Miu Japanese BBQ was amazing! Menu C is definitely the best option because it has such a great variety. We loved the sampler of meats at the beginning, and there were tons of sushi choices available throughout the meal. Do not miss the short ribs or the toro nigiri--they were two of our favorites! Kirshtene, Cy, and Eauh were incredible. Our plates were never empty, our table was always clean, and they were attentive, friendly, and helpful the entire time. Their service made the experience even better. We will definitely be back!

Tonkatsu ramen- very tough pieces of pork, would not recommend

Had to go here because our first option 888 Korean bbq was full for the night. The meats were dry to the point even the pork in the tonkatsu was so chewy and not swallowable. The sushi however was fantastic! So fresh and great rice ratio. Mochi ice cream for dessert was yummy and the ube scoop was good but the vanilla flavor is the cheap little cup pre packaged one which was icy this time around so beware of that. We were seated immediately and the service was fair. It looked cute inside though. I would not go back on my own accord because nothing stood out to me.

If you do the most expensive AYCE is so worth it especially if you like wagyu. Everyone was friendly. Really cute surroundings. Parking could be hard if you go around prime hours.

This has to be one of my top 3 favorite AYCE Japanese BBQ and sushi restaurant. Between the exceptional customer service and top tier selection I couldn't have asked for a better dining experience. As soon as my husband and I walked into the restaurant we were instantly greeted and seated. Our server was very polite and efficient when taking down our orders. We decided to go with the C Course which included the Wagyu Sampler and all of the menu items. All of the appetizers came out really fast and our server was consistently checking on us to make sure everything came out in a timely manner. I was really excited to try out the Wagyu sampler because there were a few cuts of meat that I'd never tried before. It was decent quality, but my favorites of the meats were definitely the brisket, ribeye, and the top sirloin. The appetizers were very tasty and I loved wrapping all of the meats in radish wraps then adding kimchi on top for the perfect bite. The sushi was pretty good, but the star of the meal was definitely the Blue Fin Toro. It had a nice buttery texture with a ton of rich umami flavors. I savored that bite because it's only one order per person. I highly recommend this place especially if you're looking for great quality AYCE BBQ and sushi.

Everything was fine. The food was fine. The service was fine. The restaurant itself was fine. We went last Tues. around 3. There was no wait, obviously. We were seated right away. We opted for the B menu. I ordered a few sushi selections and they were... fine. The meat options were fine as well. The standout dish was the ramen. It was so close to the sister restaurant's ramen, as I'd hoped. The restaurant didn't really stand out from all the other Asian BBQ places to warrant a 5 star review. However, it was good enough for the 4 stars.

Made reservations for a Sunday night but they were not too busy. We did C Course. It's a lot to choose from and even though some items were limited 1 per person it is still so much food that I didn't get to try everything I came here for. The wagyu sampler fills you up. Everything was good and it's perfect ending the night with a mochi ice cream.

Came in around 1:30 PM on Sunday, not too busy at first, got busier around 3:30-4. Lots of tables and menu options, with course B around $33 and course C around $45. Hyang and team are amazing, everyone checked up on us almost every 3-5 minutes to make sure we had everything needed. Service itself was 10/10! Menus have two sides with sushi and meats on the other. The sushi was okay, lots of sauces to support the fish. Would recommend the MGM, wagyu sliders, and the garlic beef belly. Tab was around 205 after tip and one soju bottle added on for a group of 4 with course B. Overall, food was okay, Hyang and team were amazing, and it's definitely worth trying out if you're looking for an AYCE with variety.

Very solid ayce bbq and sushi spot. We opted for the Menu C and the options/variety of items seemed endless lol. The marbling on their wagyu items was great and if you're someone who prefers a less fattier meat they had a lot of leaner options as well. My favorites were the Wagyu beef belly and short rib. I usually tend to stay away from sushi at these hybrid restaurants because the sushi quality usually isn't as good but I was genuinely surprised with their salmon carpaccio and nigiri.

Garlic beef is ! If you like lemon you'll love the Lemon Salmon sushi! Our server Drey was super nice & attentive to us :)

Euan was amazing! He was so attentive, made sure our grill was always changed, meats and dishes were continuously coming out and drinks were always refilled. We solely would come back just to see Euan. The meat quality was good, fresh and tender. We did combo B for reference. It had everything and more. If the bosses are reading this, Euan is a great employee! He made our first experience here amazing and we will come back based on the hospitality he showed us. He was patient, explained all their dishes, his recommendation and he was quick. 5/5 stars. Give this man a raise!

Went off the Strip looking for Japanese BBQ and ended up in a pretty rundown strip mall--honestly had a moment of hesitation pulling in. Glad we stayed. They run a simple A/B/C menu, but they push you to decide before you even sit down. Not ideal--I like a minute to look things over--but our waitress stepped in and helped guide us, which made it easy. The tabletop BBQ is the highlight--cooking your own meat always adds to the experience. We mixed in some sushi as well, and everything was solid. Nothing over-the-top, but definitely satisfying. Service stood out. They were attentive and constantly swapping out the grill tops (I think five times), which kept everything clean and moving. It's not much to look at from the outside, but if you're willing to get off the Strip, it's a fun, low-key spot for Japanese BBQ.

