I recommend the Breakfast salad, which is scrambled eggs with ground turkey, served over a bed of lettuce and topped with caesar dressing. Sounds weird but it's delicious. Their menu is quite large, so it usually takes me a while to decide. They also offer healthier, lighter options for those watching their waistbands. If your entree comes with a choice of side, get the muffins! Their cranberry muffins are absolutely divine. Pass on the coffee, which is too expensive. I went here on a Sunday afternoon and it was a little busy. I love that they serve breakfast until 5pm. I ordered the crabby benedict ($10) and it was so good! It's basically 2 crabby patties topped with 2 poached eggs and tons of hollandaise sauce. The crab was tasty and not too fishy and the eggs and hollandaise sauce were rich and scrumptious. It's hard to find good eggs benedict but Good Stuff passed the test. It comes with your choice of fruit or potatoes. I went with hash browns but they were pretty burnt. Next time I'll get the fruit. Service was excellent and there's a wide selection of menu items. Parking is also easy (street parking). read more

came by after the farmer's market. nice location around the corner from Main. newer looking building than their counterparts lined up and down the blocks. the hostess was extremely nice and helpful. initially, i was perturbed by our server who was spending an inordinate amount of time chatting it up with some locals/friends of hers. don't get me wrong, chat it up and be friendly, but, don't let the rest of the customers be left on their own. she finally freed herself and got to the table next to us and got their drink orders. not ours though, and we sat first. the hostess, sweet girl, got us our drink orders. our server finally got to us and we placed our orders. she redeemed herself for the most part the rest of the service. the other server that was there was also helpful. mama got the southwestern chicken salad, i got the chicken chile verde and sofia got the mac n cheese. mama really liked her salad. her ranch dressing was very satisfactory as well. usually, she's really picky on those two items. my chile verde sauce and seasoning was great. good flavors. the chicken on the otherhand left a lot to be desired. they used all dark meat, which i'm not a big fan of. but, i was hungry and don't waste food. sofi's mac n cheese... well... let's just say that we usually pay $4 less when we buy it in the box at the grocery store. but, maybe they justify that because it comes with a ready pac cup of peaches??? overall, a mediocre to average meal. the service recovered from the initial 2 star rating i was going to hand down. the hostess and the other server were on top of things (hence the 3rd star) and our server eventually made up for initially overlooking us. we'll probably come back simply due to proximity. maybe i'll try something else next time. read more

Great food, good prices and the best service from Gina. Went there for a late breakfast with the family and got lucky to find a table waiting for us. It is a small location but it's well distributed. It has a small bar at the end with tables towards the front and a few outside. The food is very good, the portions are generous and the prices accesible, so it gets busy and wait can be a little long during key hours. The staff, especially our server was very nice and attentive; we didn't have to wait long to get drinks or food. I didn't give five stars because my fruit had a few bad grapes and the place is so small, but we had a great breakfast/brunch experience and will definitely become regulars. read more

I realy like this place. Ive been here 3 times and I havent been disappointed once. Its the perfect place to go when you cant quite figure out what you want to eat but you know you're hungry. They serve breakfast throughout the day, which is great on a Sunday when you're getting a late start. You can eat breakfast foods, salads and sandwhiches, Mexican dishes. I usually get breakfast. Today I tried the Loco Moco. Very good. They also have happy hour specials and specials on Mondays for kids that I haven't tried but will keep in mind. My Alcapolco chicken tasted a bit overcooked and all the flavor seemed to cone from the avocado on top. The rest of my party who ordered salad and fish dishes had beautiful plates and enjoyed their food. A bigger issue was service. Good Stuff El Segundo is consistent good, and today was no exception. Went with my son on a rare day off from work. Love the fresh fare--my son had the breakfast burrito (ok, not sure why they would add lettuce and tomato to BB, but they were happy to keep it off at my son's request). The side of fruit is always ripe and fresh and they don't skimp on the variety--it's a small thing, but I always check for the quality of the sides--like fruit, or toast or fries. I had two eggs over easy and a half Belgian waffle. The eggs are cooked perfectly; it's amazing how many places can't do "over easy", but here it was great. The kids always love the smoothies here, thick and fresh. Our server, Mario, was not bothered by the to-go order I placed ir the ask for a side of guacamole in the middle of our meal. He was efficient, and great with the follow up and the service always adds to our general happiness. In fact, our server was as consistently good as the food here. The service was friendly, the food was good, nice comfy room. However, they offer a "keto breakfast" that has 19 grams of carbs. As strict keto involves a daily carb intake of 20 grams, this is way too high for a keto friendly meal. Also it sounds horrible. Who wants eggs scrambled with ground turkey over a salad with caesar dressing? Especially for breakfast? If you're going to do keto, do it right. Make a few tweaks, like offer steamed broccoli (NO CARROTS!) and/or sliced avocado for $1 extra in place of the potato and toast sides.
