After shopping we went to the food court for a quick bite. We opted for Fuwa. They were offering samples of the chicken teriyaki and it was pretty good. We ordered 2 bento boxes - one with chicken teriyaki and the other with beef teriyaki. Both under $13! The bento comes with 2 potstickers, 3 California rolls, salad and rice. I was surprised how big the portions were! The chicken teriyaki was slightly better than the beef because it had more flavor. The California rolls were just ok as were the potstickers and salad. The meats were tender and again the chicken just had more flavor and more of a grilled taste. Wish there was more sauce for the rice. Service was good and since it's in the food court there was plenty of seating. But for the price it's totally worth it!

Standard mall food court Japanese food at the Century City Mall. I got the chicken and shrimp teriyaki since it was the special of the day and $1.00 off when I visited. My order was completed very quickly and the portion was big and at a good value for $11.99. The chicken and shrimp was moist, nicely charred, and had good teriyaki flavor. The side veggies and fried rice were okay. They were mid on their own, but paired nicely with the meat. The only thing I didn't like was how oily and greasy the food was. There was a pool of grease and oil at the bottom of my to-go box which wasn't appetizing. The service was good and they gave me a water cup upon request. Overall, a decent experience here. This is a good option of you're looking for a cheap spot with large portion sizes at the Century City Mall.

I went here back in December during the holidays because my friends and I wanted to go to an escape room here at the mall We wanted to eat somewhere else but they said the wait was 45 min since we didn't have a reservation so we ended up here in the food court Anyways at first glance it looks alright like it's gonna be decent Service was a little slow despite them not having anyone in line at the time Get my food... honestly it was alright it wasn't that flavorful and food tasted just alright nothing amazing or yum it did the job of filling me but the egg rolls were dark oily tasting like it had been sitting there all day I don't know if it was because it was end of day?

Left a $5 tip to get charged more for a sauce? Food is mediocre and oily! I'd rather go to Panda Express next door!

So happy to have found this gem in the Century City mall food court!! For only $12, I got this huge plate of delicious food enough for two meals!! The chicken and shrimp teriyaki plate comes with rice and mixed vegetables - I subbed for fried rice for an extra fee. They also have noodles and appetizers. They make it fresh on the grill and it was really tasty!! I want to try the yum yum sauce next time but I forgot to get it and it is sold separately. Will be back!

This place is super good. Theyre energy and offerings of samples is what drew me to the place. They were very happy and energized and huge smiles on their faces. Its also cool to see them cook through the clear glass. The food is good portions and when i first tried their teriyake through the samples it was super good and so is the sauce. The food was delicious and i definitely wanna come again! Seeing u guys happy, extremely kind, and energized made me happy and really enjoy the food! Thank you!

Located in the Century city mall food court area. Unless you're a big orange chicken fan, you should at least try this place. We got their shrimp and chicken teriyaki special with some veggies and rice. Generous portions, great food at a great price! ;)

Fuwa is located in the center city food court upstairs on the second floor. The workers here is super friendly and sweet! The value for what you get is amazing! As you can see from the photos, they really pack the food! The flavor is definitely more of a Japanese cuisine rather than Chinese! My friend got a pencil box which was really nice because it's a good mix of greens and crunchiness! I would definitely recommend if you are very hungry and I want to get the most out of your money!

This place is delicious and affordable. Portions are huge and can feed 2 people or 1 really hungry person. They were also giving away samples of the chicken teriyaki so you can taste before you buy. Located in the food court in the century city mall.

Super friendly staff. The food court and outdoor area was really nice. The food was good, but I will say it could have been hotter. I had teriyaki chicken and a spring roll. The spring roll was good. The food wasn't cold, it just wasn't hot either. The thai iced tea was meh. Kinda had some taste to it i wasn't the biggest fan of it. Other than that, pretty classic express teriyaki chicken. 4 stars.

Pretty good option in the mall food court. Prices are reasonable and the portions are large. I got a beef bento box and added shrimp for an extra charge. There were quite a few people waiting for food, but I don't think I had to wait more than about 10 minutes.

We sat in the lounge area and it was perfect. Got the ham appetizer, the burger, fries, and the raspberry sorbet dessert. Everything was incredible, one of the best burgers I've had in Los Angeles. Service was also great. I even called about an hour after I got home because I started getting a scratchy throat and realized I didn't specifically ask if there were strawberries in the raspberry sorbet (I'm allergic and that was completely my mistake for not double checking before I chowed down) but the host that answered was super nice, I could hear in the background her double checking with a server, who then even double checked with the kitchen to make sure they were giving me the correct answer which I really really appreciate. Side note, no strawberries in the sorbet I'll most definitely be returning here in the future.

