The spicy crab meat roll and crunchy roll were great, but my crab rangoons had little-to-no filling and that was so disappointing :( Will come back again for the sushi but crab rangoons weren't worth it. Off Midway, between Chick-fil-A and In and Out Burgers, is another great choice for lunch or dinner. The place is small and the action is mostly take out. I've found the staff to be both friendly and helpful. The sushi is very nicely done, very fresh and reasonably priced. On the back page of the menu we were able to choose from a generous selection of items to create a personally customized poke bowl that we thoroughly enjoyed. Having worked in Addison for 15 years, every now and then I just have to search Yelp for new restaurants, and noticed Ginza was a new option. I was happy to see everything inside was very clean, and friendly employees waiting to welcome me in. The Dallas Roll got my attention first, and although I wanted Hibachi, I decided that may be too much food and settled for chicken fried rice. The roll was awesome, and in fact I will be getting some sushi for my wife after work from here. The self service sauce station is also a nice touch by the drink dispenser. The fried rice came a few minutes later, and was served piping hot and fresh. It took several minutes to cool down enough to eat (I won't eat food that's too hot). It was a little sweeter than I would have liked probably because of the peas/carrots, but otherwise tasted good. Hope to see this concept expand, the more fast Hibachi/sushi, the better!! read more
