Giada's at The Cromwell delivers a dining experience that feels both elevated and inviting. We had a 5:30 PM reservation and were seated right on time, which is always a great start to the evening. We were given a window seat along Flamingo Road--not directly facing the Strip--but still had a great view of the Bellagio Fountains, which made the setting feel special. One thing to note: there is no minimum spending requirement for these seats, unlike the Strip-facing window tables which require about $125 per person in food and beverage. We started with the fried calamari and the bread board, both of which were excellent. For our main dishes, we had the house specialty lemon spaghetti with shrimp, a side of rigatoni, and the stuffed chicken parmigiana--everything was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. The lemon notes throughout the meal really stood out in the best way. We paired everything with a beautiful bottle of Cakebread Chardonnay, which complemented the meal perfectly. To finish, we had Giada's specialty lemon cookies and the cheesecake brûlée, along with a Tawny Port that paired perfectly with dessert. Everything we had was AMAZING. Service was attentive without being overbearing--wine glasses were refilled at just the right times, plates were cleared promptly, and we never once felt rushed. Overall, Giada's is a standout spot for a special night out in Las Vegas. Great food, great service, and a memorable atmosphere--I would definitely return.

Food 8.7/10; tasted great, fresh, simple ingredients! Service 3/10: from the time we sat down to the time we got our drinks, glass of wine and a soda; it took over 35 minutes. Told them it was my girls birthday at the front and put it in the notes when booking the window seat with a $250 min. They did not remember or do anything for it. Not even a happy birthday. Also the server never introduced himself so we never knew his name. The entire meal: apps, salad. Main course, 2 rounds of drinks and desert was 2 hours and 50 min. I know some want a long drawn out dinner but that is not what we were after. I also said something to two different people after waiting 35 min and no change in service. Ambiance 7/10: very cool decor and it was done well

I was super excited to try this place since I love Italian food, and it did not disappoint. Our server was very kind and attentive, really listening to our requests and making sure everything was just right. The view is absolutely beautiful--you can even see the Bellagio fountain show, which makes the whole experience even more special. They also have great vegetarian options, which I really appreciated. We ended up ordering quite a bit, but couldn't finish everything. The portions may look small at first, but the food is surprisingly filling, so definitely come hungry. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it!

Another lovely dinner at this restaurant. Sadly, this restaurant and hotel are closing for renovation and to be a new restaurant... The food and the service was delicious. I can't say enough about the savory delicious. Cacio de Pepe. Homemade delicious spaghetti marinated and cheese and pasta water placed upon a cheese wheel. The warm pasta water and the cheese creates a very creamy texture. If you have the opportunity to order this dish, please try it do not pass it up! Five stars for this lovely restaurant. I will miss going to Giada.

Every time we to Giada's we have a fantastic experience! The food is amazing we love Giada's Signature Lemon Spaghetti! Bacon wrapped dates are the best, spicy sausage Pizzaette is so good too. If you like a gin & tonic....the Bella Luna is THE one! The restaurant is appealing & relaxing. They can open the windows for an open air dining experience! Fantastic view! The service is great. I've always been a big fan of Giada and I'm so glad we got to try her restaurant during this trip! Located within the Cromwell hotel, the escalator up to the restaurant on the 2nd floor is right by the hotel entrance from the Strip. The restaurant has an open floor plan with an inviting ambiance and great views of the Strip. Our server was kind and welcoming. He remembered we were there to celebrate my friend's birthday which was nice. We ordered various things on the menu including their famous focaccia bread (as there's no complimentary bread served), salad, and a few pasta/risotto dishes. The food was all tasty and fresh but definitely pricey. The portions were on the smaller side so be aware when ordering. For my friend's birthday, they gave us a salted chocolate chip and lemon ricotta cookie which were both heavenly delicious. Two small issues we encountered but could become a 5 star experience if fixed: - the food was warm not hot. It would have been nice to have hot food come out (in the middle of the meal, the food was already cold). - there is no direct phone number to call the restaurant and the concierge will not transfer your call.

Amazing service! The waiters and waitresses were so nice and knew the menu well so if you had questions they were very helpful. The mocha was okay, I like it more sweet but that's just me. The food was also delicious! Wish we came for dinner but we will just have to go back.

Arugula salad. I'm gonna make one when I get home. This was so good with a light vinaigrette, sliced Parmesan cheese.

Walking the strip thinking Italian I opted for Giata. I watched her so much on Food Network for so many years and so many chefs celebrity restaurants thought I would choose this one. So glad I did. Quiet, luxurious upscale this restaurant was exactly what I was looking for. Being alone, I sat at the bar, had excellent service and started with a Peroni while I looked at the menu. After spending nearly $40 on a club sandwich, a banana and a Gatorade at the hotel. I was expecting way out of line pricing, but went for the.Branzini fish, arugula salad, and the focaccia bread as there wasn't a smaller option for bread, but what a great meal. The arugula salad was fresh with a light vinaigrette, shaved Parmesan cheese really hit the spot. Delicious. The fish came expertly presented, and as a chef, I couldn't even figure out some of the items mixed in the sauces on top of this gorgeously cooked fish, but the flavors were fantastic, the fish was flaky, just the right amount of spices absolutely delicious. I took my time had a couple of beers and it was so nice to sit in a quiet place, getting excellent service and excellent food to end my week in Vegas. I have to admit I'm not a Vegas fan, but I did have one other good meal this week with guest, including beef tartare bone marrow then to here to finish with this lovely cooked fish. It was just perfect. If you're looking for a nice classy atmosphere, professional service, great food this is where to go highly recommend.!!!

It took me over ten years to finally make it back to Giada Las Vegas, and I'd been looking forward to the return trip ever since my first visit. As a fan of the celebrity chef, I was still holding out hope I'd run into her, but no luck this time! The restaurant remains beautifully decorated, and I still love the small touches, like seeing the Giada logo on various items throughout the space. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill once we were seated. Our server was incredibly slow to acknowledge us, it was at least 15 to 20 minutes before he came by just to ask if we wanted drinks. I had to politely ask for a menu first, as I wasn't sure how I could order without seeing the selection but I let it go. Because I was worried the service would continue to be a disappearing act, I rushed to put in my full order. I had the orzo meatballs and the lemon spaghetti I remembered so fondly from years ago. Things didn't improve from there. The food took quite a while to arrive, and when it did, the appetizer and entrée were served at the exact same time. Worse yet, the meatballs were only lukewarm and the spaghetti was cold. I'm not one to send food back, so I tried to salvage it by asking for extra lemon sauce, hoping the heat from the sauce would warm the pasta. It didn't work--the sauce was also lukewarm. While the shrimp were a good size, they were unfortunately quite tough. On a positive note, the meatballs were tender and flavorful, and the pasta itself was cooked to a perfect al dente, which I enjoy. Overall, this was a disappointing visit. At this price point, and with so many other world class dining options nearby, I expected much better. I don't plan on returning; I'd rather keep my memories of that first great visit and just take the loss on this one. There are definitely better ways to spend your money in Vegas.

