First time here. Food was okay, the queso was the best thing I had to eat here. Walked in and the sign said order at register then sit where ever you want. I ordered food then sat at the bar with a few friends. After sitting at the bar for a few minutes a girl with a tattoo of something written across her neck came up to our group and said we can't sit at the bar because we already ordered. I was a little thrown off but she repeated herself and said we needed to move because we already ordered. The group moved but everyone in the group was confused and felt like they were told to move because the bartender felt like she wasn't going to be getting a tip. Anyhow the food was okay nothing special, the service was more or less self serve gave you a buzzer when you ordered your food and when it buzzed you went and picked up your food by the kitchen. Overall not the best experience and would tell anyone to check out Torchy's Tacos across the street before coming to this place. Hope this review helps everyone. read more

I did not enjoy the fish smell as you walk into the place. We sat at the bar and ordered some beers that were nice and cold. I am a birria lover so I ordered two different things to try, the birria tacos and the birria bowl, I ate the tacos but not the bowl, honestly this birria is disappointing :( my boyfriend ordered a burrito but he didn't finish it. Normally I'd rate this restaurant a solid 4 or better. The tacos are great flavor and pretty sizable. However I've seen the quality of food go downhill. Just take a look at this taco I took to-go. It looks like someone blindfolded themselves and tossed some ingredients together. The tortilla was soggy and ingredients fell apart. In the words of Paul Hollywood, "UNPROVED!! UNDERBAKED!!" But in the words of myself, "Yes, true, but try it with a fireball shot." That's the conclusion I have come to regarding the sopapilla bites. Do the fireball shot with an iced sopapilla bite as a chaser, and it is utter heaven. I only did the fireball shot to warm me up because I was shaking cold (they had the garage doors open close to 9 pm at night)... and my regrets, I'm sure, will come in the morning, as I am a lightweight. Don't worry, I was NOT driving. The service was weird. We walked in and ordered our drinks and the 1st round of sopapilla bites. We got the buzzer, which went off shortly. My husband came back with our drinks, no sopapilla bites, no buzzer, and was told they'd bring out our bites shortly. 15 mins later, our bites were nowhere to be found. We asked our waitress about them, and she said she'd check. At which point she said that they didn't know where to bring the bites and therefore needed to remake them because they were now cold. My husband laughed as he saw one of the workers eat what was our now cold dessert. My house frozen margarita was okay and his beer came in the same glass as my margarita, which made it hard for him to drink from, and more or less looked like apple juice in a big fancy cup. We amused ourselves with people watching and TV programs. And we finally got our bites. These were delicious. A good place for a post mall run on a hot day when you need a large frosty beverage. The food was less inviting if you've had Tex-Mex or authentic Mexican food. I mean feta cheese on nachos should never be a thing. Service was quick though and the special cocktails are interesting though they don't look anything like advertised. read more

Unfortunately in my opinion, Fuzzy's is nothing to write home about. That is because the food looks and tastes like something you would whip up using whatever you had around your house for Taco Tuesday. Paid a visit for the first time after noticing it several times while driving through San Tan Mall. My husband really wanted to try the beeritas, which I was totally down for, so we decided to give it a whirl. The whole system of getting your food was kind of confusing for a first-timer, as it was not explained to us by the cashier. If you order alcohol after paying, you move down the counter to grab your drink. If you order chips and queso/salsa/guac to start, you have to go to the window over to the side to get your chips. Upon paying, they also give you a buzzer for when your food is ready. Again, you must grab it from the window of the kitchen. At each of the tables, they have paper towels on rolls to use as napkins, which I had mixed feelings about. They were nice to be able to use as much as needed, but I also noticed someone else's messy food prints had been left behind on one of the rolls, which made me not want to take from that roll whatsoever. As for the food, my husband and I ordered chips and queso with a side of guacamole. The chips tasted way under cooked and I wouldn't be surprised if they came straight from a bag. They throw some seasoning on top which you either don't really notice, or your mouth is on fire; there's no in between. The queso was very sharp-cheddar tasting. The guac was just okay. I ordered the double enchiladas with beef and rice and beans on the side. My husband ordered 3 tacos with a variety of meat. He said his tacos were alright. My enchilada beef was literal ground beef. I guess I was expecting shredded beef. The rice and beans tasted like they were made from a box. We also ordered margaritas, of course. My husband got the beerita, and I ordered the Miami Vice. I had high hopes because they give you such big portions of the margaritas and they looked delicious, but ended up being underwhelmed. The flavors in the Miami Vice just did not do it for me. This place has great potential and the drinks alone are what got us in the door, but the mediocre experience last night gave us a reason to not return. read more

