I tried placing an order online but it never went through. Called them multiple times and was sent straight to voicemail. Couldn't even leave a message because inbox was full. So what do I do? I still wanted my order because they had a 50% coupon which I really wanted to use for dinner. I ended up going in person and reordering. The host had to go ask another employee whether or not to honor my online 50% coupon. The employee really thought about it and eventually told me fine they'd do it. The host even wrote our entire order down with a pen due to the system being down. There system had been down so that's why my order couldn't be placed nor could my calls go through. Giving it a 4/5 for effort and for honoring my coupon. Food was amazing. Just took too long!

If you don't like the food you can only blame yourself. You pick your ingredients, they just cook it. Lots of options and if you don't really wNt carbs they can round out your entree with cabbage. I recommend at least 2 small cups of sauce. Love the quality. They also have a rewards program. It takes a while to earn point but they do send you coupons. So that makes up for the high point total.

Placed an order on DoorDash for make your own bowls. When the order was received it was nothing like I had ordered or paid for. I was told they could remake it if I really wanted them to. Do not really understand how you completely blunder a "Make your own" meal.

I'm sitting here wondering how the kitchen and the manager find it acceptable to send out food like this. It was BURNED. I tried to eat my other stuff in there and the char taste had already transferred to it. The manager tells me they will make it again and I can pick it up. I ordered through doordash. I don't have a car. Then she tells me to get a refund through DoorDash. Where is your quality control?!?! Y'all need to be ashamed.

7months ago We had a Horrific Experience here. This time we decided to give it another whirl for a late Lunch. Food was Filling and Satisfying. The Cleanliness was moderately better 7 months later. However the Staff was Awful. Our "waiter" wrote down our 2 drinks and couldn't remember them and had to ask 2 more times. The one cook was a very rude woman who seemed to be rather snappy! I just understand how you can run a business this way....

The small bowls are less food than a happy meal for your KIDS and if you let them put egg that's literally going to be the main filler of your bowl. I can't believe I paid more than I would have at cheddars or 54th for such horrible food. I ordered a drink and it never came so I had to cancel it

This unacceptable, I asked to speak to the manager NEVER came to talk with me. Zero apology from the cooks who smiled like it was funny!

Slow service. Rude and disrespectful hostess. Food had fallen on countertop only to be scooped back into the bowl.

The service was great we were seated immediately, checked on several times, and the food came out quickly. Everyone was also friendly and welcoming. We tried the egg rolls, crab rangoon dip, cornbread, Spam fried rice, and honey walnut shrimp. Every dish was a 10/10 with great flavor and something unique to offer. The crab rangoon dip and cornbread stood out the most among the appetizers. The dip was an absolute hit and is something I'd definitely recommend. The cornbread had a subtle sweetness that paired well with its flavor. I also liked how it had a waffle shape to it, very different. I was a bit skeptical about the honey walnut shrimp at first because it looked pretty simple, but it ended up being delicious. The Spam fried rice was also nice, the pineapple paired great in it. Everything felt shareable its great spot to order several dishes for the table. If you check out this place, I'd recommend going with a group. The vibe was laid back, and the decor really tied everything together, making it feel like a fun hangout spot with a lot of personality.

It's funky to find, because the entrance is in an alley. We were a party of 17, with many separate checks. Cat did an amazing job at keeping up with everyone's orders and drink replenishments! They have a little happy hour menu with a couple drinks and food items. We got the $1 egg rolls and they were basic egg rolls. I got ginger noodles and added chicken and I wasn't crazy about them...they were ok. Someone got the spam fried rice and I tried that and it was fantastic. Many of their plates are shareable. Parking was a pain, so I may not go back. But it's worth the experience.

In order of the pictures, we got the roasted Brussels sprouts ($14), super garlicky noodles ($13), impossible potstickers ($11), my friend got the overachiever ($14) and I got the salted Thai limeade ($7). Honestly, everything was super yummy and tasted so good, maybe just really pricy considering the amount of food we get. My favorite was probably the roasted brussels sprouts and I would def come back just for those alone. The boba was really disappointing, you can't really taste the alcohol which I guess could be a good thing if you don't like tasting alcohol but if you're paying $14 for boba, it might as well be good and it wasn't the salted limeade was mid I was expecting something similar to chanh muoi (iykyk) but it literally tasted like limeade from concentrate with salt stirred in Brussels sprouts - 11/10 Garlicky noodles - 8/10 Impossible potstickers - 8.5/10 Overachiever (boozy boba) - 3/10 Salted limeade - 4/10