Came here for lunch and free parking was pretty easy to find in the front parking lot. Really cool Japanese theming inside. Lots of seating inside. Well ventilated. We came here because they offered Japanese BBQ and sushi AYCE together. It was the weekend, so they only offered menu option B and C. We went with B because there was a good selection of sushi nigiri and sushi rolls to choose from. The bone in short rib and short ribs were pretty good. Brisket was a little dry but pork jowl and pork belly were thinly sliced, tender and juicy. We enjoyed the salmon, lemon salmon and yuzu yellow tail nigiri. The lobster roll we ordered was pretty good. Iced water tasted great and was filtered water. Service was excellent. Our service from Euan and the rest of the staff was amazing. They took good care of us and kept checking on our table. Highly recommend!

Had an amazing experience! Love that you can get a little bit of everything - want bbq? Want sushi? Want a cheeseburger? They have them all! Especially coming with a pickier four year old whose palette can change by the minute, this was a refreshingly diverse menu. Servers Euan and Kirsh were also super attentive and food came out quick. We'll be back!

The best Ayce sushi place in Vegas!…read more If you're tired of the boring buffets on the strip, I highly recommend to visitors to check out this restaurant off the strip in Chinatown. Food (4.5/5) I strongly recommend to order the nigiri and stay away from the rolls if you want to get your moneys worth. The nigiri selection is pretty huge with multiple unique cuts of fish that other Ayce sushi places usually don't include (surf clam, ono, yellowtail toro, uni). Although some of the premium items you're only allowed to order once, it was pretty satisfying to be able to even try it as most ayce sushi places don't even include these items. The nigiri is on the smaller side (maybe 1/2 the size of regular size nigiri) but I appreciate how they didn't include a ton of sushi rice with each piece. It seemed like this restaurant wanted you to get your moneys worth and not have you fill up on rice! Highlight items are definitely everything on the special nigiri order menu selection, eel nigiri, and seared salmon. The regular tuna nigiri was just alright and my group did not like the ikura as it was a little off tasting. They also include free ice cream at the end and the affogado was pretty good! Service (4.75/5) The service was pretty good for such a small and packed place. We went right at opening and it was completely full with a long wait outside on a Sunday afternoon. The best part of this place is that there is NO item ordering restriction so essentially you could order 100+ nigiri for a single round of ordering. Most ayce sushi places I've eaten at have very shady rules that try to screw you over so you can't order a lot, but this place took the opposite approach so I can see why it's always busy! The staff was very quick at bringing out the food and having you order again. There is a 90 minute time limit to eat so start ordering right away. Ambience (4.5/5) This restaurant is located in a strip mall plaza in Chinatown and the parking was limited, but once inside this restaurant was pretty cute with the decorations. It felt clean and had a nice cool A/C going inside. Value (5/5) 20$ lunch until 4pm on Monday-Thursday and 35$ all other times. The best value AYCE I've had and better than anything I've paid for in California. Overall (4.68/5) I would definitely return to Vegas just to eat here again and I thought the food quality was better than any Bacchanal or Wynn Buffet on the strip.

Even more impressive was that hot items came out very, very quickly. Matthew, my server was a cool laid-back guy who was super attentive. Everything he recommended was great! And he checked on almost everything I ordered! Something else impressive was how quickly they clean cleared and reset the tables. It was a team effort. Everyone who was in the restaurant serving or busing helped replace the items on the table. It was very cool to see. I have to mention Cassie, the first and last person I talked to. She greeted me at the door with a happy smile, asked if this was my first time and kindly recommended a lot of wonderful items when explaining the menu. On the way out she thanked me for coming. We placed one order and waited about half an hour until they came back. I think our server went on a break after taking our order but no one else checked on us until we flagged someone down which shouldn't happen if you're doing Ayce. The restaurant wasn't even busy and there was no wait at all and so many empty tables. We even had to leave cash after placing a second order because no one came by after we finished to run our card. Chef Shuji runs the restaurant with his wife next to him in the kitchen. The fish here is flown in from Japan and of the highest quality as you can see from the sheen and fat marbling. The tuna melts in your mouth and bite after bite is a wonderful experience as you pair it with soy sauce, fresh Wasabi, yuzu Wasabi, or some combination of the condiments provided. This is also the first sushi restaurant I have ever been to that automatically brings out fresh Wasabi without having to ask. The portions are generous and we left feeling very satisfied. Even though we were very full, we took a look at the dessert menu. Not pictured here is a sweet potato with ice cream and brown sugar glaze. This dish on the menu was unassuming but the taste was so decadent. Quite possibly the best and sweetest sweet potato I have ever tasted. The chef slowly roasts them over a 2 hour period, rotating the potatoes every so slightly every 15 minutes. The sweet potato could be a dessert by itself, it was that good! Chef Shuji is a charming and funny host. He regularly comes out to greet his customers and makes sure they are enjoying their meal, very high-touch.
