This is my favorite quick sushi restaurant. I have all the basics. Most importantly BYOB. You can get delivery of course. And I do. But going and sitting is kind of fun. The spicy crab meat roll and crunchy roll were great, but my crab rangoons had little-to-no filling and that was so disappointing :( Will come back again for the sushi but crab rangoons weren't worth it. Sushi lacked taste, you get what you pay for. Cheap sushi if you don't want to spend too much. Older vibe inside the actual restaurant, soda machines due for a cleaning. Was craving some fried rice and came here for the lunch special on hibachi. I got the chicken and shrimp meal and it was very reasonably priced and fast service. The shrimp still had tail on them and there was lots of sauce under the veggies not like at real hibachi. The hibachi sauce was just okay, not as creamy as normal and they didn't have any mustard sauce. Overall, it was okay and I'd probably come back but not get shrimp. read more

I've found the staff to be both friendly and helpful. The sushi is very nicely done, very fresh and reasonably priced. On the back page of the menu we were able to choose from a generous selection of items to create a personally customized poke bowl that we thoroughly enjoyed. I want to support them, but I also want to keep it a secret because the one negative is that there isn't a lot of seating around. I have been waiting for this place to open right next door for months!! I ordered today before I went to lunch and was able to pick up, chat with the wonderful owners, head back to work eat and still clock in on time. Amazing!!! I got the vegatable noodles- HUGE portion, lots of veggies and the owner told me to dump their homemade chilli oil on top of the noodles...skeptical at first. But hot damn! Having worked in Addison for 15 years, every now and then I just have to search Yelp for new restaurants, and noticed Ginza was a new option. I was happy to see everything inside was very clean, and friendly employees waiting to welcome me in. The Dallas Roll got my attention first, and although I wanted Hibachi, I decided that may be too much food and settled for chicken fried rice. The roll was awesome, and in fact I will be getting some sushi for my wife after work from here. The self service sauce station is also a nice touch by the drink dispenser. The fried rice came a few minutes later, and was served piping hot and fresh. It took several minutes to cool down enough to eat (I won't eat food that's too hot). It was a little sweeter than I would have liked probably because of the peas/carrots, but otherwise tasted good. Hope to see this concept expand, the more fast Hibachi/sushi, the better!! read more