03/05/2026 A couple of years ago, my friend and I had dinner at GIADA and we loved the Tiramisu. So when we planned our recent Vegas trip, we made a reservation to have dessert here again. The restaurant was somewhat busy around Thursday at 8pm. We were seated right by the window and had a great view of the strip. When our waiter started talking about the menu, we let him know we were only there for dessert. He said he had to go check if that was okay because I guess we were seated at a table that was meant for a full meal. He came back and said it was fine since things were slowing down anyway. We thought that was kind of weird. Awkwardness aside, we still had a good time and enjoyed the dessert. Their Tiramisu is not traditional - the mascarpone layers are thick and dense. There is one layer of espresso-dipped ladyfingers sandwiched between two crunchy chocolate cookie squares. It was pretty good, though not as good as we remembered. If we have just dessert here again, I'll make sure to add a note to my reservation.

I just left the restaurant to enjoy my birthday brunch with my best friend who is visiting from out of town. I had a Groupon for $110 worth of drink and food items to be used by two people. Even with our server knowing we had a Groupon, I felt our service was not affected negatively in any way whatsoever by that. We were served by Rocco M., who was attentive, friendly, and had such a good sense of humor. I really enjoy servers who show their fun personality and are themselves. I will request sitting in his section again for any future visits! I ordered the white peach Bellini and Cavatelli. The Bellini was ok, not really a white peach flavor, it had more of a slight strawberry taste mixed with it to me. The Cavatelli pasta with shrimp dish wasn't as lemony as I thought it'd be. I didn't taste any lemon at all to be honest... I did ask for more lemon flavor after tasting it and was given more lemon crème sauce, and it did have some lemon zest in it. I also asked for some spicy sauce to add, I just like spicy food... The shrimp it came with was so good! It seemed like it was slightly sauteed in butter so it had a bit of crispiness on the outside; delicious! I also really liked the crispy capers (I wouldn't mind having extra in mine, but I'm also the type that likes a lot of extra capers. My friend ordered the Giada-rita for her drink, which she said was very good, and the avocado toast, and was pleasantly surprised it came with a nice portion of baked fingerling potatoes on the side, sprinkled with a delicious cheese. We were treated the cookies for my birthday, thank you so much! I even ordered some entrees to bring back home! Overall it was a nice ambience, service and food, and we enjoyed our brunch!

When doing my research for foods to try in Vegas the search engine kept recommending the lemon spaghetti. So I definitely made it a point to try this dish before I left. The pasta was perfectly cooked to an al dente texture and the cream sauce was beautifully layered with a lemon cream sauce that was bright and flavorful. The grated Parmesan sent the dish to another level that brought everything together. Other foods that were tried were the: - Seafood Tour - Pasta Bolognese The service was top notch and our waiter explained the menu so thoroughly, I was tempted to buy everything on the menu. I definitely will be back the next time I'm in town.

I wanted to not like this place. The only chefs I trust are ones that look like they cannot resist their own food. Giada, not being one among those. While the portions are generally smaller, (maybe how Giada keeps lean) they are well executed and delectable. A fresh noodle is a subtle detail, but elevates the dish. A little pricey but this place is delicious, has great ambiance and good service. I like the layout of the place. The branded "g" is a nice touch. read more

worst wait staff ever. our server would walk past and he didn't refill our drinks or water. he made a mistake with our orders and then he made no effort to fix it. we didn't get utensils when we had our food and needed knives. the tables around us were also having issues with getting the wait staff to listen and to put in even 5% effort. the Calabrian chili pasta was terrible. pretty sure Giada herself hasn't been here in a while as the service and food was incredibly disappointing. will not be back and will not be recommending this. will be letting people know that service here is not worth the visit. service was literally the worst i have ever experienced even comparing with fast food service. read more

The best part of our Las Vegas trip was dinner at Giada's! The food, service and ambiance were all outstanding. My husband and I shared the meatball app and bread board, highly recommend. Our main meals, scallops and lobster ravioli were outstanding. Ravioli had a generous portion of lobster. Even better was the Apple Sformato, truly the best apple dessert we have ever had in our lives. We cannot recommend Giada's strongly enough. read more

We went here with a wedding party for dinner afterwards. They were accommodating as our party was a little smaller then initially anticipated. The appetizers were all yummy, but the handmade pasta was just okay. I tried the lobster ravioli and was underwhelmed. The flavor was good overall but the pasta was a bit tough. Service was pretty slow, like awkwardly slow and they must not have timed the food properly for dinner because some of the food was hotter than others. Everyone really enjoyed their drinks. Came here for a Father's Day brunch and didn't expect to spend so much time (in a good way)! Candice recommended the Bella Luna cocktail with my meal and it was a great compliment to the salmon Benedict. Superb service and an exceptional experience all together - I'm shocked places like this are still around! I've been so desensitized to the "new normal" of the strip...it was absolutely refreshing to experience what it feels like to be taken care of. I had high expectations, I left underwhelmed. The appetizer and salads and specialty drinks were very good. I had the lemon spaghetti with shrimp. I could barely cut the shrimp with a knife, they were inedible. I didn't taste much lemon in the pasta and the sauce had a weird gray color. Wow, we came here for dinner and cocktails. The oysters we absolutely Devine as well as the seafood tower. I had the lamb shank it was tasty but the only change was it was server WAY too HOT. Don't get me wrong food should be served hot but this was so hot it burnt my mouth the chickpeas were over cooking in the sauce it was so hot. The others at the table had: Ravioli wow that was absolutely the tastiest I have ever try'd Fettuccini again absolutely beautiful tasted Devine Salmon which was very tasty. Our waitress was absolutely fantastic we could visibly see how busy she but wow she has it all under control, extremely knowledge, helpful and attentive. She kept our fro is topped and checked in on us as needed. We were seated in the casual seats as we did not make a reservation I will definitely make a reservation next time just for the comforts of the restaurant. This restaurant exceeded expectations. The flavors are light and bright. The portions are medium small but that just means you can sample more. The oysters and branzino were exceptional. Had a wonderful dinner here and it met all of our expectations. Our server Fred was extremely friendly and helpful. The breads were fresh and wonderful. The salmon was cooked to perfection as were the pasta dishes. Cooked Al dente just the way I like them! Good wine list and no price gouging like most of the restaurants on the strip. We set out to try as many places as we could on our 40th anniversary. Places we wouldn't normally go to and it has been fun, but very expensive! WTH, it's only money! Our experience at Giada's was well worth it. The Bloody Mary's have plenty of vodka, but at first glance compared to others around Vegas are a bit underwhelming, but all the great flavor is there and the spicy salami? Was wonderful. The only negative on them is the $15 price tag. Steff had spaghetti and meatballs and I had the cannolis with lump lobster and vodka sauce . The spaghetti was great with a light sauce, cheese and well seasoned meatballs. My cannoli were perfect they were light melt in your mouth freshly made pasta. The lobster filling was perfectly prepared and the vodka sauce was the perfect topping. I savored every bite! read more

