When she didn't exactly know the answer to our questions, she took her time to find out. Now! The food! 10! Out of 10! Once we were finally able to order the food came out pretty quickly but it wasn't very good and my friends order was incomplete. Literally every time we needed the server we had to wave her down. The place reeks of stale beer and cigarette butts. The ashtrays were not emptied and the bartenders seem to be more interested in doing shots and talking to each other than taking care of customers. The place strikes me as a hub for local power drinkers and bar flies and unless your in the 'click' of being a regular there then they don't really care if you're taken care of or not. When I was ready to leave I literally couldn't get the server's attention for my tab and just left cash on the table and left. Over all the experience sucked and we will never be going back. 0 stars

I had one of the frozen non-alcoholic coffee slushies, which was the absolutely perfect small size, as I didn't get overwhelmed by brain freeze. I also tried the Drum cake, which supposedly is the customer favorite. Delish, and small enough to keep me guilt-free. I would have given 5 stars if they had greater selection of non-coffee drinks- come on guys... matcha is the rage now! Very comfy. I look forward to my next visit.

We usually just tell them the variety of beer we are looking for, they recommend something that fits the bill and then we drink! And their recommendations have never been off, always spot on! Selection - To start, on tap they 40+ rotating taps of well known, obscure, local and far from home beers of ALL varieties! In addition to the beers, they have a few non-alcoholic things for the DD's and kids of the group. These range from cold brew coffee to popsicles. They also have a variety of snack foods from pretzels, popcorn, pimiento cheese, hummus to flatbreads and jerky! And if you decide you want something out of the can or bottle, they got you covered there too with a wide variety lining the shelves of the shop! They sell many varieties by the single can or pack. The table next to us received their food and left by the time our food arrived. When the wings finally came, they had the wrong sauce. I know it's not the waiter's fault that the kitchen service was slow, but the food was just average--similar to what you can find outside the chop house. The hot dogs here have different toppings, and there are no free refills on drinks. While the staff was nice and the waiter did check on us, we were not informed that the food would be delayed due to a shortage of cooked wings on wing night until we inquired after waiting over 30 minutes.