The back half is a more traditional seating area with booths and beautiful murals. The restaurant has an interesting and creative cocktail list that was difficult to choose from. We tried the Paradis and Marigny No. 2. I preferred the Paradis - it was reminiscent of a tropical tiki drink. The Marigny No. 2 was also nice, floral, and refreshing, but strong. Our waitress recommended 2-3 dishes per person, so we opted for the deviled eggs (snack), cornbread (app), dry-aged steak burger (main), and rockfish with clams and grits (main). The deviled eggs and rockfish were my favorite. The eggs had a really rich flavor, and the tuna added a unique twist on an otherwise familiar dish. The rockfish had a perfectly spicy, buttery sauce, and the grits were the perfect accompaniment. I wasn't a fan of the cornbread; the predominant taste was of being burned, and the bread was flat and dense, rather than being fluffy. The tomato jam was definitely the surprisingly sweet star of that dish. Without the jam, the cornbread isn't very pleasant to eat. I also thought the burger was just ok, nothing standout, but solid. They only make 24 burgers a night, so ask your server if they're still available if that's what you're ordering. For dessert, we ordered the profiteroles with brown butter ice cream, pecan sauce, and dates. It was a perfect ending to the night - the dessert was super rich and decadent. Parking is limited to metered street parking or nearby parking lots. Service is warm and friendly without being overbearing, but can take a while. Overall, the experience was pleasant with some hits and some misses. The menu is certainly unique and overall worth trying if you're feeling a bit adventurous.

And, Miami. And even at the marinas in San Diego, San Francisco, and Sausalito. The Henry is very large and open, yet, with all the light streaming in, the soft blues and greys keep the atmosphere sophisticated, subdued, and cool. You immediately feel the calm and these days, especially in the city, we can use a good deal of decompressing. It was almost an audible "aaaahhhhh" that my brain whispered when we sat down at our roomy booth. We were there for brunch and the menu was wonderful for me, a lifelong vegetarian. There were multiple items I wanted to try but I usually stick to an appetizer, main, dessert, and beverage. I am not a big eater at one sitting. Between us, everything we ordered was superb. The descriptions were pretty familiar, but the tastes were elevated. And the presentations were unique too -- see my photos. Michael, our server, was efficient but warm and friendly too. That makes such a difference. From beginning to end he took care of us, checking occasionally to get our enthusiastic thumbs-up, and then bringing us sturdy containers and a roomy thick shopping bag to take home the leftovers. We stuffed ourselves but still took home half of the generous portions we were given. The tab was beyond reasonable too, especially for Beverly Hills! Nice music -- not too loud, just enough to give a cheerful vibe in the background; clean appointments; quality furnishings; giant spotless windows; pretty wallcoverings; comfortable seating -- everything was just right, Goldilocks-worthy. This is the kind of place to return to again and again. Garage parking at the complex for $15 was so easy, clean surroundings in the neighborhood with some famous retail nearby for browsing, just 40 minutes from home. IOW, perfect!

We started with the bread, which was simple but delicious, then had the strawberry gazpacho, a refreshing and unexpected summer dish that felt light, bright, and beautifully presented. The corn agnolotti was a standout, rich and delicate with that perfect balance of sweetness from the corn and savory depth in the sauce. The bolognese was comforting and satisfying, a classic done well, and the Caesar salad was fresh, crisp, and but not presented as a traditional Caesar. It is two romaine wedges. We ended with the chocolate mousse and it was a lot of food. Maybe better to share as the portions are generous. The food, atmosphere, and service made it feel like a true Beverly Hills escape. Hmm... where do I start?…read more I was interested in booking one of their private dining rooms, so I reached out well in advance. I have to say the communication leading up to the event was pretty disappointing. I sent emails, called multiple times, and often got no response. I eventually found out that only certain people handled private event bookings, but getting in touch with them was a challenge. Every time I called the hotel, I was told they had sent the events team a message. Even after I finally secured the reservation and paid the deposit, I still had questions that went unanswered. In fact, some of them weren't addressed until the night before the event, which was pretty stressful when you're trying to coordinate a special occasion. For a hotel that markets itself as a luxury 5-star property, I honestly expected much better communication and customer service. The booking process definitely did not feel like a 5-star experience. That said, once the day of the event arrived, everything went much more smoothly. The service during dinner was good, and the staff took care of us well. We had a prix fixe menu for our guests. I had the steak, which was cooked really well, and the tiramisu was a nice way to end the meal. Most importantly, everyone had a great time, which is what mattered in the end. One tip if you're planning to come here: there's an underground public parking garage right next to the hotel that's much cheaper than using the valet. Overall, the food and service on the day of the event helped make up for a lot of the frustration beforehand. I just wish the communication and event planning process matched the standard that The Maybourne advertises.