I have to say this was a bit of a let down. We went for the brunch on a Sunday. The service was great, the restaurant was very nice and really did feel like a big home. Even the uniforms the service staff wear are very nice and classy. On the surface the menu sounds quite nice and very Italian, but once you dig in that is about where the Italian ends. I had the pizza carbonara. I was expecting some sort of white sauce with a wonderful bit of toppings. But really it was just flat bread, maybe a splash of sauce, some bacon and 2 eggs on top. I am not a chef but I could of whipped this up with some trade joes dough and my pizza oven on for my bbq. Taste wise it was OK, not bad but just kinda plain. My wife had a past dish, and she said it was OK at best. I stole a bit of my sons pizza of the kinds menu and that was about the highlight. Meatballs where good and the tomato sauce was quite nice. Bottom line is this was just underwhelming. Menu was OK, food was OK. Being totally honest I wish we had of gone back to Whalburgers across the street. read more

I think Giana's hot but I think that's where my appreciation ends..don't get me wrong I've seen her cook show and her food looks good but the restaurant isn't the same. It's not that the restaurant is bad, the decor and ambience is good but amidst all the celebrity chef and Michelin star chef restaurants in Vegas this one falls short and becomes lost in the sea of crazy good (and over priced) restaurant. I enjoyed my meal but not motivated to be back anytime soon. I would give it 3.5 stars if I could. read more

Horrible service, For the sake of everything holy DO NOT GO HERE! I don't know who Giada is but it sounds like she needs to check up on her namesake restaurant. The food was mediocre and the server ruined our entire day by being an a**hat about the situation. I was treated by my boss and I still feel the need to write a review because I will never forgot how bad we where treated here. Food took over 2 hours to come out. The server kept saying it's coming it's coming but we saw 5 tables come in after us and get their food first, nothings more infuriating than that. Then some of it was cold and we sent it back and it still didn't taste good. In the end after the horrible service, rude staff and extremely expensive lack luster food, the server refused to discount any of the cold disgusting food on the bill and we were forced to tip him!!! What the actual heck? Wouldn't even be writing this he he just acknowledged the problem! Please for the love of god listen to me when I say it's a huge mistake to eat here!!! DONT DO IT! read more

I've been to Giada a few times.....ALWAYS LOVED the food and atmosphere.... so I again booked a reservation 3 months in advance for March Madness....I was really looking forward to another great night of dinner with great friends who haven't been there before....and I bragged about it!.....this time they stuck us in a back room with no view of anything and no other people to watch...(and I'm a people watcher)....it was like eating in our hotel room....now my friends are giving me shit! ... In any event, my Bucatini was cold and added grilled chicken was effin dry... however cheesecake dessert was good.... the Server was also disappointing....unlike before when the Servers were excellent!....and I didn't even mind spending $75 on two smoked Old Fashioned's before dinner cuz I was looking forward to another great experience.... sorry to say but you lost me Giada ...so so disappointed after looking forward to this night for past 3 months!....(you would think booking 3 months in advance they might give you a seat at least close to a window without having to pay extra!....oh well...bye bye Giada... no reply necessary! read more

Took advantage of a Groupon. Was able to call in for a reservations. Self-Parking was $10. Got a great booth with a view. Our server was nice. We ordered chicken meatballs ---yummy, very flavorful. I had the lobster hash - could have used a little more lobster. But the bacon and veggies were wonderful. We also got the Giada burger. The smoked provolone was a little too strong for my taste. Other than that...yummy. Would have been 4-stars, but server forgot the lemons we asked for and didn't ask if we wanted fresh ground pepper on our salad. Don't get me wrong, the food and ambiance were amazing. However, our server was far but friendly. I won't give the name but he was the very tall man that never smiled once. I think that he judged us. We didn't order alcohol so that started his grumpiness. Although, we ordered an appetizer, main dishes and dessert. When you go to a restaurant of this level, you expect perfect service and a nice pleasant server. When we left, he saw us and just put his hand up to wave. A very small gesture on his end. Love the ambiance of this restaurant. Crisp clean decor with amazing views of the beautiful Bellagio fountain and strip. The food is fresh and flavorful. I feel that I was subject of gender discrimination as a male. I was turned away for wearing a tank top which I respected and went and bought a new shirt with sleeves so I could eat with my family. I walked in and there was three women with tank tops on in the restaurant. Not nice tanks but tank tops you would wear at the beach or out for a walk. Frustrated and disappointed when I saw this. When I think of fine dining and spending upwards of $400 for dinner for 3, I expect the dishes to have some wow factor. The food wasn't terrible but wasn't fantastic either. I expected at least their signature dishes to leave me feeling good about splurging for the evening. I've had better food in Napa Valley or NYC mid-tier restaurants for a fraction of the cost. I don't get the negative reviews!!! This place was stellar - loved it all! One thing to note- make a reservation! We were pretty surprised there were no tables available at 6pm. I actually loved siting in the lounge, though- the decor in this place was GORGEOUS! Marble table top, napkin linens and an iPad to flip through the menu- also loved the water glasses! So unique! We loved the garlic knot and bread platter they started us with- so good! We got the chicken meatballs which were OK, definitely liked the strawberry bruschetta a bit more but between the two was a perfect starter. My entree was the spaghetti dish with lemon and shrimp which was divine! The spaghetti was delicious, cooked al dente, with a super creamy sauce. Only thing is that the portion is pretty small, but I was stuffed from the starters anyway. Also have to note the Cosmopolitan blanco was outta this world!!!! Loved it! Couldn't taste the alcohol and loved the cherry at the end which is apparently been soaked in brandy!? Genius! Will definitely be back here when we return to Vegas! read more

