I have been here various times for lunch and dinner. The food is good, though some dinner items I've seen in the past are currently unavailable. An example of this would be the Sashimi. They serve nigiri, the fish on top of the rice, but no longer sashimi, the fish by itself. read more

The place looks clean and workers are friendly. They use robots that drive themselves and you drop your dirty plates in the buckets. Food was emptying quick but they were replenishing. They were comparable to Beijing Buffet in Stockton but they are in a better location. Hoping to go back when less busy. Coconut shrimp was the same as Beijing which is my favorite. The black pepper beef and fried rice are a 10. The sugar rolled dough balls were my favorite back in the day and not everyone has them so I was very happy to get those. I don't eat sushi so can't judge. My husband got the hibachi food which I loved those noodles much more than the chow mein. The mac n cheese was surprisingly delicious. The desserts could do better(only fruits, puddings, tiramisu, pastry, should add a cake or pie) and a real soft serve ice cream machine would be nice. They have the ice cream cups. Only 1 thing that I hoped for that wasn't there- cream cheese ragoons. If they added those then I wouldn't go back to other Asian buffets. read more

Really fresh seafood and a lot of different varieties as well! During dinner they have large crab legs but none during lunch hours. All the foods are solid, but there are dishes that stand out more than others. It is a must try in Tracy and is a major reason why people would want to go back to the Mall area again! read more

If you want Asian food don't bother. Crab was over cooked. The fried rice was not good. The salmon was good so was the orange chicken. No vegetables in the chow mein it was just noodles and sauce. Not good. The beef with vegetables was bad. All fat. The pepper chicken was just OK. The spring rolls are good. The stuffed shrimp wasn't really stuffed. The shrimp was wrapped in a stuffing. Minimal toppings for the salad bar. The rest is meh. The service though was excellent and very clean. Be careful with the booths for they are not bolted/screwed down. They move. We tried this new place and so glad that we did. Awesome choices, have never seen so many options in one place for Asian cuisine and to get all the variety under one roof was simply incredible. The place was pretty crowded but well organized and being a Friday night dinner would have expected nothing less. Pretty huge place and neat and clean. Went for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Typically most Chinese buffet food all tastes the same, no distinct difference from the chicken dish or the pork dish. Not the case here. Have a Mongolian grill if you want something specific. I was happy with the regular buffet. I only wish that they had real iced tea. read more

A decent AYCE buffet in Tracy for the price. I love that it includes a drink. Great selection of seafood and Chinese food, but wish there was more sushi and sashimi selection. One complaint is that the baked salmon was not salmon it was white fish with pink sauce. I don't like that they tried to trick the customers, why not just call it baked fish. My family love to go to buffets. So we were excited to try this one. Food was meh. We came at 2:30pm but we paid for dinner. Crab legs was bland, I had to spit it out. Went there for lunch today. I was impressed with the variety of food and amount of seating inside. I feel that it was great for the price. One thing I found discouraging is the amount of food ( especially sushi) which was spicy! I cannot eat anything that contains chili or salsa so I was very surprised when I bit into a roll and it lit my mouth on fire! The food tag at the buffet did not mention that it was spicy. Okay so I was EXTREMELY excited that there was a new buffet in town but received terrible food in all honestly, especially for the price. My younger sister was below the line and the still charged her as an adult. The service was so terrible and felt like we were constantly watched while eating but no one wants to help us. This is one of the best Asian buffets I've been to! My family and I came by on New Years Day after a day of shopping at the outlets. This location is right outside of the West Valley mall, you don't enter through the mall to find it. Upon coming in, you pay first for your party. Their dinner price was $25.99 per person and it was well worth with the selection they have to offer! Of course they have crab legs - snow and soft shell. Some surprising things I haven't seen before at other buffets was they had seafood broil like you would get a Boiling crab and it was actually good too! They also have a mongoilian bbq station where you can create your own stir fry dish with noods or rice. They have a sushi station too but sushi buffet is pretty mid. I don't usually eat the heavy carb stuff at buffets but the mac and cheese was bussin! Also, there's a soda fountain to get snd refill your drinks! That price above includes a drink too! Very poor food quality... snow crab only crackers available, no picks to remove meat from shell. Snow crab is naturally sweet, not theirs. Sushi was very poorly made. I gave them 1 star because I couldn't give them 0 stars. I went to try this place with my husband and son. When I walked in I paid at the register for 3 adults. They gave me a receipt and asked me to guve it to the area to be seated. The girl infront told me they would call out the number on the receipt when a table was available. I didn't have to wait too long, it was about 5 minute wait time to be seated. The waitress took our receipt and placed it on a designated place they have on the table and she told us to take it down after we were done eating. We served our first plate of food and then went back to get seconds. When we came back they had taken all the dirty plates, soda cups, and receipt and had cleaned the table. One of the employees came to the table and asked to see the reciept. I told her we went to get food and they had cleaned the table and thw receipt was gone. She then asked the guy that cleaned the table and he said there was no receipt when he cleaned. She told me she needed to see a receipt for us to keep eating. She said that if I had paid with my card she would be able to find it that way in the register. I told her the last 4 numbers of the credit card and she came back with a receipt that had only one paid adult. At that point I was pissed. I told her to go look at the waiting list to be seated and shw would find my name there with the receipt number. She went back and told me she didn't find it. I told her I wanted to see the camaras to see who had cleaned my table. She went back to the register and I followed her. The manager had a reciept on her hand and asked me if that was my receipt. Sure enough that was my receipt. That woman and the manager ruined our dinner by keep bother us for the stupidity of the guy whi had cleaned the table and took our receipt. Lastly I had served myself a plate with 3 pieces of melon and the guy took my plate even though my son had told him not to take it because I was going to eat it. I was just so frustrated after all the incompetent employees including the manager that I argued with the manager. All she said was "sorry" and that she would give me a free meal for next time. NEXT TIME???? Hell no, Im nevee going back to your restaurant after all the stupid things you guys did and try to say I didn't pay for 3 adults. My family with the In-laws had dinner here on a Friday night about 6pm. We got seated right away. The price was $25.99 for adults and $17.99 for kids. Price we paid is similar to other buffet locations around the area. It is fairly a open area with many seating. There were many friendly helpers that were working to help clean and take away the plates on the tables. Variety of food was abundant. I tried them all. As you would notice a 2 star which I hate giving bad reviews but this one really is a memorable one. I'm not one to get a refund nor ask for money back. My family came to eat at a new place always supporting small businesses. Everything was good besides the quality of the food. They looked great. All items that were supposed to be hot were cold. Seems they were frozen then reheated. The crawfish, crab, fried rice, and many other dishes. I spoke to kitchen manager and told him the situation. I Told him it was cold items. All he said was, "it's cold" and flips the food over that I pointed to. He didn't even try it when I had him try the food. He just brushed it off as if I a bad guy. Horrible.
