I had taken them to several different spots and been told they were too damaged to be fixed. However, Vahe took one look at them and said he would try. I just got them back today and they are better than I ever expected (and I expected good things). My girlfriend loves them and feels so pretty in them, perfect timing for summer. I also appreciate Vahe's patience with me as I came in several times to check on their progress. Although it took him a few weeks it was well worth the wait and I love how he took his time to ensure that they were perfect. Writing now about my Redwing Resole...amazing. Turnaround was quick, price for each repair respectively was fair and justified. I took delivery of my redwings after leaving em though the holidays- took about 4 weeks, I've had others take 6 or more. I got a vibram Resole and just look at em! In 6months when I need another Resole I'll be back. They might just have to do my Ariats and anything else I can think of. The amount of heels and other shoes all over the store lets you know everybody wants to get their stuff fixed in here. Great shop, awesome people.

Susie was incredibly friendly and sweet, and communication was excellent throughout the process. She even texted me when everything was ready and store hours, which I really appreciated. The turnaround time was about a week, which felt very reasonable. You can tell they really specialize in bridal items and treat them with a lot of care and attention to detail. Everything was beautifully cleaned and packaged, and I felt completely comfortable trusting them with such important pieces.
