The interior is cozy and welcoming -- like a pizza-themed hug -- and the staff is always friendly and attentive. It's also surprisingly spacious, so you can totally host a gathering here without bumping elbows over the breadsticks. Today's feast was a masterpiece: Barbecue wings -- tasty and sticky in all the right ways. Mozzarella sticks -- pure cheesy glory, like a mozzarella mic drop. Antipasto salad -- packed with more olives and meats than I knew what to do with (and I did my best). And then...the 18-inch sausage pizza. This thing could double as a life raft. By 9:00 PM, we still hadn't received our food, so I called again -- and they said it wasn't even being prepared yet. As I'm writing this review it still hasn't been done and the app said it won't be arriving until "possibly 9:35PM" that's almost two whole hours. I completely understand that delays can happen, but what I don't understand is the total lack of communication. A simple update or honest timeframe would've gone a long way. Really disappointed in the customer service from this location.
