It's strange because three different cars, including mine, all started making loud scraping noises and had much louder engines after being serviced here. None of these issues were happening before the oil changes. It really seems like something wasn't done correctly. My car is currently at another repair shop being inspected, and another person's car is being checked out as well because they're having similar issues. Based on my experience, I would not recommend getting your vehicle serviced here.

They shout out everything they are doing and bring you hot coffee or an ice cold soda or water if you prefer that. They go over everything with you. Show you what they recommend. No real sales pressure to purchase extras. But they show you why they think you should get some extra stuff done to keep your car maintained. They go over everything. And I mean everything. From pulling out your cabin air filter to showing you the new oil filter and making sure you see that's coming out of a brand new box and that they have greased it up. I usually go to the dealership for this kind of stuff. But today I didn't have time and I'm just about to go on a long road trip. So I needed to get this done today and the dealership takes a long time. I will say I was extremely impressed and I will definitely be back again. I usually go to LongoToyota. However after this trip to the oilstop I don't think Longo will be getting any more business from me. While getting my oil changed at the oil stop it was discovered that there was sealant put on the gaskets around my oil pan plug and my oil filter. This was never told to me by the dealership. I am appalled by this.

do not come here. do not come here. was running errands all…read moreday, getting an oil change was my last errand, i get to jiffy and after getting my oil drained the 'mechanic' comes in to say my brake fluid is leaking that he so called 'felt' it as he got in my car. boom gave me a quote of $800 to fix. i denied said id fix later. he then tells me that it seems like someone did it intentionally and that nothing was rubbing on the brake hose. which put me on high alert and suspicious of everything. they ask me to pull out my car as i was done with the oil change service, boom brake pedal to the floor no sign of brakes car is unable to move. i did ask why didnt they move it out as per usual and they said because they feel unsafe and how have i been driving this way. the quote suddenly dropped to $300. a hefty manager ' jose n' comes up to me and asks 'do you have any questions" i proceeded with " no but i have a concern as to why there is no brake fluid on the floor/ car when i pulled up, how was i able to get here with no brakes? how is there no evidence of it leaking/ spilling/not functioning." he then gets booty tickled and says "well there was the tire rubbing on it" i then said " that is not what was told to me. what was said 'it looked like someone couldve done it and nothing was rubbing against it." he then says " well those tires are too big for your car they dont even fit". as i been driving with my wheels for 7 years lol hefty dont know shit !! mechanic comes back i tell jose " stop speaking with me im done speaking to you." he then uses his hefty manager card and says " well !!! i am the manager !!! so you do have to speak to me!!" as i ignored him cause at this point fatty is making any excuse to cover for his temu workers. continued speaking to mechanic who brought the attention to me of my vehicle being broken and who did myoil change so no i did not need to speak to the manager as he did not advise me of my vehicle. so boom manager says ' i am the manager , you know what, you know what we're not gonna help her, get your car and tow it out of here and leave. nah nah i know what shes trying to do shes trying to say we did something' never once did i accuse them. lol! did he think that was gonna hurt me?? 1. i was not going to ask them temu people to fix my vehicle. 2. a 'man' a big one at that, talking to females this way and using his manager label to get his ways is brazy to me. this is not how you run a business but since its so easy to own a jiffy anyone at this point can be hired. they messed with the right one i know to never take cars to these temu places but hey when you a busy person and you gotta get it done didnt think they can mess up a quick easy job. lmfao minimum wages manager just sits behind computers tapping his big ah fingers on the keyboard being annoying lmfao get a blue collar job go sweat some and make some big bucks, p.s they started asking questions of if my car can race their trash cars in the lot.. forgot to add; my skid plate was not put on properly so there goes that. im looking foward to a refund for the oil change and i could have lost my plate somewhere if my car was driveable. mechanic also told me he was barely 2 weeks on the job talk to men the same way lets see the outcome of that. you got any questions for me you got the number goodbye.

I was actually so impressed watching the car in front of me get the pre-wash I always WISH for but never get, that I even rolled my window down before he started just to ask his name so I could give him recognition. ELIAS took the time to power wash BOTH sides. He actually used the power washer from EACH SIDE instead of trying to reach over from the driver's side to "wash" the passenger side. He also scrubbed the back really well too. It made such a noticeable difference. Not lazy, not rushed! Just solid work!! | left actually really happy with my wash for once!
