This place is probably one of my favorite Korean spots. Totally worth the 30 minute drive from downtown Austin. They serve up authentic Korean cuisine that's hard to hard here. Everything is huge portions so family style is a must. I recommend going with more than one other person - otherwise you might end up like us - over ordering beyond our table size.

So since the last review--they've changed their menu a bit and added sushi. I haven't had a chance to try those options yet because that short rib has a chokehold on me. But I want to because they look good every time I see a plate walk past. I love that this place is always filled with folks who are enjoying the food and the company. It's always really homey here. Their banchan still slaps. Their kimchi is so good and I feel like I go through so many new refills. Soups: I will say I love their soups and always have to order one. Their pork bone soup and beef rib soups are sooooo good. They are easily shareable for 3-4 people.

Been here a few times and finally getting around to writing a review/ it's located in downtown round rock and there's street parking or a parking garage nearby. The restaurant isn't super big but never had an issue getting seated pretty quickly. Came in for lunch on a Tuesday to order the short ribs and wow, it was delicious. It's a little pricey but a good portion to share! We ordered a few sushi rolls as that's a newer addition to the menu and they were good, but I prefer sushi elsewhere. Service has always been super slow whenever we come so if you're in a rush, something to be mindful of.

Fusion but yummy. Parked in the back for free. Located in the beautiful historic round rock downtown. The food were all great! Celebrated my friend's birthday who's family to me! We came without reservation but it was right when they opened at 5pm for dinner. Our server was nice. They give military discount! We loved everything we ordered! The only thing is they don't have crafted drinks I think. But we still overall enjoyed celebrating in Ghama!!!

Absolutely yes. I'll tell everyone I know to go here. It's so good and I can't wait to go back for the food. I saw an Instagram ad and once I saw the Sake Don, I was hooked. Mouth drool My husband and I took our baby with us (during the day) and I found that they were polite about it. Other kids and young babies were there too, so I'd say it's kid friendly, during the day! It is a small space and I feel like it can echo if depending on where you sit. The restaurant is split from a sushi bar and a table section. Next date night without the kiddo, I'm for sure going back! The servers were nice. They didn't really explain anything about the restaurant or food options. In my opinion it's always nice when you're given a break down but I did already review the menu before going in, so I wasn't at a complete loss. The sushi and fish items I ordered were extremely fresh. You really can't go wrong with this place. I liked the Korean food options they had and it felt like there were quite a few things to choose from. Parking: free parking located in the garage right a crossed the street.

Pockets: beef bulgogi, spicy pork, spicy salmon, and eel

They have changed the lunch menu since the last time I was there, so I decided to try the sushi roll combo. I wasn't impressed. The eel roll didn't have enough eel on it; it was mostly rice. The spicy crab tasted fine, but wasn't anything special. I will stick to their Korean dishes next time. My son did enjoy his pockets. Service was good, and I enjoy how cozy this place is.

Apparently this place recently expanded to a wide Japanese menu. Staff also appears to be new.

Ghama zone is fun and tasty. I highly recommend the bulgogi soup. Service is kind and ambiance is good for a date or a quiet evening. They recently expanded the menu to have a lot of Japanese item. Haven't tried those, I tend to stick to Korean meals.

Located in downtown Round Rock - Ghama Zone is a fun place to fill your Korean Food needs. My husband and I came on a Sunday for lunch and were seated immediately. There were alot of servers training, so it looks like they are focusing on service. The ambiance is modern with a few tables and bar seats. As you wait for your food, there is 4 different kinds of banchan to snack on. All were very tasty. I loved the tofu pockets! We had the bulgogi and shrimp on. Highly recommend ordering a bunch to try - I preferred tofu over seaweed. My husband and I also shared the Ghama Hansang with Bulgogi. It's pricey, but I loved trying a bunch of different items! I wished I could have switched out the raw food, because I was pregnant. My husband said it was salty. Overall a great spot for lunch and dinner.

Welcome environment, friendly service, and extensive menu at Ghama Zone! I wish the menu indicated vegetarian items, but talking with the waitress I was able to make some modifications. I ended up ordering the fried potato appetizer (super delicious) and the tteokbokki with no fish cakes and added ramen noodles and soft tofu. It was a super delicious combination and I had enough to bring leftovers home. Would love to go back during lunch to try the tofu pockets!

The tofu wraps are only available for lunch. Dinner time is more of a sushi restaurant, though they still have many Korean main dishes. I love both dishes we got. Bibimpap is not served in a stone bowl, but it's still good. Free refill for side dishes

Came to check out their new sushi menu and it is DELICIOUS!! The chef truly knows his fish and the perfect pairings to go with it. The prices are fair and very similar to other sushi restaurants in the area actually a bit cheaper. Ghama will forever be the place I go for comfort food!!

