I recently purchased a Jaguar EX and I truly enjoy it. My sales consultant was Vincent and he was excellent. Two thumbs up !! However, I cant say the same thing about Rick in the finance department. I sold Galpin my car as a trade in and I was told I should receive my check in 5-10 business days and It's now been over a month. I was able to catch Rick on the phone approximately 2 weeks ago and he informed me that I did not receive my check yet do to an error in the documents he submitted to their office. The issue was corrected a little over 2 weeks ago and I have been reaching out to Rick and I have yet to hear back from him after leaving multiple messages. Rick Nasser is very good at ducking & dodging phone calls. I'M STILL WAITING !!! If not for this experience I'm currently going through, I would have definitely given Galpin 5 stars. read more

I rarely write negative reviews; however, Galpin Jaguar deserves it. Since the pandemic, I have not been driving my F-Pace much. However, when the "service" light came on, I decided to schedule a service. Before going to the Galpin, I called the service department and specifically asked whether the service is still covered under my warranty. After putting me on hold for many minutes, she asked for my VIN and mileage information. After some 15 more minutes, she assured me that my service is covered and free. She made an appointment and arranged for a "loaner" for me. I took off work in the morning just to go to the service. However, the "service rep" (his name ended "ian" - too long to remember exactly) told me that I was not eligible for a free service until September (supposed explanation: service schedule is by mileage or time. I missed my fourth service since I had to get it by December - no indicator on my car showed as such. I have only one left, and that can be taken only starting September). When I explained that their rep had assured me that I was able to get a service today, the service rep responded, "I NEVER TOLD YOU THAT!" I found his reply totally irresponsible and inappropriate. As a customer of Galpin Jaguar, each of its staff's words must mean something. If not, all statements, assurances, or guarantees by Galpin Jaguar are meaningless. He then asked me whether I remember the name of the person I spoke to (I usually don't ask for "the name" of the person I speak to when scheduling service appointments). When I told him that I never felt the need to ask her, he looks at me with an incredulous look like I was lying to him. I took off from work to show up; I have an appointment and a loaner scheduled. Why would I feel the need to come with some elaborate lie like that??? In conclusion, I wasted three hours driving back and forth and was treated as a liar. I found the experience completely beneath the attitude I am accustomed to getting (and deserve). read more

After a long day of visiting several dealers (one where the sales agent left us sitting at the desk for over an hour) it was refreshing to come into Galpin Jaguar where we were greeted by a friendly receptionist. WOW that's all I have to say about my experience with Galpin Jaguar. I've purchased vehicles from the Galpin dealership just Hondas now I've moved on to something bigger and better a Jaguar XF :). Our salesman Ken was very kind and informative. I was expecting to be at the dealership haggling and filling out paperwork for hours but I was pretty much in and out. The guys working here were so friendly to my family and I, they brought over crayons to my son, they let him sit in their show cars and pretend drive. They have a Starbucks in the lobby, a nice comfortable lobby and even a play center for the kids to play. The signing process was super easy, they didn't haggle with me when I declined the protection like some other dealerships do, it was sign here sign here done and done. Overall I'm very pleased with my Jaguar purchase it sure is a beauty and runs smooooothly. I even had a minor issue with my door and was able to take it in and they even provided me a rental vehicle while they repaired it. We had researched deals for the car we wanted, and one popped up as a manager special and in less than a day he had us the deal we were very happy with. Fun as hell to work with and really knows the cars. Answered every question we had and made sure we were comfortable with the deal. When we go back in a couple of years for our new I-Pace, Justin is our guy. UPDATE: This is no reflection on Justin. I still give him 5 stars. When we got home and found curb rash on the passenger side wheels, he had me bring the car in and took care of it immediately. As for the downgrade to 2 stars for the dealership (1 star was given for the on site Starbucks)...Turns out, the car came with much less features than we thought. Even though it said it maintained certain features in the ad, after a day or so getting used to the car, we realized features were missing...proximity keyless entry, dip side mirrors, etc. Even though we showed proof of what items were advertised, there was nothing they would offered to do for us. I would have NEVER thought that Jaguar would eliminate features from their $46K+ vehicles that is stock on my niece's KIA Niro. For her $25K, she gets Apple Play, Seat Heaters/AC, Moonroof, Dip Mirrors, Foot Activated Back Hatch and Proximity Keyless Entry while all of those features are eliminated on this Jaguar. Lesson learned: more $ does NOT mean more convenience or safety features. I thought only Tesla was ala carte. read more

Booked a first annual service appointment here for my F-Type, by phone. They didn't sound thrilled to be servicing a car they hadn't sold (weird) and seemingly reluctantly took my details and booked me in for 7:20 am.today. When I arrived for my appointment, unlike at Porsche or BMW (the last 2 brands I've owned) I had to go hunting for a solo rep and wait for him to get off the phone - He didn't seem thrilled to be there at all or see me. Discrimination? Incompetence? Nepotism? A car lowered in price at midnight. I immediately sent an email to write up a deal at full price to buy the car. I also called the dealership to have them contact me. I received an email from Arnold that he would send the paperwork in the morning. No such paperwork arrived. A day later they contacted me about how I intended to pay. I told them USAA would send them a wire, where should they send it? Called several times, texted, emailed to finish the deal. On Wed evening they call to tell me they sold the car. This is blatant discrimination. This review is way over due, but better late then never. I'd been in the market for a new SUV back in the spring of 2016. It was a toss between the LandRover Discovery Sport and the Jaguar F-Pace R Sport. I definitely wanted specific options and the model to be in red. I'd gone to several dealerships, and both of these SUV's in red w/ certain options were not available or they were at a higher price point, which I was not willing to pay. In fact, none of the Jag/LandRover dealerships had the Jag F-Pace in Italian Racing Red, so, I didn't even know how that color looked on that model. THEN...Galpin Jaguar had one on the lot, but it was the S Sport Series. So, I went to check it out, and it only confirmed that it was the color that I wanted. My sales person, Vincent Villa, was my miracle worker!!! He bent over backwards to try to find me what I wanted. Then fate stepped in, and the dealership was going to receive a model I wanted w/ many of the options that I liked! With further investigation by Vincent, he'd confirmed that the vehicle had been delivered, but not processed, so, it wasn't officially on the lot. Because Vincent knew how much I wanted this vehicle, he personally managed getting that vehicle received, so that I could take a look at it. I was the first customer to see the vehicle, and I was settled with which SUV I wanted. Now, it was time to talk about the financial aspect, which is another ballgame. Thanks to Vincent Villa, I now drive a beautiful Jag F-Pace R Sport in Italian Racing Red w/ many of the options that I wanted!!! Vincent was such a pleasure! He's a down to earth, professional and a lively sales person!!! There was never any pressure from him. I have nothing negative to speak about him.
