I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I opted to cancel my appointment all together, I'm not a fan of how they manage their business. I'm also super disappointed that the gift my husband was so excited for won't happen until I can find someone else to detailed his truck - hopefully someone more reliable.

As part of their process that all came off. The truck is silky smooth. The spring weather this week brought a ton of pollen, the sticky stuff. As you drive away the air just blows the truck clean. I pulled into the garage tonight after a hard rain and I had to laugh because all that rain water ended up on the floor before the door had closed. And now it looks as shiny as the day I got her coated. It's a pretty awesome treatment and technology. The other benefit with L&M is the follow up care. Quick washes, interior/exterior detail for $100 every few months? Something like that; regardless, a service I will absolutely take advantage of. I paid Laurence to apply ceramic coating to my brand new Kodiak travel trailer. While prepping the…read moresurface, his staff failed to protect the VIN sticker with tape. The sticker was exposed to alcohol spray and the printed numbers were wiped off. If you know anything about RVs, you know this is a pretty big deal as it renders the vehicle ineligible for import into Canada. Fortunately, I contacted the trailer manufacturer for a VIN replacement letter which means at least I can take the trailer across the border for vacation travel but with a greater degree of inspection. Due to this mistake, I will not be able to sell the travel trailer to a Canadian buyer in the future. Furthermore, after several months of using the trailer, I noticed that ceramic coating was only applied to the sides of the trailer. The front of the trailer remains exposed to bugs, dirt, and UV rays. I have reached out to Lourence to see about him completing the job before my upcoming trip to Eastern WA but I don't feel confident that he will be able to resolve this matter in a timely fashion given the trouble I've already had with him. I would not recommend using L&M Detailing for ceramic coating of RVs or travel trailers. I will update this review if timely resolution can be made.

We chose Super Attic Solutions based on their strong BBB rating, positive reviews, and the sales pitch that emphasized thorough follow‑up and post‑project support. We received three quotes for our attic and basement work; Super Attic Solutions was not the cheapest, but the promised inspections and customer care were the deciding factor for us. The crew that performed the work was respectful, efficient, and left the space clean. However, everything that happened after they left has been the opposite of what was promised. The sales rep assured us that an "inspector" would return a few weeks after completion to verify that: No rodents had re‑entered the home All work met code Any questions or concerns would be addressed He even mentioned a 6‑month follow‑up to ensure long‑term satisfaction. None of this happened. When I asked the project manager to walk the space with the crew, he was hesitant. I'm glad I insisted -- four ceiling lights were sealed incorrectly and left hanging an inch from the ceiling. I was told an "inspector" would come fix them, so the crew left and I was left with blue tape holding up my lights. A week later, our AC wouldn't shut off. I discovered the furnace (located in the attic) had been wrapped in insulation -- a fire hazard and not to code -- and no clear path had been left for HVAC access. When I called urgently, I was asked to send photos and then told a "supervisor with tons of experience" reviewed them and everything was fine. It wasn't. I had to pay an HVAC company to confirm the hazard, and only then was I told they might reimburse up to $500 because they didn't think they could send someone out. When the "inspector" finally arrived, they were not inspectors at all -- it was two members of the original crew. They fixed the lights (well no disrespect) and removed the insulation, from the furnace just laying on the air ducts. However, as we were communicating via technology translator, I could not get any answer to any questions and was told to call the office. Since then, I've left multiple messages through their AI system and sent two emails. I have given this company over 4 weeks to uphold the customer service they say they hold themselves to and I still haven't gotten a single phone call, let alone an "inspector" to look over the work, but they my check cashed. Bottom line: The initial work was fine, but the promised follow‑up and customer care simply do not exist. Once the crew leaves, you are on your own.
