The people are friendly and patient but unfortunately the food today was bland. Our burritos: chicken and carne asada were boring. It seemed like they just scooped the beans rice and meat in clumps. Not mixed together, no creativity. Also the cheese was yellow and clumped on one area and not fully melted. The chicken was dry and the tortillas were close to stale. It's too bad. If i could rate it a 0 i would. I ordered 2 chicken salads from them for my lunch and a coworker they served us raw chicken. Then when i called them and asked for a refund because raw chicken is a safety risk i told them i took pictures and their response was we can remake the salads but i would have to drive back and get it. I guess they agree with selling their customers raw chicken. I normally don't complain but i had to leave work again and not even eat during my lunch break because it was time for me to go back to work. Do better at meeting your customers needs because this whole interaction was extremely unprofessional and makes me never want to go to this establishment again. read more

We have gone here many times. Throughout the last six months, the service, food, and sanitation have quickly plummeted. We never had a problem until recently. We have had at least 6 times where our fries were not cooked all the way, mushy, cold, and old-looking. We never asked for a refund, as we just threw them into the air fryer and gave them to the dogs because we didn't want to cause problems. Months later, we went in person, and I ordered the turkey sandwich. It had a huge, long black human hair inside my sandwich. My husband pointed it out to them, and they said, "What do you want us to do about it?" Well, first of all, give us a refund or remake it because ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Their workers do not wear gloves or hair nets while serving customers. They remade it and were super rude about it. I left it untouched on the table at that point, and we left. It's been about 4-5 months later, and we decided to give them another try, as maybe it was a fluke thing. We went through the drive through paid $50+. We got our food, the worker messed up our drinks, and tried not to give us one of them. We checked the one bag of 3 meals they shoved ALL of our meals into, as it's too hard to individually bag the meals. We saw that we had all three meals of items and went home. When we got home, which is NOT an hour away. The fries were old, brown, mushy, cold, etc, when we ALWAYS specifically ask for well-done fries due to incompetence in cooking fries correctly. I am pregnant and was unhappy with the amount of money we spent at this restaurant and the below-par food we received. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager. They said Yeah, please hold. The lady claimed she was the manager and was on a break. I told her to refund only my sides (2 fries and 1 onion ring) as they were not cooked properly and were not edible. She stated to bring them back, and she would recook. I told her no, we just got home and want the refund. We have a disabled daughter, and that's too much of a hassle. She said no and offered $2.50 for my items. Then asked for my husband's card number on the phone, which seemed sketchy. She proceeded to get an attitude because we did not agree with the way they were willing to resolve the problem. My husband hung up on her due to her unprofessionalism. I called back to get the manager's name, and they stated they had NO manager or supervisor in the restaurant, only an owner who was conveniently not there. I laughed as someone claimed to be the manager 10 minutes ago. I asked for the owner's name for the record, as we are going to report the business for their unprofessional service and inedible food. The lady proceeds to get gaslight me by stating that when the customer drives off their property, their business WILL NOT refund anything as it is OUR responsibility to not only check it we received ALL of the items we paid for, BUT also to check to see if each individual item is cooked properly. That is the most absurd comment I have ever heard from a restaurant that backs the product they serve to the public. So basically, instead of refunding 3 sides that were not edible and keeping a huge family of regular customers.... The company's workers avoided responsibility, harassed my family, and spoke down to us as if we were the problem and not their lack of professionalism and training within a successful restaurant. The lady asked for my name and number, although she refused to give me the names of the owners or the invisible managers at this location. I stated, I would not give her my information as I would not stand for them trying to obtain it to personally attack me instead of resolving the issue due to the disagreement on the current situation. We are currently in the process of reporting this restaurant to the county and the health department due to the awful customer service, cleanliness, and below-par food experiences. read more

This place used to be on Niles St. back before these dark times, and they used to have kickass breakfast plates, and their chili cheese fries were to die for. Well, they say the more things change, the more they stay the same, and their chili cheese fries are still fantastic. Unfortunately, they're very much out of the way now, so I don't see myself stopping here very often in the future. But it's nice to know they are still around. Had a breakfast burrito this morning and I just got to say that these people don't play around. The burrito is huge I could only eat half and I will probably have the other half later on today. This evening was my first time eating here and the food was pretty good I ordered the pastrami melt I asked the cashier Amber what she would suggest is good and she recommended the pastrami melt on sourdough. She was full of energy and very polite very sweet as well she even sang me happy birthday. They have a great helpful staff and a very clean restaurant I gave it a 10 out of 10 and the service is amazing shout out to Miss Amber she sings very beautiful I hope to see her on America's got talent one of these days. read more
