He got me sorted on new tires for my 997 (old 911) and even delivered my wheels to a powder coating shop. He sent me a photo of my wheels after the powder coating before he started work on mounting tires. You'll get a much better deal than TireRack since you're forced to buy their road hazard warranty now, which is something no one ever uses either because they forget or because you don't need it. read more

The tech that was sent to do the work on my wheels Eddie Amezcua, showed up an hour late for my 10AM appointment. I entered my address into the reservation slot properly, which I have proof of, yet the tech went to the wrong location and didn't pick up multiple calls from Joe Lee. Upon arriving, he seemed to be friendly enough, but ends up scratching one of my rear wheels (pictured). The guy says, oh I don't see anything, although it's quite obvious. Joe offered to just charge me for the mounting of one set of tires, which is fine enough. I had tires removed from an old set of wheels, dismount tires from my current set of wheels, and mount them on these. I'm just shocked at the luck of the draw I had. It seems they do work on nice cars with nice wheels, but the tech I got didn't seem to care. He ends up leaving without saying a word and does the catholic cross on his chest while doing so. I also asked him to remove the tpms sensors out of my stock wheels. He did two but left the other two on the wheels.... I don't recommend using this service. You don't know which tech will arrive. I'm sure there are good ones but the risk of getting the bad one is not worth it. read more

I was really impressed with the reviews prior to going to this business. The technician, Pascual was awesome! That's probably where the 5 star reviews come from. But the administrative side of things bummed me out. They brought the wrong (older model, being phased out) tires that we had agreed upon. I needed new tires that day, so I went with what they had. I mentioned something about the wrong tires and they adjusted the price slightly. But the price adjustment was still more expensive for the tires than every other tire shop, as well as the installation fee. Go Mobile charged me $150 per tire and a $120 installation fee vs. $145 per tire and a $92 installation fee at America's Tire, just for example. Needless to say, the technician did his job with expertise and was a pleasure to talk to. The owners (father/son duo) didn't seem too pleased that I met them at their office as they are a mobile tire company so they didn't get to charge the mobile service fee, and maybe they were upset I noticed the wrong tires. Probably why I got charged more. The next time I need tires for standard reasons, I won't be coming back here. But if you're in need of mobile tire service to your home or in case of an emergency, this is a very useful business. But thank you Pascual for the professionalism and good conversation. read more

I don't normally write reviews, but I feel compelled for this one. Ordered a set of 4 tires through TireRack (finding out later that GoMobile sells tires themselves), had them shipped directly to GoMobile which were delivered on a Monday morning. Called Joe to schedule the appointment and had an appointment booked for the following day, Tuesday afternoon. Joe was accommodating of my schedule. The installer, Pascual, showed up exactly on time and was professional and cordial, completing the installation, mounting, balancing, etc., within about 45 minutes for all 4 tires. I would, and already have, highly recommend GoMobile for any tire needs. So much better than waiting in a tire shop for 2 hours for the same job. They'll come to you and work with your schedule, and the price is competitive to what you would pay at a major brick and mortar chain. Also, the tire van is really cool. I would give this more than 5 stars if I could. read more

Encountered issues post installation. The installer broker every TPS sensor which all had to be replaced. Also, installer took rim lock key and when I contacted GoMobile via email and phone received no response. Very frustrating experience. read more

No customer loyalty here! Just had to spend $100 bucks for a valve stem replacement on a tire they installed. In fact they installed all my tires on my car. Not sure why a valve stem isn't under warranty cause it's not a road side hazard. great communication, super fast booking. i especially like that gomobile is a preferred vendor on tirerack.com, so i can have the tires sent directly to them and there is seamless communication of my information and shipment status. the installer called me when he arrived right on time, so i spent 2 minutes with him reviewing the details before i had to run back upstairs to jump on a zoom call which he said was no problem. 45 minutes later, he texted me he was done and they emailed me an invoice for payment, including an opportunity to tip, which i appreciated. could not be any more professional or convenient, and the total for tires and install was ONE THIRD what the dealership wanted to charge me for crappier tires! gomobile even had the correct lugnut adapter since our car didn't come with one (don't get me started. it's idiotic that some cars these days don't come with spare tires, inflators, jacks, or any of that stuff. you're just supposed to push a button and wait until a service person gets to you.)! read more
