So we just got a new infiniti qx55 and the passenger seat stopped working not even a month after. I was highly against using this location in the first place but my husband insisted. They said they would order the part needed to fix it and we would need to come back...this was 2 weeks ago. We take the car there and these idiots ordered the wrong part. We had to WASTE gas getting there, mind you we do NOT live near Glendale. I was pissed that these morons made us go there, gave us a loaner car, then decided to tell us later in the day that they ordered the wrong part!!! So they tell us that they are going to order the right part and that we have to come back?! I'm LIVID at this point. SO WE GO BACK TODAY and these incompetent pieces of crap ordered the wrong part AGAIN?!?!?! How STUPID can you be??? They made my husband drive there AGAIN and gave him ANOTHER loaner, just to notify him hours later that they ordered the wrong part AGAIN!!!