I ordered a family meal the other night. They have some really great options if you are looking for a family meal! I used the app to order and it is super easy. Curbside pick up is a little disappointing, but it isn't too bad to walk in and just pick the order up. The family taco meal is plenty of food, upgrades available too. The food quality is very good. I was so excited about having a Fuzzy's in the area that I forgot to take photos of the food. I have been a fan of Fuzzy's since they had one hole in the wall location in Fort Worth, Texas. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. This location is less self serve than previous locations that I've visited. This makes for a much less chaotic atmosphere. So why only two stars? The food. The menu has changed and they dropped the mix-mex rice in favor of a more traditional Mexican rice option. To me it tastes like mushy sadness. The grilled shrimp tacos tasted as good as I recall. Be sure to get extra garlic sauce on the side. Yum! Most concerning is the ice tea smelled like sewer. Apparently they get that feedback a lot, so maybe time to fix whatever is causing the problem. read more

This place is great for what it is. A fast food/bar that you can come to with friends or family for the atmosphere. TVs, tacos, drinks, snacks. My favorite nachos are from this place. And that garlic sauce is so good! My family is so annoyed with me because of how many times I say I want nachos from Fuzzy Tacos. The app has great rewards though it doesn't work as often as I would like. The cashier always does their best to work around it. The sopapilla bites are a family favorite, though I don't always have room for them after a plate of nachos. I wish there were another location closer to me. read more

When I asked for a recommendation for the best margarita, The gal taking my order said she was not old enough to drink, yet she was the one that made my margarita, the sweet-and-sour mix is very sour, I was not able to drink my margarita. When we ordered their tacos, it came with a teeny slice of avocado on their fried avocado taco, a teeny slice of fish for the mahi-mahi and very little beef on the beef taco. It comes with just iceberg lettuce, chopped tomatoes, and cilantro, and a garlic mayo sauce. No flavor. I could not drink the margaritas, and the tacos had zero flavor. I gave it 1 star for the queso and chips which was good , restaurant was clean! I do not intend on visiting this restaurant in the future! read more

Really wonderful experience here at Fuzzy Tacos. Normally I start with food and then talk service but what really got me here was the good service. The cashier did a great job at explaining the new additions on the menu! He was attentive, fast, knowledgeable, and took the time to find an answer to a question I had about their customizations to their tacos. Additionally, the manager came over and welcomed us since we had a big order and gave us a complimentary chips and salsa. Top notch guy! Overall the whole team was great. Our food was top notch. Just look at my pictures and tell me it doesn't make your mouth water. The flavors, cook on the meats, and portion sizes were spot on. My daughter and I love to bond over this food and it's practically a habit to come every Tuesday. The food is unmatchable and I have never had such good tacos anywhere else. Have not found a Taco Tuesday place like this in a very long time. Tacos were 2.00, loaded and good! Chips and queso were good as well. There was a guy working so hard had to ask his name. His name is James and he was doing so much you could tell he cares about his job. Very hard to find these days! He was delivering food, taking orders and cleaning up. It really bothers me to see a family take their kids eat out to eat then proceed to leave their dinner table, floor, and seats filthy for someone else to clean up.