Oh Giada... I love you. This place has become one of my "musts" when visiting Las Vegas. I made a reservation for one at 5:15pm on a Monday (before leaving for my flight home). Sure, I definitely didn't NEED a reservation during this not-so-popular time, but I wanted to make sure I could get in. Sure enough, no problem at all, and I was seated at 5:15. I'll admit that I had a late lunch around 2pm and wasn't the MOST hungry, but I still wanted to order my favorites. The Fresh Ricotta Crostini is so unique and delicious... I dream about these things. Ricotta, honey, lemon & pink peppercorn... perfection. I also have an inexplicable love for arugula, so I had to order the Arugula Salad. Arugula, parmigiano-reggiano, candied lemon & pancetta... it's so fresh and light and delicious. A little pricey at $16, but I really wanted that arugula. Oh, and I almost forgot the complimentary bread platter! The rosemary bread is perfection. It's served with sea salt, an aioli, crushed red pepper, olive oil pesto & capers. I love having the various "dippers"... every bite can be unique. I also ordered a cocktail - the Amaretto di' Mulo (amaretto mule). It's an interesting twist on the mule that features bourbon (Basil Hayden's bourbon), Disaronno amaretto & Fever Tree ginger beer. Wow this thing was good. I highly recommend visiting Giada if you're in town. Service is great, food is delicious. read more

My husband and I tried the tasting menu to try a little bit of everything. And everything was absolutely delicious. Come with a big appetite. The ambience was perfect, and the view of the strip was beautiful. Our server, Lauren, was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable of the food, and gave great reccommendations. I didn't give it 5 stars because with our first course, the antipasto platter, the chef accidentally got a hard shell from the seafood station (which I guess is right next to where they prepare the antipasto platter). My husband ended up biting into this shell, and it was pretty unpleasant. The manager quickly brought us a fresh plate, but all they offered us was to ask if we wanted to make a statement. We decided not to, and to try and enjoy the rest of the courses since we love Giada, but it still took time for him to get comfortable. They also forgot to give us our envelopes with the recipes that come with the tasting menu. The dishes and flavor is why I'm giving it three stars. If the shell incident hadn't happened, would have been 5 stars. read more

This was my first time ever in the Cromwell. The pasta at Giada was just OK for the price. The portion sizes are really small, and the pasta really isn't that flavorful. Not something I would expect from a restaurant associate with a big-time chef. The service is really slow, so don't come extremely hungry. Even took them a while to fill up our waters when we walked in. They also do not have complementary bread, so we were starving by the time her food came about an hour after we ordered. We wanted to move to a window seat with a view of the Bellagio fountains, but the hostess said it was a $25 charge per person to sit at one of those tables. Not quite sure why the lemon spaghetti is a signature dish. You can barely taste the lemon it's a very hint aftertaste. And there wasn't much flavor to the sauce. The ravioli is not very filling for a main dish. It's six tiny raviolis. My favorite was the carbonara in the cheese wheel. The cheese was phenomenal. The pasta in that dish also tasted very fresh and homemade. We got the arugula salad, and the main salad as well. The romaine salad is just Caesar salad, and the blackberry dressing on the arugula salad was pretty good. Just a heads up they do not do complementary sorbet or desserts for birthdays. Since it's Italian it's decently vegetarian friendly but nothing to write home about. I wish the service was faster and the food was more filling. read more

**This is an update of my most recent review of Giada** Went last night after John (manager) personally reached out and asked if we would give Giada another try. We did so last night and I can't tell you what a great experience we had. John came over to our table to introduce himself and speak for a few moments and I really did appreciate that he took the time. Our server was excellent and went above and beyond for us. I have no doubt that he does this for everyone. David was knowledgeable, friendly times the meal wonderfully! -Spaghetti was PERFECT. Light. Lemony, creamy and dull or flavor. -Ravioli with lobster and Brussels sprouts were fantastic and so flavorful. These were delicate and not overly filling! -Ricotta crostini was so flavorful and the pink peppercorn was the perfect addition to this for depth of flavor! -The Tri Coloure Salad was our kind of salad. The bitterness of the radicchio and kale paired perfectly with the Gorgonzola and the sweetness of the dates! -The cheesecake and chocolate hazelnut crunch bar were both to die for. The macchiato cheesecake was my husband's favorite. It wasn't overly sweet and had the perfect amount of bitterness from the coffee flavor to balance out the crust. I'm a chocolate hazelnut lover so of course, this is always a must for me! We shared a great bottle of wine and I started off with a Serpico cocktail and if you're a fan of bourbon, this one is for you. All in all, I can't say I've had a much better dining experience in a really long time. Everything from the hostess to the service and food were top notch. I am so thankful for people like John who care so much about the patrons and the businesses that they run. I'm also thankful for amazing service and cannot say enough good things about David! We will most definitely be back and we're both looking forward to it! I have have absolute confidence in recommending Giada to anyone who visits Vegas and even my local friends. Was amazing the first time I went in 2017, this time just ok. Lemon spaghetti was not lemony or creamy enough. Espresso was terrible. Cappuccino foam was embarrassing. Great view, excellent service. Giada needs to swing by for a food quality inspection. read more

So went with my wife on Valentines Day (may not have been a good idea). Let me say the service was amazing the food was okay. We had the VDay menu 4 course. The majority of the food was actually good. The main course Steak and Lobster (ehhh), steak could've actually been warm at best but it was cold. Seeing it was a holiday I could only guess that was the reason. The desserts were amazing. We got there exactly at 10:31, but apparently missed eating in the dining area by one minute. The bar and lounge area was open though with the full menu available to us though. Our waitress was very pleasant and very attentive. There was a nice range of different music playing from Backstreet Boys to Frank Sinatra. I really enjoyed the ambience and the decor was lovely. They had a few tv screens on and had sports playing on one screen and a Bollywood film playing on another. We didn't have to wait long to order. I checked into Yelp and we got a complimentary glass of prosecco. I ordered one of Giada's special drinks called the Destroyer and my brother just got a rum and coke. It had tequila. It was okay, a little bit too sweet for me. Before appetizers, they brought out some rolls and these pita chips, with little sides of I think sour cream, olive tapenade, chili peppers, olive oil, and rock salt. Not sure why the salt. It was tasty and seasoned enough. For appetizers, we had the Lemon Crab Arancini and Crispy Oysters Rockefeller. The crab were basically cheese balls, not what I was expecting. The Oysters with the spinach mixture was tasty and creamy. Next we had the Lemon Chicken soup. A bowl was brought out with I think carrot, pasta, and chicken bits, and then the waiter poured the clear broth after. It was surprisingly pleasant, with a nice lemony bite to it. Finally, for our main courses we had Mint Lasagne (lamb ragu with whipped citrus) and Salmon (pan roasted with golden beet puréed & pistachio vinaigrette). My brother also ordered a side of Creamy Polenta. I did not like the lamb at all. It was just a bowl of pasta squares with a pile of lamb pieces. It was way too heavy and not at citrusy. I didn't finish this dish. The salmon was quite good on the other hand. It was cooked perfectly and purée was a nice pair. The polenta was not worth it all. Overall, I was not that impressed with this place, definitely not worth what we paid for, but you know celebrity chef + Las Vegas = extremely overpriced. Just took my sister-in-law here for an early Mother's Day dinner & it was such an amazing experience. First of we are really huge Giada fans so we were in heaven. The ambience was superb. I honestly thought it was going to more Italian-y but it exceeded my expectation of decor. So modern , simple yet complex, and my favorite part was her pieces of art I have see in her cooking shows. I felt like I was in her kitchen aka a dream. 10/10 for ambience ! The food was amazing ! A lot of people give this place only one or 2 stars because the portion size but if you are a true Giada fan you would appreciate more of the experience. The food is very favorful in so many ways. The service was awesome thanks to our server Valentino. I'm bummed we didn't get to see her even though she has been here in Vegas all weekend for food event ! But anyways , I will definitely be back with my SIL and I'll bring my other girlfriends experience what we did. read more

The garlic bread was exactly what garlic bread should be: thin, buttery, garlicky, and dangerously easy to inhale. I had the carbonara and I truly couldn't ask for a better version at this price point. Rich, well done, no notes. And shoutout to Marla, who was absolutely hustling through the controlled chaos and still took great care of us.

