Our split AC suddenly began not working intermittently, either leaving the condo uncomfortably hot or uncomfortably cold and not maintaining a consistent temperature. Fuse Hawaii dispatched Elisei and he found no manufacturer service error codes or other obvious reason for the problems so he fully serviced the unit and said to contact them if the issue persisted. The problem did persist and he returned to diagnose further and identified potential parts for replacement. Once parts arrived he replaced them gradually over a couple of days until finally the AC worked properly! Although it can feel frustrating when a problem is not resolved immediately, it is far worse to not have a problem resolved at all and we appreciate the technician's and the sales manager Michael's commitment and persistence in resolving this intermittent and difficult to troubleshoot problem. Elisei even provided his cell phone number and continued to follow-up with us several days later to make sure everything was working properly and that really helped make this difficult situation a happy and satisfying experience because we felt they really cared. These guys are scammers and dishonest. They made my 10,000 professional refrigerator worse. They tried to get me to replace my compressor and evap core without conducting any testing to come to that diagnosis. They wore their shoes in my home twice and had to be reminded firmly to remove them outside! Thet chatted in russian for 30 minutes while leaving both doors opened. I had to throw all my food away the next evening and called the office to get answers. The guy Alex said he will talk to the technicians and get back to me. I waited 5 hours, no call back. I called them back only for my calls to go to voicemail several times. Please don't use there guys, they are scammers! Their good reviews are probably made by friends. Very, very disappointed that I called them. I am glad I only paid the $99 diagnostic fee, instead of going through with the $4,563 estimate for repairs that they wanted. Beware! read more

I've been on the island for seven days of vacation and on the second day AC in my rental place stopped working. I called to rental and they offered me relocate to another rental place, which would take one day out of my vacation. On the next day while I was leaving to scuba diving trip Fuse Hawaii arrived to estimate the repair. Long story short, they needed to replace AC unit and I though it would be almost impossible to finish during my vacation time. These guys did a fantastic job. I used to use CLK cleaning but they didn't call me back after 2 weeks of leaving messages. Fuse Hawaii called me immediately to schedule my a/c cleaning.
