The recent process of dental work that I have had recently has left me looking for another dental office. During my visit in September 2025, I was informed that my bridge was 'failing' and in addition I had a cavity underneath a crown, and in addition to that, an adjacent tooth had to be removed. To me, as a lay person, this sounded like a tremendous amount of work and cost. I felt the office manager or Cercek should have sat down with me and gone over various options. However, I was only given a referral to an oral surgeon for implants. Implants did not seem to be a good option for me after having an appointment with the referral dentist. Aside from the exorbitant cost, the x-ray showed that I would need a 'sinus uplift'. The oral surgeon did not even bother to discuss the fact that I have periodontal disease and how that can sometimes complicate issues and even having the implants 'fail'! On my own, I researched other options such as a partial denture. I was very disappointed that no information or options were given to me by the office. I, again, had to research on my own what would potentially be my reimbursement from the insurance company because Cercek is out of network. I only had $825 left for 2025. In 2026, the maximum reimbursement would be $1,500. Because I did the research, I decided to split the dental work that needed to be done over December 2025 and January 2026. I made an appointment for December 17, 2025 and another for the partial on January 14, 2026 shortly after the September visit. I later found out (at the 17th appointment) that a minimum of 6 weeks is required for healing. From the 17th of 2025 to the 14th 2026 is only 4 weeks! My appointment was moved up one week to the 10th of December, but even still that is not 6 weeks! From my researching, yet again, I found out that healing can take up to 3 months. The fact that the office didn't take the time to help me in scheduling is a gross neglect! Back in 2011 I had the adjacent tooth pulled, the oral surgeon packed the gum with cadaver bone and put in a couple of stiches. The tooth that Cercek pulled had bone loss, and I even asked if there would be bone filled in, and the answer was no with no explanation. No stiches either. Why would I go in for a measurement for a partial denture when my gums/mouth are not completely healed. That makes no sense. So, I called to cancel my appointment for the 14th and to relay these complaints to your office manager. I was told she was in a meeting. Did not receive a call back, so called again and was asked if I could be put on a 'brief hold', which I did. 10 minutes after being on hold, I hung up. Called back yet again and was asked 'what is a good time that the office manager could call you back.' Very, very poor customer service. And this is not even the whole story, but that would require a very very lengthy review.

The front staff over the phone was very sweet to my fiancé and in person to me as well. The dentist that did my treatment was very personable, professional, and informative during my treatment. She gave me conisderation as a person with allergies regarding the adhesive used for the permanent bridge, to ensure I would not have post installation reactions. Her office staff was knowledgable and responsive throughout the multi-month process, including timely submittal of pre-estimates to my dental insurance company. I am very pleased with the final results and give a 5 Star recommendation to this practice. This office wasn't the right fit for me…read more My biggest concern was my interaction with the dentist (I believe her name was Dr. Aimee). I let her know upfront that I have a severe fear of needles. Instead of focusing on how we could work around that, she repeatedly told me that I should consider therapy. She also told me that my fear of needles--and even pain--is "all in my mind" and that I need to learn to separate what's happening in my brain from what I'm feeling in my body. Hearing that once would have been one thing, but she repeated it several times. Eventually I became emotional and politely asked her to stop because the conversation itself was making my anxiety worse. At that point, she appeared visibly frustrated, ended the exam, and referred me elsewhere, saying I would be better served by a provider who could offer "safe" dental care because I was "not safe" due to my fear of needles and pain. What made this especially disappointing is that several members of my family see this dentist and have told me she is usually very patient with people who struggle with dental anxiety and fear of needles. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I can tolerate needles and painful procedures when I'm treated with patience, empathy, and respect. What I struggled with was having therapy repeatedly suggested while I was already in a vulnerable position. I came in looking for dental care, not a psychological evaluation. The reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because the rest of the staff was kind and professional. They were apologetic when their X-ray equipment wasn't working properly, which required removing and repositioning the sensor several times. They handled that situation as well as they could. My issue wasn't with the staff--it was with how I felt dismissed and judged by the dentist. If you have dental anxiety or a fear of needles, I think it's important to know that experiences may vary significantly depending on how your concerns are addressed- and maybe the mood of the dentist. Looking at other reviews I'm not the only one who isn't impressed with her attitude towards patients.

My husband has been going to Dr. White's office once a week for nearly two months trying to get a crown that fits properly without causing pain to his gums. He has been far more patient than most people would be, taking time off work every single week for repeated adjustments because the issue still hasn't been resolved. While they haven't charged him for the adjustment appointments, the constant trips back to the office because the crown wasn't fitted correctly the first time are unacceptable. His crown is still causing discomfort after all this time. What made the experience even more frustrating was their appointment policy. My husband missed one appointment and was charged a $100 no-show fee. There was also another appointment scheduled for the following day, which he mistakenly believed was the same appointment, resulting in a second $100 fee. The biggest issue isn't even the fees--it's that after nearly two months of weekly visits, the dental work still hasn't been corrected. I wish the same level of attention given to enforcing appointment fees had been applied to getting the crown right in the first place.

After three visits of "you owe us money" because they didn't bill my secondary, I was done. Cindy is very rude and snooty. She even told my husband that I still owed them $130 from a "really long time ago" when it's actually on $37. Even the voicemail saying "we've waited a long time for this" is outrageous to me. You didn't bill my insurance, you tried to get money out of ME instead.

She is only 20 years old and her teeth were in good condition before allowing them to fill a few cavities. They drilled her teeth down so much that her new dentist has said she basically has no tooth left to hold onto the fillings that Floss Dental put on her teeth. They all fell out less than a month after Floss Dental did them. Pitiful care and something that should last her a lifetime is now ruined because of them. Pathetic! Think twice before trusting them with the care of your teeth.