I was there with my wife and our kids. The kids loved their pasta dishes, and I had the filet mignon tartare and a Margherita pizza. Both were absolutely delicious. You can really tell they use high quality ingredients, and everything was fresh and full of flavor. The atmosphere was lively, fun, and comfortable for families, and the prices were completely reasonable for a restaurant of this quality in Las Vegas. This is definitely a place I'll be coming back to every time I'm in Vegas. I highly recommend Mother Wolf to anyone looking for amazing Italian food, excellent service, and a great overall experience. A special thank you to Dutch, the best waiter in the restaurant. You truly made our evening unforgettable!

No Italian food anywhere this good since Felix Trattoria in LA opened with the glassed in humidified Nonna Room where Chef Evan wielded his chitarra and made Sausage Tortellini with his sausage fingers. Felix was the Italian version of the glass Dumpling cage at Din Tai Fung where the 18 year olds made 18 folds all Din Tai day. Many Italian Restaurants use store bought Pasta. It's an acceptable Chef cheat. Some even go to the trouble to buy Bronze Dye Extruded dry Pasta as it pits the Pasta to help absorb Sauce. Here, the Pasta is all made by hand. (Renta Nonna?) All hands on deck and on the Rigatoni. There is a discernable difference especially when the fresh handmade Pasta is cooked quickly to keep it as toothsome as Ferraro's does it. The Decor: Rich, warm, welcoming, earthy and understated elegant. So, no warehouse close out of Majolica Pottery. The Hostess will greet you as if you were really someone she'd like to sit next to at Thanksgiving. This place is located off The Strip in a Strip Mall and thankfully no street stripper cajoling you to take a photo with her/him for a ten-spot. The Bar: As full as a Bar can get with some of most anything you can order to go with anything you can pick from the ambitious menu, and the wine list is heroic. Overwhelmed by the signature Cocktails I finally picked a Drunken Strawberry with a little push from Ivana the wonderful Server who cared for me like the first night with an adopted pound puppy. My drink had Porter's Tropical Old Tom Style Gin, Chamberryzette (Strawberry Aperitif), Aperol, and Fabbri Fregola (Strawberries in Syrup). It leaned sweet, and two more would have had me leaning in the street. Within minutes Fabio the "Bread Boy" offered a tray of complimentary warm Rustic Rolls which were favuloso along with rectangles of Foccacia. The House made Tapenade was meraviglioso. The Staff: Ivana was as warm as the beautiful Rustic Rolls. She was charming and genuinely concerned about every detail to insure that all her guests enjoyed everything they selected from the huge menu. And they all did. Who's here? Locals, regulars, expats all dreaming of what they ate every Sunday at their Nonna's kitchen table. Of course there were a few turisti who ventured off The Strip which rivals Bourbon St. and Times Square for being a rip. You'd have to know this wonderful place is here and now you do. The Food: It is simply not possible to make a mistake or bad choice here. The food is exceptional. The Ravioli with a chunk of Beef Cheek inside was brilliant. This could've been a main course. The Arancini Cacio e Pepe was the size of a Rawlings Baseball only much easier to chew. It's a Black Pepper and Pecorino-Romano Cheese Rice Ball breaded and fried then topped with a Truffle Cream Sauce laced with flecked and bits of Black Truffle. (Ask for a side of Crestor). While crisp is America's favorite flavor, apparently, it's Italy's too. Crunchy and creamy these were beyond delicious. Finally, the third appetizer took a bow. Crudo di Coda Ricciola (thin slices of Yellowtail), with Fennel, Hazelnuts, Capers, Calabrese Chili Oil and a drizzle of White Balsamic Vinegar. This was more than just fish. It's more than you could wish for, capeesh? My Caesar was good enough to hail. Creamy, Garlicy Dressing with just a hint of Anchovy and Toasted Bread Crumbs replacing soggy Croutons. Lovely. The Lobster Aragosta (like saying Shrimp Scampi), was pried out of it's shell (like a debutant at her first dance) tableside with the expertise of a trauma surgeon. The Pasta was perfect, nice and spicy, and coiled attractively with a fork in a ladle and more than enough for four hungry Construction Workers. Lobster in unskilled hands is often bouncy and rubbery. Not this one, it was tender, slightly transluscent, sightly briny and half buried in the Fresh Pomodoro Sauce. I ate way more of this delicious Pasta than I had any right or ability to. It was addictive with one bite. So, yes it was worth the 4 plus hour schelp from LA to get here. Ferraro's is the Ferrari of Italian Cuisine (a bitaly of Italy for sure) and might just be the true home of home made Italian food in the Country...any Country.

The thick piece of fish on the Salmon Oreganata was beautiful but the salmon itself lacked a bit of seasoning. They bring around a dessert cart but we opted out as nothing caught our eye and we were pretty full. By the time our meals finally arrived around 11:30 PM, my husband had already spoken to the manager because waiting nearly two hours for entrees at a restaurant of this caliber is simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, my order was completely misunderstood. I asked for the restaurant's best chicken pasta recommendation and was served an odd combination that didn't go together at all (2 separate dishes NOT a pasta with chicken) Fine dining is about the entire experience, not just expensive wine. The food itself was underwhelming, but the service and apparent lack of management were the biggest disappointments. As Las Vegas locals who dine at high-end restaurants regularly, this was easily one of the most disappointing dining experiences we've had.

The Spicy Rigatoni Vodka had the perfect amount of spice not too spicy, but enough to give it great flavor. The Strozzapreti and White Truffle Garlic Bread were not my personal favorites, but my family really enjoyed both of them. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere were great, and I would definitely come back.

