Pink sauce with sausage shrimp and broccoli
    Vivi L.

A great deal for the portion you get! Loved the flavor of the pink sauce too! Wish the pasta was a bit more al dente but really can't complain for the price. I got pink sauce with sausage shrimp and broccoli and it was delicious!! Super filling and could definitely have some leftover for next day. Husband got Alfredo with blacken chicken bacon and broccoli. He loved everything except bacon was a bit salty. Will definitely be back to support. Cash only.

Fast service and piping hot fresh food. I ordered two pastas and they were amazing. The portion size was great and I had leftovers for my light night craving. Chicken Tequila Lime Fettuccine- 10/10 Highly recommend. You can just taste the freshness. The fresh squeezed lime juice is what makes this pasta stand out. Chicken Pasilla Chile Fettuccine- 10/10 Highly recommend. This is definitely unique and has a kick. It's not too spicy and still very enjoyable. This street vendor makes your piping hot that you can take it home to enjoy. Will definitely be back to try something different.

creamy lemon & capers with shrimp leftovers! this is HALF of the portion!

HANDS DOWN THE BEST STREET PASTA! okay, might also be the only street pasta that i know of or have been to but still, the pasta is bomb! the portions are huge and the prices are very reasonable. any pasta is about 14$. i always get the creamy lemon and capers with shrimp and it is DELICIOUS! my husband and daughter love the pink sauce with bacon. they give you a ridiculous amount of bacon which my ppl love. the guys that run this pasta stand are really nice and friendly. we frequent about 1x a week.

We were there at 6pm on a Sunday night but they filled up quick, so I highly recommend a reservation. At dusk, candles are lit and the ambiance becomes warm and intimate; the perfect setting for date night, a birthday/anniversary, or just catching up with friends. We ordered the meatballs (polpette filanti) as an appetizer, which were perfectly moist and tender and blanketed in melty mozzarella (tip: save the sauce for your bread!!). I ordered a special, the Fusilli Toscana (Sun dried tomato, sautéed spinach, and sweet Italian sausage in a light cream sauce), and as much as I wanted to finish it, I deliberately saved half for a bonus lunch the next day! I also stole bites of the Brie and albicocche (Brie, prosciutto, and apricot!!) ravioli in their Bianco and Rosso sauce and I just about died in my seat. *chefs kiss* As if it couldn't get any better, ordered the Pansu (espresso panna cotta) and Tiramisu for dessert and right then and there swore to return when anyone comes to visit me or any time I wanna take a friend out and treat them to a wonderfully authentic Italian hidden gem called La Pergoletta! Buon Appetito!!

Our…read morereservation was super easy to make through Google, and we were seated immediately at a pre-set table. The ambiance is absolutely wonderful -- perfect vibe for a date or small, intimate gathering. Dark-ish lighting, but lit enough to see everything without trouble (for my not-so-great eyes, at least). Our server was super attentive and considerate of our conversations while making sure that we were served promptly. A really great experience from start to finish! The menu was great. All pasta besides the penne is made in house, and it's absolutely DELICIOUS. We shared the burrata caprese, which was great, but a slightly small portion. I ordered the rigatoni with vodka sauce, and it was absolutely fantastic. Perfect portion size, amazing texture for the sauce and noodles, and I was blown away by the sauce. My spouse ordered the cacio e pepe, and it was excellent--I must admit that I stole a few of her noodles and dipped them in the little puddles of vodka I still had left on my plate after I devoured my pasta. For dessert, we shared a tiramisu, and it was stellar. Perfect balance, textures, and flavors. This was my favorite Italian restaurant experience I've had in LA so far. I cannot wait to return!

Ranking from best to decent: Duck Liver Pâté -- gee golly, the absolute best pate I've ever consumed and the best plate of the night. Seems like everyone's going for the bone marrow... nah. If you're into pate whatsoever, you cannot miss out on this one. And you know what it is? Wasn't even the truffle.. the secret is in the pine nut miso. Delicious. 10/10 Chocolate Budino Tart -- decadent, rich, bold chocolate dessert. My wife don't even like chocolate, but she liked this one, especially as a closer to our meal. 9/10 Charred Octopus -- got a nice kick, beautiful texture, and smokey flavors. The polenta is chef's kiss. 7/10 Cavatelli alla Norcina -- truffle me up son! Flavor on this one is not too over-the-top, which is good! 7/10 Roasted Bone Marrow -- yeh alright. I think I came in with too high of an expectation for this one. The pasta itself was a texture I wasn't too accustomed to. The flavor is restrained and very subtle.. which is what I've always preferred.. but maybe I was expecting more flavor out of this one. 5/10 Squid Ink Spaghetti -- you know... maybe I'm just not that into seafood like I thought I was. If you're a seafood lover, you may appreciate this dish more than I did. 4/10 Overall, great experience! Really, my only qualm was my own high expectations that I think made some of the dishes a bit underwhelming. Otherwise, I'd come back and try other dishes! Service was good, ambience was nice, valet's about $13. No complaints there.
