I've been to all 3 locations in St Louis. This is by far the best. The kitchen always looks clean, dining area was spotless. The manager last night, Steve, made sure we got our margarita and chips salsa and queso at the same time! He was very friendly and I could tell he kept things running smooth between the kitchen and customers! The salsa at this location is made perfectly. First of all I placed an order through DoorDash so let me start off by saying the first order was completely wrong I asked for three corn tacos with no cheese they delivered me some kind of greasy cheese platter with rice. So I called DoorDash saying it was wrong so they sent me a second order which I originally ordered but it still had cheese even though The receipt said no cheese. This restaurant has so much potential but it has become blah. Had lunch there today. All the tables were dirty. Trash scattered everywhere. Silverware dirty. My food was barely warm. I really have given the Manchester location at least 5 or more trials for take-out because I like their menu and it's in my neighborhood. I think the Covid excuse is history. I've been one of 2 or 3 customers in the queue to have no more than 4 tacos made for a to-go order and it's never under 20 minutes. Even if the food is made and sitting on a tray in the window, it's taken 10 minutes for someone to call my name and get the order out. Last night was more of the same. The person that made the tacos had to come around and bag them, not include any sauce, or napkins and just threw them in a bag then looked at me and shook her head. No words. There were 4 workers wandering around, no to-go orders and 2 other tables that already had their food. They need a real manager that knows what customer service means to tutor their employees, or just give up the taco business. Thank you - come again, goes a long way. This is a fun little taco place. You order at the counter and pick up from the window. My enchiladas were really good, pretty rich. Consistently underwhelmed when I visit. I've tried quite a few things on the various times I've decided to order from here. Shrimp and chicken burritos, one of the bowls, and both kinds of churros. Honestly, this was probably the last time I will order anything. The churros were undercooked and had barely any cinnamon/sugar on them, so I was basically just eating under fried dough. The hubby and I decided to try this place out after hearing some positive reviews. It was not really busy on a Monday night, so it didn't take too long to get our food. Food: 1) Chips & Queso - there was something weird about the chips. They weren't stale, but they tasted like cardboard. The queso was disppointing - it just tasted like bland, melted cheese. 2) Hubby's combo plate - he was not sure about his enchilada (it didn't look like one), but he said it was OK. He said his chicken taco was better. He said his rice was OK and the beans were bland. 3) My taco plate - both tacos were kinda bland (grilled fish and tempura fish). The tempura fish taco was better IMO. The rice was just OK - didn't taste all that fresh. The potatoes were just standard roasted potatoes (like hashbrowns), but also didn't taste like they were just made. The best thing I had was the guacamole, but it was hard to eat (and appreciate) with the cardboard chips. I came to Fuzzy's when I was visiting family in Saint Louis. Such a yummy little place, I wish there was a location in Nashville. They have quite a variety of options including; street tacos, fajitas, burritos, etc. I had the steak street tacos, and they were absolutely delicious!! They can with this amazing chipotle sauce that added so much flavor. The rice was great too! We also had some chips and queso! I highly recommend it. But hands down the favorite part of my "fuzzy's experience" was the margaritas! We went during happy hour and they were only 2 dollars!!!!! My husband and I ordered Door Dash. I had Fuzzy's one other time before this and it was good. I ordered a Mexican plate with two enchiladas, rice, and beans. The rice was severely undercooked and was spread all over the enchiladas. The beans had An off taste like they were cooked in beer. I ordered 1 beef and 1 chicken enchilada and the beef enchilada had a bunch of bones in it. Needless to say I could not finish my food. The food was obviously not made fresh as it was ready for pickup almost immediately and when I unwrapped the tacos from the tin foil the moisture had caused them to become a soggy mess that fell apart and each was made with different quantities so very inconsistent. Not sure what has happened to this location but they are definitely not on their game lately. I've given them two recent tries and the tacos no longer come out full or even folded. Multiple tacos overlap and ingredients seem to be haphazardly thrown on as if multiple tacos are one. The restaurant, while still crowded, doesn't feel clean. I've eaten at this location for years and it's always been consistently good and clean....until lately. Our first visit to Fuzzy Taco and we have been back twice since. This place is a steal when it comes to price and value. Laid back atmosphere, easy but plentiful menu. My family and I were very pleased with our visit. Between the 4 of us we tried 8 different kinds of tacos and every one of them were awesome. The spicy pork was my favorite and my daughter raves about the breakfast tacos and asks to return constantly. The prices are amazing. Nearly as cheap as Taco Bell but handmade, fresh and generous portions. We had some coupons and couldn't believe how cheap our total bill was when paying. All the tacos we had were perfectly prepared and the sides were really good. I had the Mexican fried rice and finished it before the tacos. For dessert we split some sophopila chips and they were a hit with both us and the kids. If we lived closer I could see us eating here a couple times each week. read more

To start off this bad review... the buzzer they give you after you order was messed up and we were skipped over numerous times I seen what I thought to be my food in the window. And was never called or buzzed. Then once I received my Beef and chicken fajitas they were cold as f&@$ then my girlfriends order was wrong. Hers was supposed to be chicken fajita ground beef taco. After the amount of time that it took for me to get her order fixed I get back to eat my food and realized I did not even have tortillas for my order. Which is a fajita plate it comes with tortillas they did not even give me that on top of that my food was even colder than before it came out because I had to have them fix her order. Meanwhile the entire time while I'm sitting here waiting for my order and waiting for them to fix my order the guys who were supposed to be cooks are standing back there eating while they are making other peoples orders. During a time of uncertainty and Covid problems you were going to have people standing at a make line making people's orders in on top of that they are eating while they are making the orders..... that is not OK in my book and a lot of other people's books. I'm actually ashamed to the fact that we came here to eat today. Looks like we will not be coming back and I'm sure more of you who read this review will probably agree that it is disgusting to eat while you're making other people's food.