I am a huge Giada fan, and this restaurant blew my mind. The service, food, ambiance, just everything WOW'd me.... I can't wait to go back. As you take the escalator up, you feel like you're being transported to Giada's home. The greeters were very friendly and if you look to the left, there is a little room... That's a cool little photo booth where you can take pictures. So cool!!!! As you walk in you're greeted by an Anti-Pasto bar. Ovens from Italy are baking fresh focaccia bread and mini pizzettes, all delicious. The bar is sleek and sexy and the lounge is spacious. The dining room is quite large but intimate at the same time. Tables are spaced out so that each table is secluded. I hate restaurants that pack as many tables as they possibly can into one space. Retractable windows open to overlook Bellagio, Caesars and LV Blvd. If you're lucky you can see the dancing fountains. The food is what I came here for and all of it was light, fresh, full of simple flavors but at the same time refined and elegant. Grilled Broccoli Rabe w/ calabrian chili vinaigrette: Served at room temperature. Grilled perfectly, but a little too spicy for my taste. Rollatini - ricotta stuffed Eggplant & pomodoro: Hot dish and the pomodoro was fresh. The cheese was delicious. My favorite out of the two antipasto dishes. Orzo Meatballs w/ parmesan pomodoro: She had these at the Bon Appetite event and they were even better at the restaurant. The orzo makes them light and the sauce was delicious. Bacon Wrapped Dates w/ spicy Italian sausage & gorgonzola crema: I have had these before at Firefly and thought the ones at Firefly were good, but these Bacon Wrapped Dates at Giada just blew those ones out of the water. Fritto Misto, shrimp & calamari w/ shaved fennel & lemon aioli: Perfectly fried and seasoned.... The ailoi gives it a fresh richness. Artichoke Soup w/ mint, tomato & focaccia croutons: Creamy, fresh, light, crunchy.... Tortellini with pea pesto, pancetta & mint: This was one of my favorite dishes. The pasta is made in-house over at the antipasto station. The filling was creamy and seasoned perfectly. The lemon butter gave it that rich freshness. I loved how it wasn't too heavy even though it had the lemon butter. 28 oz Bone in Tuscan Rib-Eye finished w/ lemon, a sunny side up egg & arugula: My friends got this dish and they loved it. 7oz Filet w/ salsa verde & crispy polenta: The polenta was kind of dry and the weakest component of any dish I had the whole evening. The salsa verde was very unique and the red wine butter melted over my steak beautifully. At the end of the meal I had a latte with orange syrup, and a dusting of Giada's signature and it was one of the best lattes I have ever had. Dessert was a sampling and the lemon ricotta cookie was light any tart and had the perfect amount of frosting/icing. The PB & J tiramisu was so unique and equally as delicious. Overall, the experience I had a Giada's was mind-blowing. It's definitely not cheap by any means... On August 18th, I had the immense pleasure of dining at Food Network star Giada De Laurentiis's restaurant - Giada. Now, if you know me then you will know that I am a huge Giada fan. She is the chef I receive the most inspiration from for my cooking and it is her cookbooks that I turn to first when looking for guidance or a new recipe to try. I have even had the honor of meeting her at a book signing once - yes, she is that beautiful and yes, she is incredibly kind. This love of Giada is shared by my amazing mother, Janet. We love to watch her shows on Food Network, make her recipes together, and most importantly - eat her recipes together! After Giada opened her Las Vegas restaurant at the Cromwell in the summer of 2014, my mom always said that if she could dine anywhere, she would love to try Giada Vegas. August 18th is my mother's birthday, and this year her birthday was one of special significance for a multitude of reasons. I wanted to do something out of the ordinary to celebrate her on this important birthday, so I surprised her with a trip to Las Vegas, a stay at Caesar's Palace, and dinner reservations at Giada. I didn't tell her where we were dining until right before dinner, and I loved seeing her face light up when I told her that we were going to finally try her top dining destination. Her birthday dinner could not have been better as our dining experience was one of the best either of us has ever had. Giada is a true treasure of restaurant. To summarize, dining at Giada in Las Vegas was a fantastic experience that I will always remember. It was the perfect place to celebrate my mom on this birthday of importance. The warm and inviting atmosphere, the unrivaled service, and the heavenly dishes made our time at Giada a smile-invoking and memorable experience. "Experience" - this is an important word here because that is what Giada Vegas provides; it's more than a nice a meal and a view, it is full dining event that is as pleasing to the eyes, ears, and spirit as it is to the tongue and the stomach. I am beyond disappointed with the service at Giada. We dined at Giada on Friday, 4/7. There were 8 of us, we ordered appetizers, meals, wine- the only complaint I had was that everyone was too full to save room for dessert. Since we were only visiting Vegas for a weekend, we decided to return for dessert on the following Sunday. 3 of us returned on Sunday, 4/9, for the much anticipated dessert that we had read raving reviews about. Our waiter was Radoslaw, and when we sat and we told him we came for dessert, he rudely asked ''So you're only here for dessert?'' His demeanor after that was extremely short, rude, and he acted as if we were wasting his time. He immediately walked away to the waiter's station and complained to the other waiters about us. I saw the waiters looking in our direction while he complained. His gestures towards our table while he was complaining about us said it all. It made our table uncomfortable and we felt very disrespected. It completely ruined the entire experience, especially since we were looking forward to it all weekend. I understand we took up a table in the Main Dining Room that is likely reserved for guests who order full meals. If that were the case, they should ask when you make reservations what you intend on ordering. Or they could have moved us to a more 'convenient' location since we were such an interference. I would have gladly tipped very well if we received good service, but unfortunately the service provided by Radoslaw was terrible. Not only did we not deserve how we were treated but we had bought full meals a couple days earlier and spent a large amount of money on our meals. When I complained to the hostess at the front desk, she had already heard about us only ordering dessert. It was very interesting to know that our meal ordering was discussed amongst the employees. No paying customer deserves to be treated this way. I will not be returning to Giada until they hire more professional employees that do not disrespect paying guests. I am very disappointed and hope no other Giada customer is treated this way. read more

