Came here with my family a few months ago as we wanted to have Pho. We decided on this location (2 adults and 3 kids). It's a small place but fast to get a seat and sit down to eat. We ordered the kids Pho which was perfect size for the children. My sister and I ordered the Fulton House Pho. All Phos were delicious and filling and we were very satisfied. I really wanted to like this place since it's close to me, but it's unfortunate that the pho was not up to par. We ordered through Door Dash the pho and bahn mi and were excited to try Fulton Pho because of the Yelp reviews. We were disappointed and I have to honestly ask if the 5-star reviewers have ever had good pho because this was not it. The broth lacked depth and the actual pho taste. I took about three bites and couldn't handle the immense salt water taste. We ended up putting pho paste in it because it was so bland (lacked the key pho spices) and then we added sugar because it definitely needed some flavor (and seemed to be missing the rock sugar). Even then, we couldn't rescue our dinner. The bahn mi was OK. It needed more pate, but we were honestly just glad it even had pate because so many places we've tried locally don't have it (bizarre, but maybe catering to white palates). We may only return for the drinks and sandwiches. The pho is a definite no. read more

Nice clean mom and pop eatery. Tables are for 2 to 4. The háve a nice marble counter for you if you are eating solo and enjoy your foodie moment. Menu easy to order from. If not sure, they are nice to tell what the items are. I had the Fulton House Phon for lunch. So Ono after golf. I'll definitely go here again. Just know when you get bohn mi it's different chicken and protein each time based on what they have available. So you not getting the same bohn mi each time it's random and whatever they have available which is very disappointing because you expect to get the same item each time you order the same food.! read more

The Bo Kho was amazing! The broth was one of the best. And serving size was good. Ask for side of French bread!

Decent pho restaurant. Soup broth tasted light and clean, slightly greasy but I like it that way. Chicken breast was tender, not dry. Braised short ribs were also very tender. Noodles cooked perfectly. Smaller portions. No chili oil which is a must for my pho. Strawberry smoothie and taro tea boba had good flavor, not overly sweet. Bright room and fast, friendly service. My husband ordered the pho, and I got the banh mi. The sandwich was good, and the pho's presentation looked amazing with more of a clear fresh broth style (which isn't our preference but overall still good) rather than beefy and an amazing big rib. That was Pho-king good lol. I order the Chicken Pho from Postmates. I ordered a Large but I almost ate all of it . If you are ordering the Large you could possibly split it with another person but I would order extra noodles. They offered a lot of onions and green onions. The chicken was nice n juicy, I've had past experiences with other places where the chicken was basically like cardboard but not here. They did offer a lot of extras like basil n bean sprots. Got the beef stew pho and the brisket banh mi. Honestly i was blown away, and i've been to so many pho places. It exceeded my expectations!! Banh mi was perfect. The beef stew pho was insanely good, and tasted even better once i added my usual combo of lime, sriracha, chili oil, and hoisin sauce. 12/10. But even without the condiments it was still 10/10. Listen you guys. This pho right here made me wanna cry. I've been searching for a good mom n pop shop for the whole 3 years that I've lived in the area. My credentials: I'm from east side san jose, if you know - you know. Quality here is so good, the meat is delicious. The broth is on the lighter side and tastes very clean but still has such a good beef flavor. I love fresh noodles and a lot of places don't offer it but they do here. I need people to blow this place up bc it looks like the staff is kinda small and I think thats why it took a lil long for our food to come out but Imm ignoring that bc their food was so good I didn't wanna stop eating. The Pho here is very good. Got the braised short rib Pho. Broth was a little less sweet than others I've had which I liked. A bit more on the oily side but not overly and piping hot just like I like it! Lady serving was very nice. Looked like she may have been working alone besides the cooks.
