This place is a preferred provider for state farm and that meant there was an extra warranty that went with the windshield and also just a very easy communication between the two. The worker on the phone was super nice and helpful and got me set up within a few days for a home visit appointment. The technician called when they were close to my property replaced and recalibrated my windshield. The whole time they communicated what they were doing and were fairly quick with it all. One thing to keep in mind, which I didn't even think about, is if you have tinted windows they do not provide tinting. So if that's something that you need, either do that as a separate part of your claim if using insurance, or find a spot that does both if on a time crunch. It doesn't take away from the fact that they were wonderful to work with though.

We were initially confident in their service and even referred a friend who also needed a window replacement. During the installation, the technician damaged the trim piece next to the front windshield on the passenger side, which contains an important safety sensor. He acknowledged the damage and told us he would order a replacement part and install it within a month. Unfortunately, that is when the problems began. Instead of taking responsibility, he later denied causing the damage and claimed it was a design issue with Lexus, stating that the part should never have been attached to the windshield in the first place. He repeatedly postponed appointments and continuously made excuses for why he could not meet to replace the damaged part. By May, after months of delays, we had to ask someone else to contact him on our behalf because of our busy work schedules. He responded and promised to meet us the following week. He even stated that he would arrive at the agreed location within 30 minutes. However, he never showed up. Shortly afterward, his prepaid phone service was disconnected, making it impossible to reach him. At this point, we are extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism, accountability, and communication. Unless this company resolves the issue and properly replaces the damaged part, we intend to file a claim and report the business to the appropriate agencies. We simply want the damage repaired as originally promised. Until that happens, we feel obligated to share our honest experience so that other customers can make informed decisions.

He is younger and much more flexible than me and did the job without going under the car. Battery is next to differential and I had to use a creeper and do the swap on my back. I took 90 minutes last time I did a battery swap. We had 10 minutes to chat and Ric lift after cleanup at exactly one hour. 5 stars. I asked for a quote for installing 6 new spark plugs and ignition coils for my 2106 Honda van. The process is 1 pull plug wire 2. Remove a 10 mm bolt that holds coil in place 3. Remove spark plug. 4. Install new plug. 5. Put coil over plug. 6. Replace and tighten 10 mm bolt. 7. Attach plug wire to plug. Repeat 6 times. The 3 rear plugs take an extra 4 to 5 minutes each due to less clearance to rear engine compartment wall. Last time I personally did this on a Honda van it took me an hour and 20 minutes. I checked the 2 flat rate books I have access to and the time allowance was 1.5 hours on the first and 2 hours on the second. I was a bit shocked when Squeaky sent me an estimate for $419 net after a 50 buck discount. Simply put, you priced yourselves out of future work from me. My brick and mortar independent garage beat your price by almost exactly $150. I was a businessman myself, and I know you need to make a profit. I wish you well in the future, but have to rate this transaction as 2 of t stars due to unreasonable pricing. Cannot see using Squeaky in the future.

Was quoted by a different company $4,500 to replace it and that price was unacceptable as it cost me $8,200 to replace all my other windows including a new sliding patio door recently. So I found this company who was able to replace parts of it and save me a lot of money. A tech was sent out to measure and provide an estimate (sorry cannot remember his name) he quoted for all 6 pieces as I asked but told me I only needed to change 2 if I was going to do any of it. The 2 main pieces had dust and dirt in between the panes so I could never get the window clean. After I decided to move forward I scheduled the install and Marlo showed up and was very professional and polite. He did the job very quickly and when he was removing the 2 old glass panes we discovered that they had completely failed as the outer pieces of glass separated from the inner spacer in effect leaving me with single pane glass. Marlo installed the new low e double pane glass and I now have a window that is in much better condition, clean, and way more efficient. Thanks Cut Rate & Marlo

He was able to source the exact doors, trim and handles I have so it looks like this came installed from the builder. Everything is level and looks great. Well that's exactly what happened to me today when I picked up my Honda Odyssey from Proficient Auto Body. I dropped off my van on Tuesday they called me on Wednesday with an update and it was ready on Friday as promised. Not only did they repair my fender as promised they buffed out the wear and tear marks on the entire van! These guys are the BEST! Then I get lied to by their "manager" saying they stop making that model. Which sounded funny to me because two months prior. I bought one tire from Walmart, but I waited, checked his answer and it was bald faced lie. The next day I was out doing some errands in the morning and when I came back to park, one of the other residents informed me, I had something to hang out the back of my car I looked and the diffuser was 3/4 away off hanging down which I ended up having to snap it off and put it in the trunk because it was attached to the light for the license plate so I went back Monday told him about it and told them hey I would even be a willing to overlook the tires if you just fix this, so the guy tells me he's going to speak to the manager manager never comes out and then he continues to say that I probably hit something or but why on me said that they never touched that when they repaired it which on the paperwork, it specifically said, drop the bumper rear bumper cover, and the diffuser snapped into that so again another lie, they never fixed either problem or even attempted to fix the problem. They are a shady janky place in my opinion. So in the end due to their dishonesty and trying to cut curves and make a buck which they did, I was stuck with three different tires three different brand and a rear diffuser never got fixed, but that's OK because I'm gonna take care of it in court and allow my lawyer to handle it. I should've known from the beginning. I was feeling with travelers insurance, which should've been a red flag, but I figured easy easy thing to do no problem man I make a mistake by going to their recommended facility. I should've chosen one myself researching and chosen a good reliable company so just a fair warning you're gonna be lied to a manipulated and laughed at behind your back. These people are just dirtbags. Theydon't know what they're doing, correction they do know what they're doing. They're underhanded and ripping people off just as they ripped me off, but I'll get that money back. Stay away from them, get somebody who is more professional who's honest & stands behind their word.

The new owner quoted my Mom's car for around $3000 with upholstery for leather seat, and easy fix paint job for Mercedes ML350. Those were paid with insurance prices. We were going to pay cash only. He stated the amount would still be the same. We had worst damages from before, and the most we paid was around $400-$600 for bodywork. The 2 small paint chips was fix with Mercedes touch up paint. and the scratches were removed with turtle wax. It took about an hr for my friend who is a mechanic to fix it for $50 Labor. 3 stars because I know they do great work. I'd still recommend this shop if you use insurance to pay for your damages. Don builded a great reputation along with his team. The shop was also approved by insurance companies a long time ago. Thanks Don for your great service all these years.

I brought my car in after an accident. The repairs were supposed to be simple body work: replacing the headlight, bumper, and fender. They kept my car for more than a month. At first, I was given one price, but after they took the car apart, the price suddenly increased by another $900. I agreed to it anyway. After I got the car back, serious problems started. They pulled my car out of the garage while it was running, and I noticed that the backup camera stayed on and would not turn off. Then I shut the car off, tried to start it again, and it would not start at all. They told me the battery was bad and needed to be replaced. I agreed and bought a new battery from them. That "new" battery died the very same evening after I got home. That immediately seemed suspicious to me. When I started messaging them about the problem, my messages were ignored. I had to call an electrician/mechanic myself. He was shocked by the condition of the car they sent me home in. It turned out the battery was never the issue. My power control module and wiring were burned. According to the electrician, this could have happened because the positive and negative terminals may have been connected incorrectly while charging the battery. On top of that, my fuel consumption increased significantly after their repairs. They literally sent me home driving a car with exposed wires and damaged electrical wiring, which is extremely dangerous. I will attach photos so people can see the condition they sent my car home in. I will never come back to this shop again and I do not recommend this service to anyone.
