong sewoo) which was great. The shrimps were large and the sauce on them were on point! The only thing I would change is to reduce the breading a bit, but it was still yummy. This is a good place to eat out at - ample seating and parking. If you're doing takeout, I would recommend the stuff that's not crispy though. Definitely would affect the quality if some dishes weren't crispy once you take it home. read more

This is the soup to eat when you're sick. 2. Lunch/fried eggplant with hot garlic sauce - this is a great vegetarian option and it's so addicting!! The eggplant still has bite so the texture is not soft. Mix the sauce with the rice... its so good. 3. Dry black bean noodle - i forgot to take a picture of this one. This one was pretty standard. Its different from the black bean noodle since they sauté the black bean sauce with onions and pork. I recommend this one if you love the regular black bean noodle! This is a solid place to come for Korean Chinese food. The restaurant is clean, has quite a bit of space, and service is very friendly and prompt. The food is good, really no complaints. I would probably give an extra star if it weren't for other options nearby for some similar foods that I thinknare prepared better for my tastes, but admittedly, I think that Full House Plus has a more extensive menu for a wider range of tastes. read more

Been wanting to try this place and had the chance to do so and kinda wish I could take it back. Not really a place I would recommend excited people to go, but rather a joint you visit when you are slightly hungover or don't really care about the quality and flavors of your food. Parking was decent, sharing a lot with plenty of other stores. Service was good, had to flag the waiter down a few times but it wasn't too difficult unless you're sitting in the corner and the waiter can't see you from the bar because there's a giant stand in the way... Anyways, they will even pack up your leftovers to go and it comes in containers similar to what they have in Korea and you use a small plastic knife to tear the plastic away. Food: we got the black bean noodles, spicy seafood noodle soup, and fried pork in spicy sweet and sour sauce. The black bean noodles looked decent but the flavor was a bit lacking and disappointing. There's usually some zucchini or vegetables in the black bean sauce but this version was nearly void of any vegetable except a whole ton of chopped onions. The same went for the noodle soup, I counted maybe 4 pieces of sliced carrots and even less of zucchini, which were both very thin. The noodles didn't seem like they were housemade and the soup also lacked depth and flavor. Spice was weak. The fried pork came drenched in the sauce already which I wish we had asked them to have the sauce on the side so the pork wouldn't get soggy. There were an adequate amount of veggies in the fried pork dish but it maybe had less than 5 small pieces of wood ear mushroom and less than 5 pieces each of red and green bell pepper. The breading wasn't too thick which was nice. Not really a place I would come again if I had the choice. Maybe this place can do well for a bit but given the sheer quality of the food, any other competitor can easily push this place out. read more

Loved this little mom and pop place. We ordered Tang Su Yuk, jajangmyeon, Korean fried chicken, and fried dumplings. Service was very good, the two workers were attentive and friendly. Jajangmyeon was delicious! Loved that it wasn't too salty. The Tang Su Yuk was also very good, a little over fried, but otherwise delicious. The dumplings were also very delicious! The KFC was okay for me. It has a bit more ketchup in the sauce than I liked, but otherwise it was hot and crispy. read more

Chow Mein with Pork - Lots of vegetables that are cooked perfect with the vegetables still crunchy. Chow Mein didn't have much flavor but was good. Broccoli with Beef - Broccoli was cooked perfect leaving the broccoli with a nice crunch, beef was cooked perfect. Sauce had a really nice flavor. I really enjoyed this dish. So kind and sweet hearted I can tell she really cares about the food she puts out and the experience of her customers. The food was a total hit, I loved all of it and it was a great way to celebrate and end my cousin's birthday. Can't believe this place was empty. I came on a Tuesday night just in time to grab a $4 happy hour beer. The ordered the sweet and spicy wings, Mongolian beef, and the jiajiangmian. Everything was genuinely delicious. Wings were crispy and sauce was fantastic. Mongolian beef was tender and flavorful. Jiajiangmian isn't even a dish I typically like that much, but I loved it here. They make fresh noodles every day so the noodles were soft and bouncy. Everything was so fresh and delicious. 100% coming back next week! read more

Love this place! It's basically a Chinese Korean fusion, with delicious black bean noodles and deep fried dumplings. I'm glad, because while I like the restaurant inside hannam chain this is a sit down restaurant rather than food court style. It reminds me of an updated moo's that used to be down the street before it closed down. More modernized, clean with plenty of seating. Finally was able to come back here after 6 months and to my delight, found out that they now offer special combos Monday-Friday for lunch AND dinner! Ordered the spicy seafood noodle soup and jajangmyeon combo. The portions were huge. The jajangmyeon was so good as always (springy noodles and saucy black bean sauce). Enjoyed the spicy seafood noodle soup a lot too-- good amount of heat to it, with lots of vegetables and few pieces of seafood. My friend ordered the jajangmyeon and sweet and sour pork combo, so got to sample her pork, which came as a tall pile. It was crispy and the sauce came on the side, which was nice. The staff was really nice too. Also good to know that they don't use peanut oil and the only items that have peanuts are their kung pao dishes. Will be back soon(er) for more combos! read more

I haven't truly had good Chinese Korean food since moving to LA which was a big surprise, and a disappointment. I can say that this place has finally broken the streak and is truly excellent. Not only is the food good the menu is broad and has all the favorites. As good as the takeout is the food really hits when you eat in. They even have beer and soju. Highly recommended! read more
