My husband just stopped in and ordered food to go. First time. Yellow Curry Shrimp and Sweet and Sour Chicken. He tasted his food and the chicken was old and rancid. Very rancid. Stomach turning. I dug into my curry shrimp only to find the same rancid chicken. The stench is horrendous. I called to let them know. I didn't necessarily want my money back, but I feel they needed to know so they'd stop serving it to customers ASAP! The woman I spoke to blamed my husband. She kept saying "I read order back to him yellow curry chicken and he say yes!" Me: I just wanted to let you know that our order was not correct and the chicken is rancid. Please consider not serving it to your customers." Her: I read order back to him yellow curry chicken and he say yes! Me: Yes, I understand mistakes happen, and it's okay. But you should know that the chicken you're serving is not fresh. People will get sick." Her: I read order back to him yellow curry chicken and he say yes! So apparently it's my husband's fault. I'm torn about this restaurant because their food and service are good but, fair warning before you enter, none of their employees are wearing masks even while they are interfacing with customers, which shows me that this business doesn't really care about public health or community safety. There was an older man standing at the front of the restaurant greeting people the other day as if he were a manager or owner, and even he wasn't wearing a mask o_O Bummer. read more

I love Thai, so when this moved in down the street from me a few years ago, I had to try it. It has become my go-to Thai food. I don't eat meat, so I love that there are plenty of options for me. My husband does eat meat, and he loves that there are plenty of options for him. His recommendation is the lemon chicken and mine is the drunken noodle (I love it SPICY). Though we both tend to be creatures of habit when we find a dish that we like - any time we experiment, we are not disappointed. Service is very important to me as well and the staff are so nice and friendly. I get the feeling a lot of people that have come here once have become regulars and there is always a pleasant customer/staff engagement. Seeing them grow since they first opened has been great. read more

Gogo Thai has become our new go-to Thai place. There's rarely a wait, the staff are friendly, and the food is yummy. Everything is very reasonably priced and the portions are large. We always leave with leftovers. The owner is always walking around checking on people and helping out. My 5 year old daughter now says it's her favorite restaurant! read more

It was terrible. Ordered the fried rice with broccoli beef. Beef looked dismal. Dry with no sauce. Broccoli was sparse and flavorless. The rice was the worst part. I took a couple bites and couldn't do any more. It even arrives at the table in plastic containers. Over $10 for inedible food in plastic?! Not my idea of lunch. read more

Service was very good and pleasant. However I cannot say much more about the foods. We ordered pad Thai and it was underwhelming . The portion was big and tasteless. It wasn't pad Thai. It was sweet and sour noodles with a taste of fish sauce. I ordered red curry. Tasteless. Just coconut curry without taste of Thai. It's like I made it from the curry jar I bought from Safeway. Tom yum soup is something but Tom yum. It lacks the kaffir lime! It's a place to fill up if you are hungry but not a place that serves good Thai foods. read more

Love this place! We have been here quite a few times, even though it isn't close to where we live. Their curry dishes are fantastic and oh so tasty! I haven't tried anything else here because I love their curry so much, but maybe I need to try something else. You can substitute their rice with fresh steamed veggies, which is perfect for me, since I have to watch my carbs. The service is quick and efficient and they had a busy business on the day we visited.. This restaurant is definitely one of my favorites. DH and DD loved their meals, too. read more

Gogo Thai is the best Thai food We have ever had in the US! It is so fresh and light. All made with care. You never have to question what's in your food here. Absolutely the best Thai food in the area! Brand new owners in this location and they are open to serve. The Tom Kah coconut milk soup is awesome. We also had a lunch item (I don't remember the name) but it had shrimp and they were so perfectly cooked as well as the chicken in our yellow curry dish. I don't really make it to Atascadero very often since I live out at Lake Nacimiento. However I was there for an appointment and I was craving Thai food. I looked up on Yelp of Thai in Atascadero and found Gogo Thai. They were also they only ones open on a Monday. I ordered a variety of dishes: Pad Thai, Pad Prik, Param, Chow Mein, and Fresh Wraps. Oh my goodness, everything was amazing and soooo good!! Taste was on point and the woman who helped my to-go order was so friendly. This is my new favorite Thai place. Well done! read more

I'll be completely honest, it was sub-par. The combo rice we got tasted like it was hours old, and was quite bland. Their yellow curry was bland and had raw potatoes, carrots and onions. As if it was an afterthought to toss those in last second. Sweet and sour chicken tasted like it was store bought from the freezer section. Called to complain about these issues and I got hung up on. Recently went for lunch and the food was served quickly and was very tasty and gluten-free which is important to my diet. I really enjoy thai and asian food and the owner and servers are friendly and informative for their foods. We really enjoyed the lunch. So I went later in the week out to eat there with my husband and the fish was prepared exceptionally well -- All around Excellent Effort and not too pricey. When we seen a New Thai opening we couldn't wait. About a week after it was opened we notice hardly anyone there. Today we stopped to try it out. The wife loves Param it was on the menu.
