My partner & I were at work as their team entered my home by telling our roommate they were supposed to be there. Ask for an itemized invoice? Crickets. Try to talk about issues? Deflected to the other 3rd company parties they work with while in your house. I asked over and over for an invoice, gave my email multiple times, nothing. Just to get called 4 days before they decided to consider me late by their AR department. 17,000 in 4 days?! (Master bed) Luckily, Zach (their AR team member) was easy to work with and I was able to have an extra week to pull funds. There are so many more details - I will gladly post our text messages and videos (I have cameras in/out). ** Look at EVERYTHING they make you sign, when they hand you an iPad with only a signature window up & they say oh, that's just x document, ask to see that document first. I asked for an estimate over & over to be told they don't do those they just bill your insurance, just to find out I signed some mysterious 20,000 estimate? Absolutely not, especially when they told me it would be around $8,000 if I paid myself and not go through insurance. He explained I was signing a promise to pay if my insurance doesn't cover and a 3 days before quit contract if I change my mind. * An honest company wouldn't remove or report their 1 star reviews for removal - there is a reason they don't want you to see what others are saying.

The rep came out, I showed him the areas I needed removed, and we had a good conversation. He gave solid advice and said he'd send over a quote. Three days later, I texted to follow up--to check whether the quote had been sent or had gone to the wrong email. I never received a response. It's now been 3-4 months without any communication. Honestly, he could have reached back out to me and told me the job was too small, or that they weren't willing to take it on. Any form of return communication is always better than no communication. At this point, I'll have to take my (admittedly small) job elsewhere. I'm genuinely disappointed because I was looking forward to working with them again, but the lack of follow-up left me stuck. Tal from Advanced Restoration & Construction initially checked for residual moisture in all those areas, immediately removed wet baseboards and quarter rounds, and placed seven blowers and a dehumidifier in the impacted rooms. He is very professional, personable, and experienced. Advanced Restoration & Construction were available during every step of the mitigation process. Tal came out daily to take new moisture readings and adjust the blower and dehumidifier setup. They patiently listened to and answered all of my questions. All areas are now dry and ready for repair. Based on my experience with them, I highly recommend Advanced Restoration & Construction! The company also helped me deal with my Progressive home insurance. Tal's office assisted me in communicating with them, filling out all the required forms and documents, and ensuring everything was handled smoothly. After seeing Tal and his team's level of care and professionalism during the mitigation process, I also decided to hire them for the repairs. They handled everything consistently, replacing the damaged drywall and baseboards, repainting and restoring the affected areas and bring them back to their original condition.