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Giada and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. The food was exceptional, and I couldn't help but fall in love with all of their plates. The pastas were perfectly cooked, and the sauce were rich and flavorful, leaving me questioning everything I know about pasta. The Ricotta Crostini was a wonderful starter that set the tone for the meal. The combination of creamy ricotta cheese and crispy crostini was a match made in heaven. It was a delightful balance of textures and flavors that had me on the fence to order a second serving. But perhaps the highlight of the meal was Giada's Signature Lemon Spaghetti. The tangy lemon-infused spaghetti was a refreshing twist on a classic dish. Every forkful was a burst of citrusy goodness, complemented by the perfect amount of garlic and olive oil. I was very skeptical about this plate, but I'm glad I ordered it. It's a different take from what I'm used to with spaghetti dishes - a very positive one at that. Not only was the food exceptional, but the ambiance of the restaurant was also very warm and inviting. The staff was attentive and provided adequate refills of our refreshments. They were also knowledgeable on the plates, providing excellent service throughout the evening, and made sure things went smoothly as the evening went on with regular checkups. The attention to detail in every aspect of the dining experience truly made me feel like a valued guest. Luis was our server and I'd like to recognize him for going above and beyond for our table. In conclusion, Giada is a culinary gem that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a memorable dining experience. Ok so this is so past due for me to do a review as I'm a regular here now. This place from the very start has far exceeded my expectations of how a celebrity chef restaurant should be. The decor and furnishing is very elegant, trendy but a hip vibe. Food quality, taste, and presentation is what you would expect of a 5 star quality restaurant and presented as masterpieces of art worthy of any food magazine photos. The atmosphere is very open especially with the open balcony windows. Main thing that keeps a regular foodie like myself coming to high end establishments like this would be the friendliness and accommodating staff. As you come off the escalators to the restaurant you are warmly greeted by beautiful hostesses who would welcome you to Giada's and give you a tour of the restaurant starting from the antipasta bar to the fire ovens to the bar and throughout the dining area. Giada has said she designed the restaurant to give her guests a feeling of being invited into her own home. She may not always be there but the gorgeous hostesses certainly do a great job in welcoming you. FYI Giada is there often at times and when she is she does take the time to walk around and mingle and talk to guests, take photos and such. I had the pleasure of meeting her the night before my birthday. Bartenders and other staff are very firefly and outgoing. My second visit there the staff had already remembered my name what I drank and ate and more about me. To me service like that is reason enough to become a weekly regular. They are also very knowledgable about your menu items both food and drink menu. I made reservations a month in advance and I was only able to get the 9pm slot. We parked at Caesar's since the Cromwell doesn't offer free parking and still arrived early. While we were waiting, we noticed a complimentary photo booth, so we took some cutesy couple pictures and were able to upload them to our email. When we got seated, we were served with three different types of bread. My favorite was the rosemary focaccia bread dipped in olive oil and sprinkled with capers, sea salt, and chili peppers. We were also given complimentary elderflower honey lemon spritz. This tasted so light and paired perfectly with the bread! We decided to get the tasting menu and added the orzo meatballs everyone since was raving about them. The meatballs were tasty and so tender! They came sprinkled with plenty of fresh parmesan cheese and just melted in my mouth. The first course was the antipasti, with bell peppers stuffed with gooey cheese, bacon wrapped dates, and crostini carpaccio. We both ordered the lemon spaghetti with jumbo shrimp since this was another of Giada's specialty. The portions were huge but delicious. Sadly, I had to leave some on my plate as I wanted to make room for the following courses. The third course was the Sicilian roasted lamb, medium. It came with a side of smashed potatoes and sweet corn with spicy Italian sausage. We were able to eat everything!!! We were able to choose three desserts each from the dessert cart and we ordered lemon ricotta cookie, chocolate truffle, strawberry sherbet, petit four, and cheesecake with strawberry topping. Everything was topped off with two glasses of sangria each. The service was fantastic! Our waiter, Frederick, constantly checked in on us and was attentive and friendly. At the end of the meal, you receive Giada's autographed picture with the breakdown of the tasting menu and a couple of her recipes! :-) read more

I recently dined at Giada in Las Vegas and had a mixed experience. While our waiter provided excellent service and the overall food quality was decent, I was greatly disappointed by the pricing and handling of a simple pasta dish for my kids. I ordered a basic pasta with just butter and Parmesan for my children. To my surprise, when the bill arrived, each plate of this seemingly straightforward pasta dish was priced at a whopping $30 each costing total of $60.I found this exorbitant and frankly felt like I was being taken advantage of. As a self-proclaimed foodie, I have visited Michelin-rated establishments where I've never paid such exorbitant prices for a similar dish. Seeking clarification, I requested to speak with the manager, hoping for a reasonable explanation. However, her response only added to my frustration. She claimed that the high price was justified because it was considered a "custom order." I fail to understand how a plain pasta with butter and Parmesan can be classified as a custom order. It would have been more reasonable for me to order plain pasta and request a side of butter and Parmesan, which is typically offered free of charge. This pricing practice simply does not make sense. To add insult to injury, I noticed that the lobster pasta and lime pasta with shrimp were priced only $6-8 more than the pasta my kids had, which further baffled me. I am still in shock and trying to process this experience. Based on this disappointing encounter, I strongly advise against ordering something as simple as the basic pasta dish I encountered. It seems that Giada's policy is to exploit customers by categorizing even the simplest requests as "custom orders" and charging exorbitant amounts for them. I, for one, will not be returning to this restaurant nor recommending it to others. read more

We booked a dinner reservation at Giada to celebrate my wife's birthday, and the experience was nothing short of excellent. My wife has been a long-time fan of Giada ever since she first saw the show on the Food Network, so when we planned our trip to Las Vegas, dining here was at the top of our list. I was initially surprised to find the restaurant located inside The Cromwell casino, as I had expected it to be a standalone establishment. However, once we arrived and checked in for our reservation, we had some time to explore the area before being notified that our table was ready. We were escorted inside to an elevated space, and as requested, we were seated by the window. The view was stunning, offering a perfect backdrop of the city for our dinner, allowing us to people-watch while enjoying our meal. We indulged in a four-course meal. I chose the arugula salad, penne rigate, salmon, and gelati, while my wife had the romaine salad, lemon spaghetti, chicken marsala, and Giada's signature cookies. We paired our courses with a delightful Moscato, which complemented each dish perfectly. Every single dish was outstanding, crafted to perfection, and left a lasting impression--I still find myself dreaming about them. The service was impeccable, with the staff showing a keen attention to detail and genuine care for their guests. This dinner was the perfect way to end our Las Vegas trip. We left the restaurant full, satisfied, and thrilled to have finally experienced dining at Giada. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant when in Las Vegas at least once in a lifetime. read more

Wow, where do I begin? How about I begin with save your time and go somewhere else. I received some of the worst service I have ever seen at Giada last weekend. From the botched reservations on both time and number of guest in my party to the worst waiter in the history of the world it was night I wish I could forget. My entire party arrived at 7:30 on the nose for our 7:30 reservation when the hostess tried telling me we had an 8:30 res, sorry sweetie here is my open table confirmation showing 7:30pm...and they had me down for a party of 4 when we were a party of 6, again, I showed my open table confirmation. On top of it the hostess got snooty with me and pointed us to the bar which there was no place to fit. To add insult to injury they didn't end up seating us until 8:50, an hour and 20 minutes after our confirmed reservation time. Our waiter was a guy(forgot his name) that mumbled through everything and would vanish for 10-15 minutes at a time. You would think the idiot would come around to see if we needed another round of $16.00 cocktails, but nope, no such luck, our glasses were dry for a better part of 30 minutes. Service was slow and there was a lot of down time between courses. I am not in the restaurant industry but even I know that turning tables is the key to profit, Giada needs to whip this guy in to shape because our dinner and dessert service took nearly 2.5 hours. I will not go back nor will I recommend this place to anyone. Bottom line it's not worth the price for the level of service, food was good but overall experience was ruined. read more