THE BIG: Located in downtown Round Rock, right on the strip. This Korean restaurant hits hard! Plenty of street parking available. THE BLACK AND WHITE: My friend and I came here right as it opened and it was already busy! Fortunately there were still tables and we were able to snag one. Foodwise, we got the social media star: Ghama Hansang spicy pork along with the tteokbokki carbonara with truffle and bulgogi kimbap. The Ghama Hansang came in a beautiful bento box format that resembled banchan. The meat you get to choose from spicy pork or bulgogi. The tteokbokki carbonara was a different flavor profile that was great. The only thing I didn't like about it was the truffle add-on. It was an extra $3 and the truffle didn't seem fresh. THE FINAL BAMBOO: Overall we spent around $130 for everything. So good and I'm definitely going to be back to try more stuff on the menu!

    Chirashi bowl
    Chloe C.

Ghama zone was great! the service was okay. i stopped by for lunch and got a Chirashi bowl. it had a lot of thoughtful touches, like seasoned rice with a layer of imitation crab and tobiko, and each fish was such high quality with its own seasoning on top. it was definitely the best chirashi bowl ive had so far. the space was really clean and open, which definitely added to my experience. i would definitely come again.

The server responded in a defensive tone and said she would bring another bowl, but did not offer any apology. After waiting several minutes, my husband had to go to the sushi bar himself to show them the rice and the hair. Again, no one apologized. When the server finally brought a replacement, it was only about one-third full. She said they had run out of rice and would bring more later, which was surprising for a busy Saturday night at a Korean/Japanese sushi restaurant. The rice also looked very similar to the original bowl, so I politely asked whether it had been freshly prepared. Instead of reassuring me, she responded in an irritated tone, saying, "Of course it's new rice!" She then added, "I'm trying to accommodate you, so why are you giving me a hard time?" That comment left me speechless. I was confused by it, as I had simply informed her that there was a hair in the rice. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable but only wanted a replacement. The rice they said they would bring later never arrived, and we were still charged for it. We paid the full amount without arguing. When we asked to speak with a manager, we were told that the manager was away on a long-term business trip and unavailable. I understand that it was not the server's fault that there was a hair in the rice. Accidents happen. What disappointed me most was not the issue itself, but the lack of basic customer service. We remained calm and respectful throughout the entire interaction, yet the server's attitude made it feel as though we were being treated as the problem for raising a legitimate concern. A simple apology and a more professional response would have made all the difference. Instead, she became defensive from the beginning, as though we were attacking her personally. Management may want to provide additional customer service training to ensure that concerns like this are handled more professionally in the future. We were not looking for compensation or special treatment. we simply expected basic courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below that standard.

Narrow Street 512 serves up Authentic Korean food with a personal touch. It feels like you're eating a home cooked meal at your Aunt's home in Korea. I experienced Narrow Street as a solo diner. My go-to dish I order 90 percent of the time I go there is the Chadol Plate (A3). It is beef brisket. You normally need to go to a KBBQ spot and get covered in a layer of smoke. Skip smelling like a campfire and get A4 at Narrow Street. The beef brisket comes with rice served in a metal bowl. You get 3 or four small plastic containers of banchan the rotates seasonally. There is a variety of different kimchi, fish cake, corn slaw, potato salad and more. Once in a while I like to switch it up and I order the Cold Noodles (F1) or squid and pork stir fry (A4). The cold noodles are refreshing with crisp cucumber, white radish kimchi, and korean pear. The noodles are bouncy with a nice chew. Great in Summer and Winter. The Squid and pork stir fry comes with a bowl of rice and it is quite spicy. It is spicier than average but still less spicy than Thai chili. The chewy squid and pork are nicely complemented with the crunchy stir fried cabbage. Once you taste it you can't stop eating it. The price at Narrow Street very reasonable for what you get in my opinion. It is sit down restaurant quality food in a fast casual setting. You can dine solo or go in a big group as there is plenty of seating at the Hmart Food court. You place your order at the counter and they give you a buzzer to alert you to go pick up your trays of food. The Korean ladies who work there are super friendly and will help you make your menu selection if you have any questions. I've been a dedicated regular since 2023. Narrow Street is my go-to for my Korean food fix!

I would highly recommend this place - the location is kind of hidden in comparison to the other stalls with bright signs so I can see why people end up eating the other places tha this spot.

It took about 20-ish min to get a table on a little busy of a Saturday evening. The staff were nice, fast, and attentive. My only complaint is that we were asked if we were ready to order as soon as we sat down. It was the first time for all 4 of us so we needed time to look around. I have to note that the meat quality overall is pretty good. We got a premium beef combo for a group of 4 and added some pork belly. It was a great amount of food and we were stuffed. The beer prices are pretty good, especially for large bottles. Banchan is fresh and tasted good, the staff made effort to refill it mid-dinner. Prices for individual plates of meats are rather on a high end for about $24 for 3 slices of pork belly. Adding lettuce is a must to make ssams.