Going to Giada made for such a lovely, personalized dining experience! I called about an hour in advance to make lunch reservations, and they were able to seat us by the window with a view. On the phone, they asked if the reservation was for a special occasion (it was for an anniversary), which was where the ~magic~ began. From the minute we walked in, the host greeted us and wished us a happy anniversary: a sweet and personal touch. While we waited for our table (as we had arrived a few minutes early), we took pictures in the photo booth. Our server then showed us to our table, and we ordered from the brunch menu. Unfortunately, there weren't a lot of vegetarian options other than the salad - and no substitutions could be made - but the options they did have were marked as vegetarian on the menu, making them easy to find. I ordered the cavatelli pasta, which tasted delicious, and my partner and I both had glasses of the house sangria, which was sweet and crisp, but tasted a bit diluted because of all the ice. For dessert, I used the Yelp check-in offer for a plate of cookies, which they decorated with a chocolate-piped "Happy Anniversary", which was the finishing touch on our personalized dining experience. Overall, Giada exceeded our expectations. Despite the fact that they couldn't do a lot of vegetarian substitutions, their tasty food and personalized dining experience and service (from start to finish) were truly one of a kind. read more

So i had a date the other night (Wed the 11th) and was going through the interwebs looking for an idea for dinner that would deliver the wow factor I was after for a first date. Recognizing the name and knowing about the location, decided to give this a try. Start with the veiw, the manager set me up with a window seat even though they were busy. The manager was very personable and even made menu suggestions. Im not usually a big fan of Italian food, but again my date was. As I said, I'm not usaully a fan, but that changed, from the fresh bread to the pizza like app, to the meatballs i had. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and upbeat. His service was so top notch in fact, that once he realized we were on a fisrt date, he hypded me up a little bit with my lady friend by using my name when he greeted the table, nice touch. Outstanding service from start to finish, I did have a reservation and would recommend it. IMO this is one "celebrity spot" that does the celebrity's name justice from the girl I talked to when making the reservation, to the manager, to the waiter and to whomever was behind the scenes making the magic that was on our plates. We had lunch at Giada on a Wednesday, and getting a reservation was quick and easy. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the beautiful, bright, and elegant décor. The restaurant has a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering gorgeous views of the Las Vegas Strip, making it a wonderful spot for a leisurely lunch. The service was excellent throughout our meal, friendly, professional, and attentive without ever feeling rushed. Our server made sure we had everything we needed and added to the overall experience. For lunch, we ordered the lasagna, shrimp pasta, Caesar salad, and truffle pizza, and every dish was delicious. The lasagna was rich and comforting, the shrimp pasta was perfectly cooked and flavorful, the Caesar salad was fresh and crisp, and the truffle pizza was a standout with its wonderful balance of flavors. As I review Giada, I wish I could go back and experience it again. The hostesses were stunning, friendly, and set the pace for a wonderful evening. I sat in a window side booth (score!) With Joseph Rodriguez and Adam. I will definitely remember them as the dream team of the service industry. From mocktails to dessert, every course was executed flawlessly, and Joseph even served our dishes out for us! Such a personal touch that I feel truly made our experience a memory we will never forget. Adam was the ideal assistant as he cleared and set our table, all while offering a bit of small talk and letting us see a moment of insight into his personality before dashing away to provide world class service elsewhere. Towards the end of our meal we got to indulge in the dolce cart, exclusive to tasting menus, and saw a gentleman named Jesse if I recall correctly, who served dessert right off the cart! He might also have has the world's best hair, but that totally doesn't relate to the experience lol. Regardless, this restaurant captured my heart from start to finish, and will forever haunt my dreams, I just wish I could go back for another bacon wrapped date or lemon cookie! Yumm! read more

I was really looking forward to eating here, recommended by a friend. It is beautiful, good service but the food...disappointed, especially for the prices. First off we had lunch was is a different menu than dinner. My husband & I arrived early so we sat at the bar as we waited for a friend . I ordered a bloody Mary & was thinking I was gonna be wowed. It honestly was horrible, I didn't even drink it & ordered an iced tea instead (I told my husband I was not gonna pay $15 for a bad drink). I told the bartender I did not like it, he was nice & said it has cilantro in it & some people do not like that flavor. That wasn't it though, it seemed diluted & was very bland (I asked for extra spicy). On to lunch, we shared the arugula salad & added the chicken Milanese & the margherita pizza. The salad dressing was bland, the chicken was a thin, fried, dry breast & was tasteless. The pizza dough was soft & chewy but it had very little cheese ( and I don't like tons) & little basil. Was glad I tried it but most likely won't return, so many other choices. $150 lunch for 3, 1 app, salad, pizza, sandwich & 2 beers & 2 sodas. read more

The server who took care of us was genuinely attentive and engaging, which we really appreciated. We visited to celebrate my 44th birthday and enjoy a nice dinner, and my husband requested a window seat so we could take in the nightly view of the Las Vegas Strip. Unfortunately, the hostess told us that window seating was only available if guests spent a certain amount (I don't recall if it was $150 or $250). We ended up exceeding that amount during our meal, yet we were still seated away from the windows. It was disappointing to feel judged based on our appearance, especially when there were plenty of open window tables throughout the evening. In fact, during our entire time there, only two tables were seated by the windows. Despite this, we did enjoy our meal and even had a pleasant conversation with another couple seated next to us. Still, the experience wasn't what we hoped for, and the hostess's attitude felt unprofessional. I'm glad we tried it once, but I wouldn't return. The service from our server was wonderful, but the way the seating was handled left a lasting negative impression. read more

I am surprised by some of the reviews here for Giada's. The service that I had was amazing, the food was amazing, and the wine...oh...the wine...so good too. The moment that I stepped into the place, I was overcome by the sweet smell of fresh baked bread. MMMmmm. The restaurant is beautiful, and the people were very nice and courteous. The service that I had was very good, and they were knowledgeable of the entree's. I had the rack of lamb, and it was soooooo amazing. They were prepared perfectly as the meat just melted in my mouth. With the lamb, I had the Arugula candied lemon salad, which I saw on her show. Once I saw that on the menu, I had to order it, and it was tasty. The candied lemon dressing was light, and flavorful and not overpowering. Now to the wine. I had a malbec and it was very delicious, and it went very well with the lamb. If you are in the mood for a very classy place with some AWESOME Italian, you have to try Giada's. I had an EXCELLENT time here and I will definitely will be back. :) read more
